I have a Razer Basilisk V2 Wireless mouse, and recently the scroll wheel stopped working completely.I’ve already tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps — cleaning the wheel, reinstalling Synapse and drivers, testing wired and wireless modes, and updating the firmware — but nothing fixed it.

Hello All! I have purchased a Blackshark X Hyperspeed headset, made my Razer accounts, and got the product registered.  I got my activation code for Surround 7.1 and installed the software through the Razer installer.  When I try to open it, the mouse turns to the loading wheel, stops, and nothing happens.  I tried many uninstalls, reinstalls, and restarts.  Nothing seems to work.  The other apps all seem to work, just not the surround sound.Did anyone else encounter this and have a solution? Machine is an MSI GS76 Stealth, Intel i9 with Windows 11.  Single user. Thank you for the help/feedback!

i bought my mouse 11 months ago from amazon and everything was fine , mouse working , all good , then suddenly it sotopped working  with and without the cable , i tried connecting it in another ports  and another pc  but still the same problem i tried everything but i couldnt fix it , the led wouldnt flash and the mouse wouldnt connect. side note : windows detects the dongle please help me the mouse is expensive and am pretty sure it should last longer than 11 months  

i got this mouse may 2023 and until yesterday it was perfectly fine but suddenly lights went off and pc is not seeing the mouse , laser is on when i plug the usb but no rgb and no control , could you help me is it software problem or physical , i never dropped it or smashed it .

Yesterday my Razer basilisk v3 hyperspeed stopped working normally and instead every time i either lightly press or lightly hold my left mouse button it always presses it multiple times so now i have to press it hard or hold it hard or otherwise it will click multiple times, i already tried updating or redownloading my drivers, removed synapse, changed the double click settings and cleaned it with an air canister and nothing worked. Also i have had this for less than a year. And yes i did do the General troubleshooting from the actual razer help website.

I have a Basilisk ultimate and for some reason today it just started randomly disconnecting and reconnecting constantly, started after downloaded synapse 4 but I don't think that's really a problem since the mouse worked perfectly yesterday.And this issue is there whether my mouse is connected to my pc via the wire or with the dongle I have already tried updating my firmware and also uninstalling synapse and reinstalling it but the issue still persists, and I don't really know what else to do Please help😅🙏

will the hyperflux charging mat help keep the mouse charged because of using the hyperpolling dongle

I bought a razer barracuda x headset and not too long after the right side of the headset wasnt working. when i tried adjusting the volume button it came back. this happens all the time now, it sometimes cuts out when i move the mic too but not as often so i have to be constantly moving around the volume button or mic to get it to work properly again. I'm not sure what to do.

I’ve linked my steam account with razor cortex account so there are games on my razor cortex library which I once had installed on steam, but now I’ve deleted those games from steam and also removed from my list, yet the options to remove those games from razor cortex library is disabled. How do I remove those games ? 

Fallout 4 works fine with Tartarus unplugged, as soon as I plug it in Tartarus, keyboard and mouse do not work. If its plugged in at beginning of launch same issueWorks fine with other games. Upgraded to Synapse beta but same issuewindows 11 Home

Hi All, I can see there’s a few threads on this topic, but I’d appreciate some assistance. I tried emailing customer support, but their ‘support flow wizard’ must have an issue as I keep going in circles and it keeps restarting the ‘enter serial number’.Anyway…I bought a brand new Razer 14 2022 edition from BestBuy in San Fran 4 days ago on my way to the airport. If I play a game such as Civ6 on the lowest graphics settings on battery, I get about 90 minutes battery life. Hey, I’m enjoying my Deathadder v3 pro a lot since I got it. Always used it wired to my Macbook Pro m3 pro but recently I’ve considered switching to wireless for more comfort!I found the orignal dongle brand new in a drawer, downloaded the latest compatible synapse mac version (and set it up correctly) and plugged the dongle via usb C to my laptop. I read that I just have to hold the power button on the mouse for 3s and the pairing would happen right away. It did not as you can guess and synapse didn’t recognise it either, but when I plug the Deathadder wired, synapse does recognise it. I’ve read on this forum that I should download the firmware and update my mouse but all the files I’ve found are .exe so I can’t open them with my Mac. Thanks in advance, I hope I’m just dumb and that’s easy to fix!I appreciate y’all Razer team. I tried to link a photo of my setup, dunno if it worked.
