I need replacement skates for my Naga V2 Pro (Left Handed) -  The only skates I can find are for the older LH version. Does anyone know where I can find some, or what a decent alternative would be?

Hello,I recently purchased both the Razer Naga V2 Pro and the Mouse Dock Pro. Unfortunately, I’m experiencing an issue when trying to charge the mouse using the dock.When I place the mouse on the dock, the charging indicator briefly flashes green a few times, then the regular RGB lighting turns on for a moment. Shortly after, it stops charging. This cycle repeats continuously. In Razer Synapse, I can also see that charging stops and then starts again repeatedly.Both devices are running the latest firmware. I have tested multiple USB ports on my system, and the issue persists even when the PC is powered off. I have also tried reseating the charging puck multiple times to make sure it is properly connected.I plan to test the setup on another computer later today to rule out any system-specific issues. However, this behavior doesn’t seem normal for a charging process, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this.Thank you in advance!

Is it possible to get a spare PSU somehow? Mine got lost during apartment renovation and after a week of searching, I can’t find it anywhere. Been using the light for unboxing videos etc. above a table. Or are there specs for the PSU to get a similar one?

Hello, is there any ways to buy or replace the 12 panel button for my Naga v2 pro ? Some button aren’t working now when the mouse is working otherwhise.

Wish I could upload a video here. Pretty simple, tho, RGB is set to a static dark red background with static brighter red visualization overtop, which should start in the center and move outward as the noises increase from the input, but instead, it’s left of center by at least 3 centimeters. I’ve researched this, and can’t even find anyone else having reported this problem. I found advanced hidden volume controls to check the R/L stereo settings, thinking something was off somehow, it’s not. Thinking I have a faulty device and maybe I can reflash it, or something??? Help!RGB is frustrating as…!!!

Hi there!I’ve got a razer tartarus V2 and a pro. And recently upgraded from synapse 3 to 4. Which seemed fine at first. But along the way i’ve come to notice atleast 1 quite annoying issue.In synapse 3 i was able to use right and left alts distinctly, but seem to be unable to do so now. Even tho my old profile keys still recognize them, i cannot add new ones or change old ones.For example. On G1 i want the ‘hotkey’ Right Alt + 1. Which would show exactly like that on synapse 3. When i try to do this now on synapse 4. The only registration that happens is Alt.Even when using another program that DOES support it (logitech Ghub, Corsair Icue) and configure a hotbutton there to then press and try to insert into synapse, it simply fails.How can we fix this? Because with macro’s it works, but macro’s are simply slower. I’ve attached a screenshot of an imported keyboard fuction, which works like a charm.

Hello, I'm having trouble logging into my Razer Gold account; a notification appears saying "Temporarily banned for consecutive failed login attempts."

I've been having this problem since the last few days; the keyboard just goes unresponsive all of the sudden and starts weirdly flashing red. Last time this happened, i just fixed it by updating the keyboard on Synapse, however now i don't know what to do. I've tried disconnecting and connecting, deleting the keyboard from device manager, and maybe even smashing the keys :). A red color is just faintly glowing/flashing. Only buttons that work is volume control and the top 3 buttons next to it with the rgb.i got this from amazon refurbished 2 months ago. Any help is very welcome! 

So I ordered a Razer huntsman V3 pro mini and when I want to track it, it says error. And when I check my orders history it says I don't have any orders. Did it get canceled and I paid for nothing ? Or is it just the website lagging?

Anything I bind to any keys on my Tatarus V2 does NOT work.I’m trying to change keypad ‘16’ to CTRL and it simply does not work.I’ve reinstalled Synapse, reset device, etc.Instead, what Synapse does is apply a virtual ‘ghost press’ of the buttons I’m trying to map to the keypad.Meaning, any button I map to it, is then somehow being virtually pressed constantly. Nothing I map to my device works at all, and Synapse is to blame.Despite anything I bind to any button, it is only the default function that happens when pressing any of the respective keys on my device.I cannot game until you fix this.

I’ve had this mouse for years and love it, it was working perfectly fine 3 days ago, a razer update happened and now it does not work at all. It does show up in my devices list but only as “Razer Bootloader”.I have already tried a reinstall of all razer apps, the support pages do not have the drivers listed for this model unfortunately. I am unsure what to do at this point, any advice would help!

