Hello, I have an Ornata v1 keyboard and after a year of use a lot of dirt has accumulated on its membrane. I would like to know if I can remove the keys without damaging the device.

My Leviathan V2 is about a year old and while connected via USB, during gameplay the sound will start to jitter and quickly degrade to almost no sound.  This happens after between 10 - 30 minutes of gameplay.  When USB is disconnected and Bluetooth enabled sound works perfectly.  Drivers are updated.  

when i use them and try and connect them to the razar audio app on my phone so that i can change modes so i can hear games and stuff i can get through the first part but actually pairing is not working my phone and headphones are next to eachother and still wont pair, i need help on how to pair them so i can hear, and sometimes they turn oiff randomly  

Ok so i just bought the Playstation version of the hammerhead earbuds because they stated they last up to 6 hours per charge.My question is then why am I only getting 2 hours max before they say low battery? I definitely have them charged to 100% and it's frustrating me that I have to use one and when that goes flat I have to swap them My other issue is they keep losing connection while talking to people which is really frustrating. Is there anyone who can help or am I screwed because I bought them from an online retailer and not in person? The company won't get back to me.

Hi all I have an issue with it. The connection from MSI and LSC battlefrom to sync the rgb effects not work properly. It’s showed as connected but i can’t modify the colors or effect on the component icons. Rest of devices as mouse, keyboard etc.. i can do it. In synapse 4 it worked perfect. Anyhelp on it? If not I have to rollback to my old synapse 3. Regards  

According to the code that came to the mail with product activation, I cannot activate THX headphones Blackshark v2X. The card with the code was not included. the headphones do not reproduce 7.1 sound properly in games

I just bought a Blackshark V2 X and the activation code for 7.1 surround that was send to my email is invalid. Please help!

I recently purchased a headset and registered its serial number on the site. Unfortunately, the microphone is not working, but it shows up on devices.  

I just bought my Headset, and after 2-3 hours I muted myself on the headset, unmuted it and nobody on Discord could hear my anymore. I restarted the headset, restarted my pc, reinstalled the software, even reinstalled realtek audio drivers but nothing helped. Then I found out, that basically if I’m on 100% volume of the microphone I’m crazy loud as you would expect. 90% now is perfect and 75% is still ok. But everything below 70% microphone volumen, nobody is able to hear me as the microphone is not capturing my voice at all. Is this a known issue? Is there any possibility to fix this??

Hello everyone, I’ve received a Razer Nari Ultimate for Xbox headset. I own both other variants of this series (Essential and mid-line Nari) and they have been wonderful. I’ve noticed that this Ultimate set however has crackling and temporary disconnect issues. Has anyone found any solutions to this? I’ve purchased a replacement Xbox Wireless adapter to see if this helps. Thanks!

Hello, Good day Aero, Just wanted to ask for your suggestions if you don't mind? 1. I have a Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X and the left side earbud is draining fast after a year. 2. I have sent it to a service center for a replacement and they did. They have replaced it. 3. However, the problem is, the replacement unit is also draining battery fast. It's even worse than my previous earbuds. Both sides. 4. Is it really that bad? I mean, the replacement is brand new, and just got out of the box. Charged it for 60 minutes. And even more.5. I tried to connect it to my Razer App, to check the battery level, it's way below. I am expecting a 100% charge.6. I can't even update the firmware since it's below 75%. I even try updating it while the charging. But it got stuck to 51% since the battery will make the earbuds turned off.7. My question is, is there a troubleshooting method to use about this? My ''O'' and ''.'' keys stopped working, maybe I disabled them but I don't know how to fix it. Even if I activate the ''f'' key to activate a macro for example, all the keys blink, except the ones I mentioned. It's worth mentioning that the RGB still works.
