Hi,So I have been owning the razer Deathadder v2 x hyperspeed for a long time now and when I bought it I had set some keybinds for the sensible stage button and it got saved in the on board memory and now I want to change it but when I change it is works when the software is open or open in background and when the software closes it doesn't work and the sensitivity stages buttons go back to the keybinds I set a long time ago that I don't want and is causing me troubleWhat I have tried-1.try reset the settings of the mouse from the synapse app2.try manually reset the mouse from the button combinations which prolly don't even work3.try installing synapse 3 to use the omm page in it4.try find the razer omm I can't find the razer synapse 3 and whenever I find a link it redirects to synapse 4 and its annoying and I LOWK regret getting this mouse but pls help me dude I know it's the omm but I can't change it

When i connect it to mobile if keep a infinite down scroll and when I press r2 it starts scrolling to left side ?

I recently bought a Razer Kraken Ultimate and when I opened the box I noticed there were oil or wax stains on the headset. I cleaned most of it except this part under the grating of the outside of the headset. Does anyone know how to remove it so I am able to clean the inside?  

After less than 6 months, my camera started having connection issues today.  It will show up momentarily as in option in Synapse and Zoom, but then disconnects.  Again and again on a loop.  Is this an issue caused by Synapse 4 release?  I have already tried all the usual suspects to fix this.  Is my camera bricked?

I just bought this microphone and am struggling to connect it to my Mac Pro. It doesnt recognize it the simple plug and play way. Any ideas? tips please? Thanks!

Hello Razer Support. I have a problem with my Razer Viper Ultimate cursor stuttering and signal drops both via dock and direct dongle. Wired mode works flawlessly. Mouse was purchased in 2023. I tried unistaling and reinstaling Synapse, changing connection from USB 3.0 to USB 2.0, etc. Nothing helped. Is there any solution or is the wireless module gone and I”m doomed to using a wire?

I received this keyboard as a Christmas gift, and it worked great until recently. Now, some of the keys aren't registering properly. It started with just the ‘W’ key, but now the ‘Q,’ ‘X,’ and Backspace keys are also acting up. They’re either lagging or failing to register at all.

Dear Razer support team, My Razer blade bought ~2 years ago has randomly gotten a black screen while playing a video-game. The internal monitor is not recognized, while an external monitor works fine.I have followed the steps in multiple other threads to try and fix this without success. (Razer synapse, rolling back Nvidia drivers and installing razer drivers, opening and visually checking the display connectors. Checking the BIOS) Can I get further support from razer on this issue? This seems like a factory issue seeing the number of complaints from customers regarding the black screen of death. I think this is unnaceptable for such an expensive gaming laptop. Thanks in advance.

so i was looking at the viper v3 and it looks like a good mouse but a BIG question that decides if i get one or not is the debounce time, i need a mouse that can use a very small debounce time (example: if the viper v2 had a min debounce of 1 ms and a maximum of anything 5+ ms it would be perfect). currently i have a glorious model 0-, which u can turn the debounce time down to 4, while 4 is alright, lower is better for my purposes and i thought razer might have something as i havent been disappointed with any razer products yet

Hi Team,I'm looking to upgrade my current Razer Blade 17 (2020) to the Razer Blade 18 with an RTX 4080, but I can't seem to find a retailer that ships to the UAE. Previously, I purchased my Razer in the UK, but I won’t be traveling there anytime soon.The retailers here only seem to stock the Blade 16, not the 18. Do you have any official options for purchasing the Blade 18 in the UAE?Also, I’m specifically looking for the Mercury White version if that’s available.Lastly, does your website have an online chat? The Controller does not Work Properly under Synapse 4/BetaIf I use Synapse 3 everything is fine as soon as I go to 4 or Beta „Chroma Addressable RGB Controller“ stops working correctly.I can force „Chroma Addressable RGB Controller“ to work on Synapse 4/Beta by toggle „Chroma APPS“ off and on, but this works only for static Colors and when the Color changes i have to Repeat the Toggle... 

My   Razer 17 is giving a Boot Load Error and had to disable the  Secure Boot Load. Not able to start in Secure Boot Load enabled anymore. There isn’t even any option to clear or reset the keys. Appreciate any help or advice ThanksKuki
