I Connect my Gabel Headset to the Wolverine v3 pro Controller and the Micro dont works. Please help  

I have a Razer leviathan THX soundbar and sub woofer, i would like to purchase the thx surround, however i see there is a probability of getting 50% off. Is this possible for me, everyone likes a discount

I picked up a Huntsman V3 Pro Mini and I am unable to save my profile with my custom actuation points / rapid trigger / lighting to the keyboard. The only way my profile works is if I run  synapse running 24/7. If I close synapse my profile goes away or if I cold boot and don’t have synapse to run on start-up then it doesn’t save it and/or won’t have lights. I wan’t to save my custom actuaion point with rapid trigger on and the lighting to the board without being forced to run synapse 24/7, is this just not possible? I thought this keyboard advertised on-board memory?  I have also reinstalled synapse, tried synapse 4, reset the keyboard, tried dragging around my profile on the memory to override an existing profile, basically everything and it seems like I can’t save my settings to the keyboard (like literally every other company lets you do) and requires synapse to be running always.

They were very helpful in helping me solve my issue quickly and with great communication and customer service. 

Can someone help me and guide me thrue this 

I bought a Razer Barracuda x Wireless Gaming Headset at Bestbuy yesterday (Dec. 4th 2025). I've noticed that the built in mute button is not work. I put it on mute and I've notice that my icon still beams green which means it picks up sounds.  I tested the headset with my phone while recording a video and it's still has the issue. I patched it to the newest version and nothing changes.  Any fix for this one?

Good Morning to everyone that is reading this, I’m trying to use the Caret symbol (shift 6) but when I try to shift 6 it does not work. I have a huntsman mini keyboard and I’ve tried everything as in troubleshooting, resetting my drivers, keyboard, uninstalling and reinstalling, command prompts, etc. Nothing has been working yet. Any ideas? and my keyboard is out of warranty. Thanks!

I got this mouse for over a year now. Today the mouse started lagging while being wireless, in random moments. I connected it to wire and no issues at all. I did restart pc. Reinstalled razer synapse software updated all possible driversany ideas how to solve it?

I have a problem with updating my Razer Kraken V3 Hypersense Driver. When i try it always goes to “Please reconnect your device and click retry”. Also i let u know that i followed this link to update my software.

What are you doing Razer?! I have a Huntsman, Kraken, Naga and Tartarus PROS. I made the mistake of picking up a Tartarus Pro before reading the horror stories associated with it and now I’m plagued with bugs.Synapse 4 sees the Tartarus but doesn’t execute the bindings. Uninstalled 4 and installed Synapse 3, same thing. Unplugged everything and ran your driver tool, plugged everything back in and downloaded the latest Synapse 4. Now the keyboard and tartarus does nothing. I had to uninstall Synapse and use a different mouse just to write this. I have a one year old PC with an AMD 7900X .  WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET THIS FIXED AND TARTARUS BINDINGS TO WORK?! I’ve spent way too much money on your hardware for this to not have a fix in 2025. And I know there’s others in the world that have too 

I just bought this new headset yesterday from amazon, I check the packaging for the mentioned 7.1 code, i can only find the promotional paper that tells me to scan a QR code, when i do scan it, it just brings me to the 7.1 learn more without providing a code. Nothing else other than the manual, stickers, and the headset itself was included. I tried to get a new code by registering but then this happened. Could i get help as to why this happened even though i already registered the item? The headset is brand new

I've just purchased the BW V3 Pro and cannot get the 2.4ghz wireless mode on the keyboard to work. I have tried the following. - Followed Razer instructions on 2.4ghz setup - Downloaded most recent firmware updated and both keyboard and dongle are running most recent versions - Downloaded and run both the pairing utility.

Can you tell me when to expect razer taipan v2? It was a very cool mouse, I would like to see its revival, I also wanted to see the continuation of Razer Ouroboros!)))

Hello there ,this is my first post and i dont know if this is the right category to be asking but i have a question regarding my Razer Blackwidow V4 Pro.I recently organized all my Macros and Shortcuts into different Profiles and now i wanted to organize it even more, is there a way to map Profiles or a profile switcher + and - to the command dial ? or even the volume wheel i would be willing to sacrifice.thanks in advance :)

At the beginning of the year I bought a Leviathan speaker and all of a sudden, it stopped playing audio when in PC mode. If I was watching a youtube video or listening to spotify, the video/music would buffer indefinitely. I would be unable to swap sources and have to turn off the speaker in order to swap the source back to my headset and a simple refresh of the video or song and we were back to normal. Using bluetooth mode also worked normally, it was only the PC mode. If I chose to let the video or song buffer, the speaker icon in the bottom left would switch to a muted speaker. Hovering over the icon would tell me that I had no audio drivers installed. The video or song would never load either, no matter how long I let it sit. Internet connection most certainly is not the issue since everything comes right back once the speaker is off. I looked into the issue back then but could not find anyone with a similar issue.
