"There's an unexpected error, please reload the page and try again" when I'm trying to get a code to validate my purchase. I've encountered this tonnes and tonnes of times and it's frustrating me. And it's almost always at the most inconvenient times. Support has been no help, no response no answers besides all the bots not understanding the question. How do we resolve this once and for all? 

i just wanted to know about the mic compatibility with the pc version of the Blackshark v3 x of my ps5. I pretty much just wanted a well priced pair of wireless headphones with a mic that worked for everything but after receiving them, i can realized that the mic volume is super quiet even when i turn my mic volume all the way up. is there fix for this?

Hello I bought the Razer Kraken v4pro and I have problems activating the SenseHD in Battlefield6 they are supposed to be compatible there are even images on their website of all the kit you can buy... I come from a kraken v3pro and I was happy with them and I expected a big jump in quality in every way and at the moment I do not see justified its price... but what repels me is not being able to use the sense hd only works if I activate the haptico by sound that works just like the kraken v3pro is there any way to activate SenseHD in battlefield6?

Hi, I own a Razer Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 that I used connected with the dongle.I’m also using the latest Razer Synapse 4 update. If I use this Windows settings (allowing the native THX Spatial Audio enhancements) :I then can change my EQ settings in Synapse 4 so everything works as intended.The issue is that when I start some games, the volume goes to maximum (way louder than my settings on Windows) and any change in game or on windows volume doesn’t do anything until I close the game. The sound is also crackling when this happens and switch randomly volume. To solve this, I can disable windows audio enhancements on the headset settings. But if I do so, the sound quality gets bad and Synapse 4 EQ settings won’t work anymore. How can I enjoy my headset 100% without having to disable some features to be able to use it? I’ll be more than happy to give more informations if needed, I’d love to be able to use my headset at its full potential. TsarFlow

Hello,My headset appears to be turned off in Synapse, but it is actually turned on, the dongle is properly connected to the PC, and the sound is working perfectly. However, I cannot use Synapse to change the audio or THX sound settings. Thank you in advance for your response. PS: I am French, so I am using a translation service. HiI’m trying register them I’m getting message that product is already registered. I just got them so how it can be registered? 

As a lot of people know, the razer basilisk v3 hyperspeed has a huge software issue that essentially makes the mouse unusable. Every now and then (for me its every like 2 minutes), the mouse will “disconnect” and basically shut off for a second and then turn back on. As I’ve seen, there has been no solution over the past 5 years as long as this has been an issue. Is there one im not finding, or is the mouse still broken?

I have a huntsman v3 pro and I dumped a pretty good amount of coffee into the keyboard.  It is starting to get sticky.  Can I didassemble the keyboad and clean it?  Can I just spray water into the keyboard to wash out the coffee?  It is also modifying the colors of the keys that seem to have coffee crusted on them.Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Kurt

I haven't used my razer Basilisk X hyperspeed mouse for more than 4 months and now when I turned it on,the cursor is moving on its own and I am not able to control the cursor with the mouse

The left side of my Razer Chroma Strider has stopped lighting up and I can’t lodge anything through warranty because they require a serial number which the strider does not have. Is there a way to fix this? 

Hello there,I started a warranty case for a defective headset (Blackshark V2) which I wanted to warranty because I really liked the headset. I started the warranty case in early November and had the headset sent to Razer (in their possession) by December 1st. At this point, I figured it would be 3-5 days until they shipped me the replacement device, which is what they listed on their website and continue to send in email. I wasn’t in any rush anyways, and I figured the Holidays would effect some of the speed, however it’s been almost a full month without any other updates other than the copy paste emails claiming “Within the next 2 business days, you can expect to receive an email update with your replacement's outbound tracking number.” I’m just wondering if this is kind of on par for Razer warranty’s or if others have had better luck.  Thanks 

Been using mouse for 6 months.Few weeks ago issues with switching from free-spin to tactile started. Today wheel click stopped working entirely. Is there a sollution?

Constantly disconnecting and reconnecting. I am so tired of hearing the disconnect and reconnect sound. Half the time I need to unplug the mouse and plug it back in just to be able to use it.  I finally looked the issue up and I see many people have the same problem with their mouse.  This is really annoying I’ve dealt with this since I purchased this mouse. I expect a high end mouse but this is probably the worst mouse I’ve ever had, very disappointing. What is the solution?

