Hello team! I am in the need of the newest drivers for MediaTek Wireless Lan Drivers, preferably official response from our Razer team. Please provide official drivers (pls avoid spreading unofficial links). 

So i’ve Been trying to buy a mouse and whenever i put my card info in and click purchase it just says card declined and i know i have enough money and the card info is good

Even if you delete the default profile, restarting Synapse will recreate it.The delete option is not enabled for newly created profiles.What's the solution?

I have had this laptop for quite a few years and just all of a sudden the “tab and F1” keys started to blink.  I haven’t tried to perform any hard reset(s) of the keyboard, this was my first stop in trying to get something done.  I’m running with a GeForce RTX 2070 / i7-8750H processor.  I hope this is something easy to take care of…. 

So, today i was playing alrright, but suddenly my nari ult disconnected, when i went to check, i noticed that my headphones were not available on synapse, so i tried to reconect the dongle, but nothing.I tried on a diferent computer, but the problem remains.Sometimes the dongle connects but as soon as i play some audio, the audio plays for half a second and the headphones disconnect.I tried to fill for warranty but razer says the Nari Ultimate are not available for warranty.Does anyone have the same problem, or a fix?

I have been trying to access my ticket inbox on my phone since last night so I can see the status of my case if it has been resolved but I haven’t been able to access it. It just keeps rolling forever and it wouldn’t pop up. Is anyone experiencing this and how do I get this resolved. 

Hello, I bought the Razer barracuda x chroma headset yesterday. Normally the sound level should be 96-100 db but it is 70-75 db. When I try to increase the headphone volume, it gives a warning. How can I increase the headphone volume?

Hello Good day! i have a problem for my payment because my authenticator always says invalid due to the date and time of my phone settings i cant make it to automatic because im working on a ship and it takes a month to dock our ship to shore and get some signal so theres no way it can automatically change the date and time. can u help me to make payment using otp from email instead of otp from sms or authenticator

So I noticed in a Facebook call in my browser earlier that my Microphone was lowering itself again. I've noticed it over the past couple of weeks where randomly and abruptly the input level in both synapse and system settings go from 100  to 8 or something. So while I was in the call I was looking at the settings and each time I spoke it's like the input level lowered by 20 each time I said a word basically. I've also been in a Discord call when I had pressed the mute button on my headset I noticed in Discord my microphone was still picking up what I was saying and I asked hey can you guys hear me and everybody responded by yes even though my mute button was on. I could use some help with trying to troubleshoot this. thank you!

I just got my razer viper v3 and it works fine wired, but has trouble connecting to the dongle. Every time i try to update the firmware it prompts me to update again.

Hi, Curious question - am I safe using any USB-C cable to charge my V4 Pro 75% or am I better off getting another Razer charging cable?Any guidance on this would be much appreciated. Cheers

Hello All.Yesterday a friend of mine gifted me a deathadder v3. When i get home i plugged it in and it worked flawlessly for around 10 minutes. After 10 minutes an update for synapse 3 to 4 popped up and i approved it to be installed. After 30 sec my mouse went offline as expected and installation of synapse 4 completed. By the way i am using windows 11 and i have never installed any synapse software before because i didnt have any razer devices before. After the installation of synapse completed i restarted the computer and when i log in mouse still wasnt working. Also my usb ports doesnt see it anymore when i plugged it in. I search internet for a few hours and find a way that my usb recognize it but in bootloader mode. I pressed left scroll and right button for 10 sec, after that i plugged it in and release all button after 4-5 seconds. I thought i can update the firmware in this mode but firmware update exe doesnt see my mouse. Can you help me please?

My Naga Classic Edition doesn’t have any lighting, It shows up in the Synapse and the dpi changer works, But the lighting isn’t showing up and while this has/is happening My 12 button side panel stops working like there are no detectable inputs at all

Hi Razer Support,I have a Razer Naga Pro (Model RZ01-03420, Serial: PM2044H16403005) purchased on May 30, 2022.  Even after updating both the mouse and dongle to firmware 2.03.02_r1, it still randomly disconnects in 2.4 GHz HyperSpeed mode.I’ve already:- Used a USB 2.0 extender to avoid 3.x interference- Disabled all USB power-saving settings in Windows- Tested on another PC (ASUS ROG Strix G513QR)- Tried without Synapse installed- Confirmed the issue only happens in 2.4 GHz, not wired or BluetoothI’ve read that some early HyperSpeed units had dongle stability issues and that Razer sometimes provided replacement dongles as goodwill.  Thank you so much for your time.

My 7.1 surround sound audio is freezing and cutting out.I tried reinstalling Windows, but that didn't help.Other audio sounds fine.If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know.Thank you in advance.

Hello, I just purchased my my brand new razer kraken v4 pro, and synapse installed the drivers, and I installed the firmware it told me to install, and the audio is  good from the ear phones, but the microphone is where I’m having an issue. It keeps cutting in and  out I do a voice test in the windows app and i get 50%-70% audio and even when it gets a 100% it keeps skipping mid word, and every other word that just cuts in and out. I got all the correct settings set to default device in system settings, and tried  so many adjustments not only in synapse, but system settings, and I get the same results not only in windows voice test, but discord, OBS screen recording, in games,  etc.anyone  got  any solutions  as to why this would  be happening?
