Just got this mouse delivered today and it was at like 20 percent out of the box so I plugged it in and its been nearly 2 hours and it is barely above 30 percent. Ive swapped cables, USB ports and reinstalled synapse… any ideas would be appreciated 

Where can I get spare microphone for Razer Barracuda X Chroma? Please give me details on where to buy it because I lost the mic. If there is no replacement that would make me very sad as it will basically become useless.

So I’ve checked around these discussions and have seen some similarities, but none of the solutions I’ve tried works. I’ve reinstalled the drivers, I’ve updated the firmware and though I can move the cursor,  nothing responds to the left or right clicks. I am still able to adjust speed and such, and other mouses work too, but no matter what I try the left click doesn’t work.

Anyone know what to do about a fan that isnt working?I had a fire and my laptop was on at the time, the fire didnt reach it or anything but I think the smoke killed one of the fans, I got it cleaned and replaced at a local place, but the fan still doesnt work, is there anything I can do?

I think the OS boot is corrupted and I am forever stuck at the light blue screen showing recovery options that include restore checkpoint, recover from media (which i have none), etc.I tried to find a recovery image for the 2019Product: Razer BladeProduct Code: RZ09-02887E92-R341but i can’t find online… please help!! Many thanks in advance. Edwin

I’m looking at the configurations of the 2025 Blade 16. When I select 64GB, it downgrades the CPU from HX to non-HX, and GPU from 5090 to 5080. When I select the 5090 GPU, it downgrades the RAM from 64GB to 32GB. Can I not select a 5090 with 64GB RAM? What madness is this?

 I have been using this Razer account since 2021, and now I have lost access to my two-step verification device and backup codes. Recently, I topped up $30 into my account but cannot use it due to the two-step verification issue. I have already submitted a support ticket to Razer. Please help 

My Razer Naga Pro lights stopped working, I tried everything from updating firmare, updating the synapse app, disabling windows dynamic lightning (ui method and registry method), restarted computer, reinstalled softwares, and nothing seems to be working.Any more ideas?, thankx in advance!

I live in Australia I purchased the BlackWidow  V4 Pro in October 24. The S key has stopped lighting up. I have tried everywhere to get help with warranty before the Oct cutoff date arrives but have had no luck. I love the board but having the key unlit is really annoying. My mouse disconnecting and reconnecting for 1 sec after lifting up and down. So for one sec i am losing connection then reconnects when i move the mouse. Firmware is up to date. It is so frustrating when i am gaming.
