hello,I’ve been having this issue where the laptop does not want to start up. The current situation is that the laptop doesn’t have any fans spinning or any thing show up on the screen when I turn the power on. All I see is a pulsing green light. Keyboard backlight not on either. The laptop was working yesterday fine not sure what happened today. I take good care of my laptop by regularly cleaning dust out every few months and run it on a laptop stand so it gets plenty of airflow. I even got a replacement razor battery a year ago so i doubt its the battery.I have tried many of the common fixes:- unplugged, the battery, and the power cable while holding the power button for 10 to 15 seconds. No work- switched the RAM slots, removed one / swapped its slots then tried the other. No work- switched out the M.2 boot drive out for another. No work- held the power button for 60 seconds (some guy on Reddit mentioned this) no work-removed CMOS battery for 5 minutes and placed it back and tried t

got a blackwidow v4 and a basilisk and a naga.  windows 11.  sometimes..it’s about half the time..the lights on the devices will turn off once windows loads.  i have had this happen with synapse 3 and 4 under windows 11.  windows lighting control is off.  if i uninstall synapse they go into the cycle mode as normal.  i have done everything..even reloading windows from scratch..not just a reset but wiping the main drive completely and reinstalling from ground zero..the culprint is synpase.  Unfortunately the quality of the software has not been good the past few years….hopefully they will decide to address this one day.

Snap Tap key binds are getting blocked when playing games (mainly valorant) and wont let me move in game at all. The chat macros that I also have set up also do not work when games are open.

The latest version of Razer Synapse appears to be completely disabling my Hunstman Elite keyboard. While Synapse is running, the keyboard is completely unresponsive. Once I disable Razer Synapse, it starts working again.This has happened with previous versions in the past as well. Is there a way to rollback to the previous version of Synapse until this has been fixed? Every time I try a clean install of Synapse, it doesn’t seem to resolve the issue. 

Hello!I have a Razer Blade 15 as well as an Eero network in my house.  I have 3 different Eeros around the house and my laptop automatically connects to the furthest one which really messses up my internet.  How can I fix this problem?

Registration Page is saying my serial number is invalid. I’ve made sure I’m not confusing any of the characters for another.Help would be appreciated. Seems like I keep running into issues of some kind around registration or warranty service with every Razer purchase the last 5 years. *sighs*

My Razer Barracuda X (2021) model stops working. I tried all the possible troubleshooting. updating firmware, checking connection, but same issue. I tried to check the microphone privacy settings and paring it again but no luck. hope anyone can look on to this issue. Thanks in advance!

Long story short, my PC was reformatted and I made the poor choice of installing Synapse 4. This is the 2nd time I’ve (accidentally) installed Synapse 4, resulting in my keyboard becoming glitched: https://www.reddit.com/r/razer/comments/1jk5ded/blackwidow_v4_75_wireless_modifier_keys_not/ I’m now in the exact same position as I was before. However, my “FIX” doesn’t work. I must’ve accidentally stumbled across a keybind/key that allows you to bypass the firmware updater tools “You already have the latest firmware restriction” which I now can’t seem to figure out. Has anyone been able to reliably force a firmware re-flash?

When I try to access the program through id.me it says that it's not available currently. I've sent a few tickets about this previously but haven't gotten any responses. Does anyone have some info?

I am confused to why my audio is silent on max volume with 3.5mm plugged in and in Bluetooth mode i only have audio in one ear but volume is normal, if anyone knows why please let me know since i can’t get any repair or anything since i don’t have the warranty or anything anymore 

Hello, I've recently purchased my Razor Ripsaw HD Capture Card. Ive followed all physical instructions on what goes where. I have video in 1080p(even though it says I can use 4k but doesn't tell me how) I have it connected to pc and my Xbox series X. I have figured out how to get audio from games, party chat. But its not picking up my mic, and I still dont ha e game chat audio. Just party audio. I've looked up and down many different post, youtube videos and tutorials. And I can't seem to figure out what im doing wrong. Ive set my video capture device on OBS to Razor Ripsaw HD HDMI. And my audio input I've swapped back and forth between microphone (Razor Ripsaw HD, Razor Ripsaw HD HDMI) and no mic audio or game chat audio coming through. I have Huntsman mini analog yet i dont have the snap tap feature i bought this keyboard a bit ago and i dont wanna get another keyboard just to unlock one feature 

Hello,I’m experiencing an issue with my DeathStalker V2 Pro keyboard. The RGB lighting turns off after a period of inactivity, which is expected, but the problem is that it doesn’t turn back on when I resume using the keyboard. Pressing keys does not bring the lighting back — only restarting the Razer Synapse software resolves the issue.Both the keyboard firmware and the USB dongle firmware are updated to the latest available versions. I’ve also verified that the lighting profile is properly configured in Razer Synapse, but the issue still persists. Could you please assist me with resolving this?

A friend sent me a Razer Kraken headset and the mic does not register for use in Discord, also the LED’s are not lighting up, I have installed the Razer software and the Viper mouse she also sent registers fine in there.  I would appreciate help in getting the Kraken headset set up correctly so I am able to use it for voice communication, it registers that the mic is in use whenever I try to do anything with it.

Title. I attempted to reinstall Synapse 3 onto a different drive of my Windows PC, but when running the installer, it defaults to the C drive. I figured that this may be a problem with leftover files, so I followed the process for clean installing (e.g., disconnecting Razer devices, deleting the corresponding folders in Program Files / AppData, etc.) and tried again. However, it still defaults to the C drive, without an option to change it. Official support videos such as this one indicate that I should be able to change the location within the installer, but the newest version of the installer available (as of 11/20) does not let me do so. I understand I could use a symbolic link within the install location to point to the correct drive (in a fashion similar to moving iTunes backups), but this could cause problems for uninstalling later. Any fixes would be appreciated.

Hi i just bought the razer seiren mini and whenever i talk with my friends on discord it makes some kind of buzzing noise and it wont stop.

The soundbar lights up and turns on, but is not detected in my Synapse (v3), latest firmware install is not able to detect my leviathan. I tried multiple working USB-C - USB-A cables connecting to my PC, still nothing. I checked my pc drivers, my monitor output is heard, so I know it has to be solely an issue with my Leviathan.I tried searching for it in my device manager, it is also no longer there. All other device apps are fine, like my Razor Microphone and other products. Please help. I was thinking if someone can even help me set-up a mail for repair? It is still under warranty

What the title of the thread says. I’m genuinely infuriated. These lose files take up more than half of my M2 SSD.And the worst part is - they’re all locked and hidden with Window’s security feature, so I can’t even delete them. Once I select them - Widows says that they are all 0kb and empty. But WizTree shows how bad things actually are. They’re all exactly the same in size and contents:  I’ve uninstalled all Razer utilities from my PC, but the folders, obviously, remained.Does anyone have any ideas on how to remove all that trash?
