Closing synapse makes the keyboard work, it only stopps after synapse loads the keyboard. The keyboard is brand new.Synapse registers the key presses in rapid triger tab. I have already tried:reinstalling synapse (a few times)restarting pcturning off “demo mode”resetting the keyboard in synapsecreating a new profile in synapseturning off rapid trigger (tho it was already off when keyboard was bought)connecting to a different usb port the keyboard drivers are up to date. Thx for help,pretty annoying to not have lightning settings saved(have to use a third party app to change them) and also knowing that i cant use the dedicated software. 

I had a issue last night with the Razer app eating alot of my ram in my task manager. I had to uninstall Razer Chroma, and disable it from the startup option in task manager. Also had to let dynamic lighting take over and downloaded Sonic GG to eq my Razer mic and headset. Is there a way to fix it so razer synapse doesn't eat all my available ram??

Hey, i recently bought the Razer Barracuda headset, it works with bluetooth mode and 3.5m , but the 2.4hz is not being detected by the pc.

Hello Razer Support,I own a Razer Blade 15 Base 2020 (Model: RZ09-0328).The battery is now severely degraded and has almost no remaining battery life. More importantly, the battery is extremely swollen, to the point that it is visibly expanding inside the laptop.For safety reasons, I have stopped using the laptop on battery power and I would like to replace the battery as soon as possible.Could you please let me know if an official Razer replacement battery (RC30-0328) is available for my laptop, and if so, whether I can purchase it directly from Razer?I am located in France.I can provide the laptop’s serial number, photos of the swollen battery, or any other information you may need.Thank you for your help :D

My Razer Naga V2 hyperspeed is disconnecting frequently. I’ve only been using it a couple of weeks but it just started having this issue last night. I’ve noticed that when the issue is occurring it seems to happen in the same section of the screen for some reason (coincidence maybe?). It’s both the mouse cursor and the buttons on the side that stop working. Sometimes rather than stopping entirely, the inputs are instead delayed. Ive also noticed that sometimes when it disconnects, the battery icon in synapse disappears.  Ive already checked the power settings, its on 5 mins and not 0 like some people have had and I also increased it to 15, I’ve tried to update drivers and firmware but its all up to date, I’ve moved the dongle to different ports (all 3.0+), taken out the battery and cleaned the terminals, and I’ve reinstalled synapse. None of these has fixed the problem.

Ever since updating to the latest firmware, my Razer Huntsman V3 HE Magnetic Mini 65% (8kHz) has been becoming completely unresponsive every 1–2 hours during gameplay.All key inputs stop registering entirely, though the RGB lighting stays turned on. Hello again, another Synapse software update, and once more it has wiped my gaming profile. Once again, I had to re-import my profile with my macros. It’s unbelievable that the same issues keep happening with your software. I’ve even changed my PC, formatted, and reinstalled everything. And your cloud sync still doesn’t work. You’re lucky Corsair’s iCUE doesn’t support the Tartarus—otherwise, I’d have switched already.

Hello,I recently purchased both the Razer Naga V2 Pro and the Mouse Dock Pro. Unfortunately, I’m experiencing an issue when trying to charge the mouse using the dock.When I place the mouse on the dock, the charging indicator briefly flashes green a few times, then the regular RGB lighting turns on for a moment. Shortly after, it stops charging. This cycle repeats continuously. In Razer Synapse, I can also see that charging stops and then starts again repeatedly.Both devices are running the latest firmware. I have tested multiple USB ports on my system, and the issue persists even when the PC is powered off. I have also tried reseating the charging puck multiple times to make sure it is properly connected.I plan to test the setup on another computer later today to rule out any system-specific issues. However, this behavior doesn’t seem normal for a charging process, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this.Thank you in advance!

Every few days or so, I put my computer to sleep and it immediately wakes up, the light on my mouse (always wired, I refuse to use it wireless)goes dark, I can move the cursor, but can't click on the left and right mouse buttons until I replug the mouse(middle click works, scrolling works, side buttons seem to work but I didn't program them). The computer never goes back to sleep, which is my main concern.I contacted support but the AI wants me to take a video of the computer being woken up, which since updating through the site's driver downloads and through synapse, is no longer persistent(used to wake every time pc is put to sleep), and I can't reliably reproduce the issue to film it.Anyone having the same issue?
