Two days ago, some water (not much) got spilled on my Razer Blade. I turned it off, removed the back cover, unplugged the battery, fanned it with a hair drier (on a cool setting), left it in front of a fan for a night. After 24 hours I turned it on and was very happy. However, after an hour or so, it indicated that the battery is low and that it will turn off. I plugged in the charger thinking that it would help, but it went off regardless. When I plug it in, the green indicator light on the laptop doesn’t come on.I am certain that the laptop works, but something is wrong with either the battery, charger, the port or something in between. Is there anyone with similar experiences? How did you solve it?I have read bad things about sending it for repairs. I live in the Netherlands and I couldn’t find where might be the nearest care center.

I've already tried everything: reinstalling Synapse, updating firmware, switching USB ports, all three connection modes (HyperSpeed dongle, Bluetooth, and wired), and checking the battery. The problem also happens on a second PC and even in wired mode, so it's clearly the mouse itself, not my system.The mouse is about 1.5 years old, so it should still be within the 2-year warranty period. The problem is I bought it in Spain (I now live in Poland) and I can't find my receipt. Can you help me check the purchase date by serial number? My serial number is: S/N: PM2327H27300157The mouse is registered to my Razer account. Thank you.

What is the difference, color apart, from the razer deathadder v4 pro niko edition and the normal edition? 

Hello,Is it possible to set an analog function to a key on this keyboard (Huntsman V3 pro) without attributing the key to a joypad or joystick function ?For example in GTA, i can emulate right trigger joypad (which is used to accelerate with the car (throttle)) to UJp or Z key. That allow me to accelerate progressively like an analog function. But as soon as i exit the car, the key become useless as right trigger is used to punch so Z or Up key make me punch instead of moving forward.So my question is, can a key, on this keyboard, be simply be set as an analog key without emulating a device ?Best regards.Ps : sorry for my english.

Hey Support and Community, my Naga just “died” today. It suddenly stopped working and only got recognized as a USB-hard drive with a firmware.bin inside.As far as I’ve read from other manufacturers apparently you need to hard reset the device (press LMB+RMB+SWB while plugging in with Razer Mouses) and giving the mouse a new/working firmware.bin file.I tried the aforementioned reset but seemingly did nothing, but I'm still missing the File. Maybe you can help me out.I also made a Ticket and wrote a PM to razer.sushi.boi hoping something helps me faster. @.@ SincerelyMaxi

I’m having a recurring mouse input freeze issue in multiple games. During gameplay, mouse movement continues to work, but mouse clicks/actions stop responding for a few seconds.Example: if I’m holding right-click to aim, the game stays stuck in aim mode, and left-click/other mouse actions do not respond. After a few seconds, the mouse buttons start working again normally.This happens randomly during combat/gameplay, not only in one game. I noticed it in:Black Myth: Wukong Battlefield 6The issue is not related to FPS or game performance, because the game keeps running normally and I can still move/look around. It seems like mouse button input is freezing or being held/dropped temporarily.I already tried disabling/uninstalling Chroma SDK and disabling Razer startup apps, but some Razer services were still running in Windows services, including Razer Game Manager Service 3.Please help me check if this could be caused by Razer Synapse, Razer Game Manager, Chroma/SDK services, polling rate,

My Razer DeathAdder V2 is appearing as "CRP DISABLD" It acts as a flash drive with a firmware.bin file.Firmware updater is no use for me since my pc doesnt even think the device is connected.Is there a way for me to get the correct firmware.bin file for my mouse model please?

Hi everyone,I'm having trouble setting up my Razer Pro Click V2. Synapse 4 is installed on my PC, but it keeps failing to install/recognize my device. I've tried everything I could find but nothing worked.Things I've already tried:Reinstalling Synapse 4 (clean install)Restarting the PCTrying different USB portsRunning Synapse as administratorDisabling antivirus/firewallThe mouse itself works fine as a basic mouse, but Synapse can't complete the device setup.How can I get the detailed error log so I can share it here? Hello, I use Razer Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed headphones and today something happened that hasn't happened before: after pressing the mute button, my volume automatically drops to 0. I checked Razer's forum to find out, and it turns out someone else had the same problem. They found the solution in disabling Synapse, and it actually works. It seems you've made a faulty driver update; please fix it. And if you ask me for my headphones' serial number, please show me where to find it. Have a good day and fix this quickly.

Hello everyone, please help! I can't update the firmware on my Razer Baracuda X 2022. It's not detected by the update program. I've read a lot of threads about this issue, but they haven't helped me! How do I update the firmware?  

I wasn’t sure how to raise awareness of this, but I wanted to flag this here with RAZER because of the fact that the shipment I received was factory sealed which has implications that before the inventory made it to the Amazon Warehouse, the laptop was switched out for 2 reams of paper. Here are the details. I purchased a Razor RTX 5090 from Amazon.ca, who was the seller. The delivery arrived the next day, and upon unboxing from the factory sealed packaging, I became aware there was no laptop in the box, rather two stacks of plain paper had been placed in the box where a laptop should be.This was April 12th. I filed a police report with the RCMP, case number RM26-6900I have also contacted Amazon customer service multiple times for a refund. I did receive an RMA to return the shipment, but no refund has been issued as of yet.I am contacting Razor, considering the shipment was in a seemingly factory sealed box, could mean that your fulfillment pipeline may have some issues worth looking

I got this old razor two phone and it locked me out. I could not remember the password or email and I didn’t have any recovery email set up to it and it won’t let me back in.

Hello, I’ve had my Iskur V1 for quite some time now and I like the chair. After the latest firmware update (around 2 weeks ago), whenever I enabled THX and entered games, the sound quality became very bad for a few seconds. I decided to reinstall the THX driver, but now it will not reinstall at all, even after removing all drivers and reinstalling the application.I found the THX driver in Device Manager, but it would not work. I tried repairing it and updating it, but nothing helped.I also installed the THX Spatial Audio application from your website, but it is not free. Considering that I own these headphones, I believe I should either receive a THX activation code or have my THX drivers properly repaired.For the past week, nobody has been able to help me.

Hi everyone.I updated the firmware on my Razer Anzu today, and after the update my anzu proceeded to shut down. but afterwards, the device does not power on.Here are the symptoms: Solid blue LED appears only when the glasses are on the charger No LED at all when unplugged No “Power On” prompt I do hear the “Power Off” voice prompt when the sides are closed, but nothing else Cannot enter pairing mode, no voice prompts on button commands Hard reset (10–15 sec touch hold) does nothing Is there any recovery method beyond the standard reset, or is this a confirmed firmware brick that requires replacement? :(Thanks in advance.

Hi guys, I’m having a battery issue with my Razer Hammerhead True Wireless V2 right earbud. It shows 100% battery at first, but within a minute it suddenly drops to 10% and then turns off. I’ve already tried resetting it and fully charging it, but the issue still persists.
