Hello, I have a Razor Barracuda X that seems to keep disconnecting when I watch anime shows with my head set. With my games no issues and with YouTube no issues. But the moment I start watching an anime and come across a fight scene it starts to disconnect and reconnect and does that until it gets “quiet” I don’t have them turned up all the way and even if I did it doesn’t have that issues until like a high treble has this happened to anyone? My mouse won't connect to Chroma Studio. I've tried everything I've seen online and nothing works. Maybe the mouse isn't compatible with Chroma? But that would surprise me, given how much it costs. I need help, please.

I bought Razer Barracuda Pro about 2 years ago, I won't go into detail about the fact that one earpiece broke after a week and the other 2 weeks later. I glued them together recently and lost the dongle. Can I buy it somewhere? I saw some offers on ebay or aliexpres, will it work?I will be grateful for your answers

I’ve seen quite a number of people posting that they lost or damaged their wireless dongle. And I’ve seen some replies saying someone would look at the inventory and others that the dongle is not a replaceable item. Well I am in this same situation myself now. Is it possible to get a replacement? Having to plug my wireless headset in to be able to have high quality audio and use the mic defeats the purpose of a wireless headset. Please help, thanks in advance! 

Hi everyone,I have a Razer Blade 15 2020 base model, and the whole time I’ve owned it I’ve had an issue where if my laptop is plugged in and connected to audio amplifiers, electrical interference causes really awful noise to come out of the amplified speakers.My problem is the same as shown in this video https://youtu.be/jSA2F1AwboUI have found ways of getting round it using usb power isolators and hum eliminators which do work but ultimately mean that I am having to use a whole series of devices because the headphone socket is unusable when amplifiers are involved. This might not sound like a huge inconvenience but because of my job I am having to do this all the time, and in some cases I am having to fix multiple channels so my setup becomes much more complex than is shown in the video.I bought this laptop to use as a musician/DJ, and to be honest this issue has really grated on me as this is a premium machine, advertised as being good for my use case. The Loupedeck software has been updated now a few times, and the Razer plugin hasn’t been updated to support the latest software. Is Razer currently working on or planning on updating the plugin? I’m considering buying another Stream Controller, however that depends on whether Razer will continue to support these devices with software updates going forward.

I bought a brand new Blackwidow V4 Pro with yellow switches for use in my workplace. My set up is a main desktop computer and 2 laptops. I am using a powered “Cable Matters” branded switch to go between the 3 computers. The switch has 4 input ports and 4 output but only 3 are in use.If I select position 1 on the switch for the desktop, all is fine. The rainbow is seen, the keyboard picked up and it works fine.If I select positions 2 or 3 for the laptops nothing happens. No rainbow is shown and the keyboard is not picked up. If I unplug the USB that runs between the keyboard and the switch and plug it back in for either of these 2 positions, the rainbow is displayed and the keyboard works fine. A play around with Copilot is suggesting that the board requires more power. but if I plug a cable into the 2nd USB C port, there is no change in behaviour.What becomes confusing here is that this is my 3rd Blackwidow V4 Pro. I have recently updated synapse to synapse 4 (“new synapse”), implicitly assuming that all my device settings/profiles etc. would be automatically transferred over into the new software.Instead, what I seem to have found is that the new synapse is incapable of handling .synapse3 files? I’ve tried directly importing my backups (which I made the last time I had an issue, where synapse3 just… deleted/lost all of my profiles/data on 2-3 occasions for no reason I was ever able to trace), but when trying to load my .synapse3 backup files, the “import” button stays greyed outI can’t find a way in the synapse software itself to convert from .synapse3 to .synapse4 files, nor can I find any information about this searching online. A naive renaming from “<file>.synapse3” to “<file>.synapse4” (predictably) didn’t work, so I’m out of ideas.Is the solution to go back to synapse3, or is there something I’m missing? Hi, I’ve been using a Kiyo X with Win11 without any issues for a few months. Suddenly the OS no longer recognises the mic. I’ve tried reinstalling the webcam driver and synapse; no difference. It’s not recognised anywhere in the OS anymore…..there was a BIOS update 2 days ago -  I don’t know if that caused it. The video functionality works fine still - it’s simply the mic that no longer seems to exist in the OS. I’ve connected the same webcam to another machine running Win10 and the mic is recognised and works fine - so there’s not issue with the hardware.  Does anyone have any suggestions or similar experiences?thanks

Hi i received the Barracuda x chroma headset for christmas and i have connected it to my pc and to synapse.however even tho my headset is appearing in synapse and is currently on, synapse is detecting it as “switched off”, and i haven’t been able to solve this, how can i solve this so i can customise the chroma effects to match the rest of my devices?

Dear All,I would like to install Linux Mint as an additional OS (dual boot with Windows 11) with Secure Boot enabled.Booting from a prepared Linux Mint USB live system and subsequently installing only seems to be possible when turning off Secure Boot in UEFI, however doing this messes up the Windows 11 login as the current PIN (or Hello functionality) are not accepted anymore. If I leave Secure Boot on, then I am not able to boot Linux (USB or proper disk installation) at all and immediatly get prompted with a “Secure Boot Violation”  message (red box).So is there a way to have the Razer Blade 18 2025 run Linux Mint (or other distro) with Secure Boot enabled or a possibillity to add a self signed certificate (MOK) to the system UEFI to make it work?

Hello. Today I bought a new BlackWidow V4 keyboard, but I can't change the speed of the Wave effect. Has anyone else had this problem?

Troubleshooting Steps:Verified Windows is up to date. Connected the USB dongle directly to a PC's USB port and not a USB hub. Verified there is a clear line of sight from the mouse to the dongle. Updated the firmware on mouse if it is on the list. Checked if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and software. Reinstalled mouse drivers, and performed a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse. Check if the issue persists with a different PC.Did you update the firmware to the latest version? YesDoes the issue occur on another PC? Yes Mouse does not work any longer when I plug it to the computer or use any other type of connection. It blinks on and off but does not connect to the PC. I have tested in 3 different PCs. Details on video below.Anyone have a clue on what to do? I got it 2 years ago.

I used WeChat to log in when registering my email, but there was a step where I needed to enter my email. However, I entered the wrong email and couldn't receive the verification code.
