My Razer Blade 15 RZ09-0409BWC3 laptop recently stopped working suddenly, and now won’t power up.We identified the chip pictured below as a problem, which is shorting the power rails.The battery is also dangerously swollen and has been removed.Any help identifying and sourcing this component would be appreciated.

hello i am using  blackshark  v2 x ITS NOT  getting detected in razer synapse and i am  not  able to  update  its firmware

My laptop is not overheating, and both the fan and vents are clean. I'm not using the laptop for gaming, yet the fan suddenly ramps up to a very high speed, creating a loud and annoying noise. It then stops for a minute before repeating the cycle.What could be causing this issue, and how can I resolve it?

I have  month old Blackwidow v4 75%, and a handful off keys have started double typing. This is not an uncommon issue, and I see regular posts about it here.Currently it is my F/L/E keys, mostly. Sometimes other keys have it happen.I have tested with Synapse disabled, and I have cleaned out beneath the cap - I have NOT removed the switch itself and cleaned under that.Usually this seems to be a Firmware fix, but there is now firmware available for this keyboard (yet).

Hello, I just purchased a Naga V2 Pro and I’m having some issues with the scroll wheel tension. No matter what setting I use for the Scrolling options, it feels like it’s on max tension intermittently. I like the scroll wheel to move freely with little resistance, similar to every other mouse I’ve owned. My other mouse is a wired Naga Trinity. I’ve even played with the Custom settings. The wheel may move easily at times, but then there’s always a point where it feels like the tension is raised. I hope there is a fix or something I’m missing because I’m about to return this mouse. As title, I spilled water on my keyboard, wiped and left it to dry for 48 hours, took all the key caps off. Since then game profile doesn’t work. When I click on on-board profile the thing keeps spinning. Settings do not apply, evidently by changing the RGB. The only fix I know of seems to be unplugging and plugging in the usb cable. Is there anything else that I can try?

I recently acquired a Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed, and it’s eating batteries far faster than it should. In the little over one month I’ve had it, it’s killed 2 AAs and is halfway through it’s third, on Bluetooth connecting.  I’ve tried looking on the razer firmware update page, but there was no available updates for the Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed that I could find. Is there any way to slow down how quickly it is burning through its battery?

I don't have access to my email address. I bought Razer Gold to use as a payment method in a game, and when I log in with Facebook, it asks for a code to update my email address, but my email address is very old and I don't have access to it.

Hi guys, as many of You i have read on this forum and reddit, I cant update the firmware on my almost brand-new Razer Kiyo Pro. It came with a software version 1.0.1.8 and i cant update it to newest or any that i found online. Im so disappointed, great camera but it is not working properly in windows 11, read online that FW update solves issues. Tried with few PCs and different OSes - Vista, 7 both 32bit and 64bit, 8, 10, 11.  I tried eveything that i could. Please help me, this is brand new camera (has like 2-3 weeks) and razer site tells me that warranty on this cam is over(!). Thanks for help. have a great day!

Hi there. I upgraded the firmware of my Kiyo Pro from whatever it was when I bought it to 1.5.0. Since then, I experience constant disconnects/failures of the cam.How do I downgrade the firmware and where do I find old firmware versions?

I was looking to get a new dongle for my kaira hyperspeed ps5. I lost it a while ago and never saw if I could get a replacement dongle

I’ve had several keys break off while using a can of compressed air to clean up the keyboard. The plastic appears to be very brittle. I’m unable to find replacement keys for this keyboard anywhere online. Is there anywhere that will sell replacement keys for this keyboard. I’ll even buy a new complete set if I need to.

Hello - I have lost my RC30-0380 Adapter for My barracuda x 2021 - the serial number is (Removed serial number for security purposes). Is it possible for me to buy a new one from Razer support if they have any in the warehouse? 

I just got a new laptop and downloaded the app, using the same headset I had with my old laptop. The headset is activated and everything seems fine, but there is no sound coming through it. I’ve selected the correct audio output option, yet nothing works. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the issue persists. I’ve tried everything I can think of, and I’m completely lost. 

After the latest firmware update when i press A key it doesn't register and when I press Z key it type as * and the left alt give input as Z and the right shift give input as Z I am so confused that my keys are not working and are swapped after the firmware update 

I bought a Sphex V3 a year from today but haven't used because it always scratched a lot. Now I want to start using and solve this problem. Any solutions? I am in Brasil, so there are some products I saw some people recommending that I was not able to find here.

I am writing to share a very poor experience with the support process for my Kraken X Lite. 7.1 Surround Sound software not working/activating. Case remained open for 2 months. Case closed by support without any resolution or functional software. I have tried every troubleshooting step provided, yet the software remains non-functional. Closing a customer's case after 60 days of silence is not acceptable. Hi Support team,I’m experiencing an issue with my Razer Huntsman Mini keyboard. Some keys — like Escaper tab, Ctrl, shift, Caps lock land ) —and when i do a hard reset they work but they randomly. Start typing other keys example sometimes Escape type also caps lock and sometimes the keyboard is typing by itself. this happens when I tried to install chroma and synapseapp to change the color of the RGB. Here’s what I’ve already tried:• Tested the keyboard on multiple systems (Windows 11, TV)• Tried different USB-C cables and ports• Reset the keyboard (Escape + Caps Lock + Spacebar)• Updated to the latest firmware• i also uninstalled the driver in the device manager• Installed and uninstalled Razer Synapse• Checked all system settings, including keyboard layout and power management The keyboard has never been dropped and never came in contact with any liquid. what should I do? Thanks in advance for your help!Product nbr: RZ03-03391200-R3F1

so today Synapse 3 support ends i tried switch to synapse 4 few times but there is problem that im facing in Macro’s. I have simple macro set to 0 ms for game its just space + ctr at same time, in game on Synapse 3 i can do Super Glide in Apex legends all time when i want but after switching to Synapse 4 this macro is like stop working it feels like its missing timings or whatever this super glide  is no more repetitable as before i rarely can pull it off. Any ideas how can i fix it ? Or should i just stay on unsupported platform.