Hello, I bought this keyboard almost 2 years ago. In the last 6 months I’ve been having issues with unresponsive keys.sometimes my “S” and “D” keys don’t work for 4-5 seconds. My “SHIFT” and “Q” keys also sometimes don’t register with inconsistent duration. Yesterday my “Q” key only worked around half the time. I plugged my keyboard to another device and it seemed to work normally but still with a few stutters. I plugged back in to my PC and it carried over the issue. It is kinda fixed but it isn’t. I’m still having issues. I have tried all the basic troubleshooting.

Just to preface I have tested on 2 macbooks and 1 pc. My Basilisk V3 Pro has two seperate issues and I have ensured firmware is up to date and synapse is up to date as well. Bluetooth - Constantly has to re-pair as it won’t auto connect.  2.4Ghz - Dongle stopped working, tried another dongle from Razer, worked for a couple hours then stopped working. Has anyone had this issue?  What was the fix or is the issue still pending?

Hello everyone !I bought a naga V2 hyperspeed mouse and I'd like to rebind my keys on the side panel. Except that the software considers that I'm using a qwerty keyboard and there's no setting where I can change it to azerty. And yet, my Windows keyboard settings indicate that I'm using an azerty keyboard, not a qwerty one.Thanks for your help !

I’ve just bought a JBL wired headset for my Wolverine V3 Pro controller, when I plug it in I can hear the controller adjusting volume but no other sounds come through, any ideas? 

OK, I’m out of ideas. Mac M1 mini, latest OS, Naga v2 Pro (so it’s a supported device). App launches, mouse is detected, I was able to adjust the scrolling fine (I absolutely love Smooth Scroll). I programmed the side buttons, saved each one, but clicking any of those buttons does nothing. Not the default corresponding number, not what I programmed...nothing. I tried the other side panels to make sure that wasn’t the issue. None of them work. 

Is it possible if I could get a link to buy the viper v4 or v3 griptape? You guys literally have the best and most insane griptape please. 

My mouse will automatically switch from Tactile to Free-Spin mode by it’s self. I might be in the middle of a game, suddenly my weapons are switching automatically due to this high sensitivity of the Free-Spin mode. I’ll use the button and switch it back to Tactile, but it will always switch back randomly. Any idea how I can stop this? I only want to use Tactile mode. In the mouse settings I have scroll acceleration = Off, Scrolling Mode = Tactile, SMART-REEL = Off

I have a Razer DeathAdder Elite (RZ01-02010). When Synapse is closed, I can change DPI normally, but when Synapse is open, the DPI does not change correctly. I have already clean-reinstalled Synapse and Razer drivers and restarted my PC. I need to use 400 DPI. Is there a firmware update or another solution for this specific model? 

I have recently bought some Nommo Pro Speakers, the original ones with the tweeters at the top. When I connect via USB to my MSI Katana b13vGK the audio is insanely loud at low levels like 2-6%. The bass is also extremely loud even when I turn it down to the lowest it will go which is 10%. How do i fix this problem? When I connect via Audio Jack everything is fine but I don’t get access to the synaspe side of it. I need the synapse side to control the audio mode, and bass.

Hi,I'm having a reproducible wireless stuttering issue with my Razer Basilisk Ultimate when using the USB port on the Razer Mouse Dock Chroma.I have already isolated the problem with the following tests:Basilisk Ultimate connected directly to the PC via USB cable: works perfectly, no stuttering. Wireless dongle connected directly to a USB port on the PC: works perfectly, no stuttering. Mouse Dock Chroma connected to the PC, with the wireless dongle inserted into the dock: severe and constant mouse stuttering. I tested using the same USB port on the PC during troubleshooting. The dock is positioned directly in front of the mouse, so distance should not be an issue. Synapse detects both the Basilisk Ultimate and the Mouse Dock Chroma correctly. Chroma lighting works correctly on both devices when Synapse is running. The dock charges the mouse normally. I manually updated the Basilisk Ultimate and wireless dongle using the official Razer firmware updater. They are now running firmware 1.0