So, ever since I downloaded Synapse 4, my Tartarus Pro is pressing multiple keys on certain key presses. An example is that when i press the 3 key on the pad, it also presses 4. when i press 16 and 7 together it will also press 17. Synapse 3 does not do this. what is going on?

!--startfragment>Hello,I’ve been using the Razer Naga since the very first model, and I’ve always mapped the thumb buttons to NumPad keys.Since installing Synapse 4, this no longer works. The buttons now only register as the standard number keys 1–6 from the main keyboard. Even after remapping them, Synapse 4 still outputs the default 1–6 instead of the NumPad keys.How can this issue be fixed? Until then, I’ll have to switch back to Synapse 3!--endfragment>  

My Viper v3 pro randomly died last night, ít ran out of battery and refuses to charge up when the cable is plugged, í checked the ports they all work, the cable also work, í cleaned up the mouse port but it still doesn’t charge.. the led is not turning on, there’s no sound cue when the cable is plugged in the mouse, but there is one when it’s plugged in the dongle. Razer synapse says “Device switched off” holding on the power button doesnt do anything. Please help the mouse isn’t even a year old :/

Hi I got a brand new Kraken V3 X headset a month or two ago and ever since I got it, it is way too loud even at low settings. I’ve tried changing every conceivable setting on my pc I could but it didn't fix it. It also makes lots of subtle clicking noises and buzzing as well. I’ve tried my best but I literally can't use it unless I want to go deaf if it accidentally goes to like 20 percent volume. Any help would be amazing

So I recently copped these new headphones in the white ps5 edition and I heard they had some good 7.1 surround sound on them, which is great as my tv speakers are kinda bunz. But when I plugged them in and tried out the 3d audio settings, I can't tell the difference from stereo. Now I saw that you need some sort of activation code for it to work on windows 10 but do I seriously need to borrow a laptop just for them to work as intended on a whole other console? Not only that but the box didn't come with any activation code so I might have to fill out a form to get a new code. Maybe I sound rlly dumb to you all but I just don't get this stuff 

Hi, A few days ago my headset stopped connecting, charging, and will not go into pairing mode. The only thing it will do is flash the green light. Even when windows shows its connected, it’s not actually connected. I tried updating the firmware, and at completion it displayed a message about it no longer being supported. Does that mean mine I’m stuck with a headset in perfect condition that is no longer usable? I tried managing it from Synapse, but the profile for the device just stays on a “loading” message. Any insight/help would be greatly appreciated.

everything is in the title so yeah as I said when I lift my mouse it scrolls up or down and if I like press the left or the right click button like 10 times it stops scrolling when lifting up but as soon as I scroll up or down it starts doing it again so yeah Ive tried everything that should fix it and which has fixed it for everyone else but it for some reason nothing fixed my issue so idk please help

Hi!I do like the sensor and image quality but there are double frames (static frames) with a consistent pattern. Every x frames, it shows the previous frame instead of a new one, and then on the frame after that, the movement has jumped ahead, resulting in jerky video. If you’re a GSYNC gamer, you see and ‘feel’ this inconsistent pacing instantly. I have only found one setting to make a difference, and that is the 50hz or 60hz flicker filter. I received my Razer Deathadder v2 pro today. when I plug the dungle, windows starts plug/unplug sound in loop so it does not work. It works when connected via the included USB cable. When i use the utility to connect it says just loops in there as well between plugged in and not plugged in.

I have encountered this issue since I initially bought the mouse brand new (this is not a result of over-use wearing down parts). Whenever I bring the mouse back down to the pad with anything other than a feather touch, the middle click button activates on its own.At first I could ignore the problem as I did not do much that would require me to move the mouse in such a way, but after recently starting to play more FPS games with a ping system bound to scroll-click, I have noticed myself pinging almost everything in sight due to it activating whenever I put my mouse back down after picking it up to re-center it.I am running Synapse on default, I have not found any settings to be able to adjust the scroll-click sensitivity, I have updated the firmware to v1.2.0.0, I have fully uninstalled/re-installed the mouse drivers, and I even threw a holy-mary (that I knew had 0 chance of working) by following one thread’s comment that “turning off the LEDs fixed the issue”. I could bypass the in-ga
