Ive had this headset since it come out and had no issues them last Saturday it just turned itself off so i left it on charge as it wouldnt turn back on while charging ive come to play on the PS5 today and still wouldnt turn back on then i noticed when its on the light is blue and flickering which means its in pairing mode ive tried using the dongle and connect via USB also tried the hold down button to reset and tried to double click but nothing works it can be turned off but when on the flickers blue my PS5 keeps showing headset disconnected notifications which means its tryna connect but just wont ive checked forums but no one has a soloution?

I did the inline/banner update from Synapse 3 to Synapse 4. I also migrated all profiles to version 4.I can also see the profiles for my laptop, mouse etc.However, when selecting a profile the profile does not get applied to the device. Meaning that the colors on the device is not being updated.As a test I reinstalled Synapse v3 and after a reboot all my color settings automatically gets applied to my devices.But as soon as a I update to v4 and migrate all profiles I am no longer able to change the color of my devices using my migrated profiles.It feels like v4 is very unstable.Any help to troubleshoot? All the best,/K

Hello Razer support team, my account has been banned. I wanted to add a phone number and an additional verification code, but the code was not available to me, and when I entered the code incorrectly twice, it started telling me that my account has been banned. Please remove the ban. I have 260 Razer Gold credits.

in the last few days my control pod has stopped switching audio devices with the little button on the side of the control pod, and i have no idea how to fix it, all it does is flash yellow twice at me and nothing changes, anybody else had this issue?

Turning haptics on causes a light buzzing sound to emit from the left ear. I’ve done everything from cable checking to seeing if it was synapse itself (closing/reinstall does nothing). Its really hard to use the main gimmick with this constant sound in my ear.

The dongle from Viper V2 Pro broke, I also have Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro HyperPolling Technology and DeathAdder V2 Pro. Can I somehow connect Viper V2 Pro with their dongles?

I have the Deathstalker V2 PRO Tenkeyless with the saving setting to disable ilumination when idle for some minutes to conserve batery. Everything worked great on Synapse 3 but I recently upgrade to Synapse 4 and imported my profile and now 90% of the time when it goes idle and comes back, the ilumination won't come back. Once the problem starts it won't return until I restart the computer.My Cobra PRO mouse has the same setup and works fine.Anyone had the same problem or have any idea how to fix it?

Hello, I have a Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro. The scroll wheel is malfunctioning. Sometimes it scrolls in the opposite direction or does not register any movement at all. I have already updated the firmware and Synapse. I also tested it on multiple devices and browsers, but the issue persists. Could you please assist me with a warranty claim or replacement? Thank you.

Why can i not change my actuation point on my Razer Huntsman Mini 60 Percent keyboard? it doesn’t appear in razer synapse 3 or 4 and it doesn’t show a guide on it either so i’m lost, and in all of the videos it just shows up for them but not for me.

Hello there, I bought my Blackshark V2 Pro back in April and I’ve been using it without any problems until a week ago. For a week now, I’ve been experiencing random “popping” and “crackling” sounds. These issues occur more often while gaming and listening to music. (When playing Cyberpunk 2077, these popping sounds were really frequent.) I have tried restarting my drivers by following the guidelines on Razer’s website and also updated my headset’s firmware yesterday by using the update app but it hasn’t helped sadly. I’d be happy to get some help with this. 

The integrated speakers on my laptop no longer work. Connecting headphones using the audio jack also doesn’t work. I tried using Bluetooth audio and I do get audio but it only plays sound ¼ of a second so audio is start stop. Any ideas on what I can do to fix this issue?

Hello, I have a pair of Razer Kraken V3 X that I’ve had for about a month. I always unplug and plug them back in when I use them. Yesterday, the microphone was working, but today when I tried to use it, it didn’t work. I haven’t placed them anywhere where the mic or the headphones could have been physically damaged. They still work for listening,it’s just the microphone that doesn’t work.I tried updating the drivers, but it still doesn’t work. Is there any solution?

Just got a basilisk v3 pro 35k in phantom green. The mouse sometimes freezes after pointer jumps/lags momentarily. When it  freezes it even disappears in Synapse.  Using the 2.4hz usb for now. I haven’t tried wired or bluetooth, but this shouldn’t happen anyway. Anyone experiencing things like this?

Hello,I have a pink Razer Barracuda X to which I have lost the type C dongle.I wanted to use it paired via bluetooth, however even though the blue light is blinking I cannot seem to pair it.Connecting a jack cable to it, works, but I would like to use it wirelessly with my phone.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
