I’ve had this controller for a while now, and it’s acquired a squeaky, spongey left trigger that doesn’t click like the right one does. It moves around more in its ‘socket’ too. I’ve tried it with and without the trigger stop switch flipped, feels bad both ways.Is there any simple maintenance I can try to improve this?

I bought a blackshark v2 x from my near store and i got a card that says scan the qr code to download and unlock your free 7.1 surround sound app activation code via razer id registration but when i scan it it fowards me into the 7.1 surround code app software  website but doesnt give me any activation code  tried installing it on my laptop and maybe see if i get it once i install the software but it was just asking for my activation code  even tho i didnt get one just a qr code which apperantly will give me it if i scan it but doesnt please help me.

My Razer Barracuda X’s drivers have dissapeared from my pc when I disconnected the dongle and I can’t reconnect them. What do I do?

People in store can’t answer as they are on a different system.I have a Razer 2080 rtx max q and want to upgrade I am trying to decide between Razer 14 5070 and Asus G14 5070 ti. Same price. I have loads or Razer peripherals (Strider Mat, Mouse, Keyboard etc) I wanted to buy the Razer 14 online and try it for a week using VR, Adobe CC, Games and 365 etc. If I don’t think it is quick enough (given that it’s exessively throttled on battery too), can I return it if retain the packaging and don’t damage the unit. When the terms say returns are permitted (original condition, how does that relate to the SSD being used?) I am also concerned about the mirror like, highly reflective screen for my office. I have had my Razer Iskur Gaming Chair since 2022, and it is still the most comfortable chair ever for when I’m gaming. Unfortunately, the armrests have been damaged and as much as I have tried to fix them, I am having a hard time finding a permanent solution. Does anyone know where I am able to find replacements for both armrests? Thank you!

A week ago while I was playing gtav on the laptop the screen suddenly started to flicker white and black lines then the laptop shutdown i restarted it and everything seemed fine. It happened a few more times then i stopped playing I was busy for the rest of the week untill the day before yestarday when i turned the laptop on it happened again but this the the screen went black the laptop was still on thou. I restarted and everything was fine for a while before it happened again. I restarted again and this time it started flashing white and black at the boot up. Went to the bios to see if it needed an update but it was updated to the latest version. One thing i noticed is that in the bios the problem didnt occur I thought it could be a driver issue I restarted it again and this time windows crashed and said it needed repair, did that but the problem didn't go away. I’ve had this Razer Kiyo for a couple years now, and out of nowhere my pc has started to reject it whenever I attempt to start it up. I redownloaded the drivers,  uninstalled and reinstalled synapse, tried different usb ports, and no matter what I end up doing my keeps recognizing it’s existence up until turning on the cameraAny ideas what could be up with it?

Hey, so to put it simply, was watching youtube with the headset connected via Bluetooth to my pc, it then began making a very loud fuzzy noise for ~10 seconds, after which, it turned off and wouldn't turn on, I left it on charge while I went to do something for an hour, hoping it was temporary, ive came back and now it turns on, goes through the Bluetooth pairing process and connects to my phone, but when it does, it will turn off immediately before any sound can come through For lack of better terms, has it run its course?

Trying to register my razer blackwidow v2 pro for 7.1 and THX but the web portal won’t recognise my serial number when I try to type it in. There is no S/N on my physical product (Yes, I have checked the left ear cup, inside and out) and still can’t find anything. Razer synapse thankfully gives me a serial number when i use my device, however it’s only 14 characers long whereas razer asks for 15. Anyone got any ideas?

Help! i connected my barracuda headset to my phone via bluetooth and now i cant get it to connect back to my pc via dongle. the dongle is working because my pc is picking it up; however,  the headset isnt want to connect. ive tried resetting everything and it just keeps saying pairing. what do i do 

Just bought a brand new Blackshark V2 PRO (the “for Playstation” version), and it works just fine on PC, both through Bluetooth and dongle, but, I just can’t update it’s firmware cause the “update” buttom never enables in the updater despite the headset being already normally connected, and Synapse doesn’t recognize it. It’s “for Playstation”, but also says it’s fully compatible with PC. How do I solve this problem? It’s a expensive headset, and I’m willing to return it if it can’t be solved.
