I bought the Razer Kraken Kitty V2 BT Quartz Edition and it arrived yesterday, but I had to wait for a bluetooth adaptor to arrive, which I only got today. While testing the headphones on my phone and laptop they sounded fine but they literally sound so terrible on my PC. Like I just tried to play a game and it genuinely sounds like I bought a $5 headset and spilled water all in it, and I have no clue why.. Is there a way to optimise it or something? Everything is either way too muffled or way too loud and boosted all at the same time.

Just replaced the battery in the headset and i get about 4 hours with lights off and haptic feedback on medium. I do not get anywhere near the advertised usage time.Surely this is wrong? 

I been having an issue with my new razer headphones I got been trying to contact trough the ways from the website but it won't allow me to contact anyone. If there is an email address that I can have to contact you guys as I'm needing to send these back as I needed a working pair of headphones. Many thanks in advance 

My Razer BlackShark V2 X does not work on my laptop. audio comes through the headset, but my mic is not being connected by Windows. It does not pick up the mic when I plug it in. I have windows 11.

Hello,  Had this mouse for a few years with zero issues with 2.4, I leave in my dock at home with the idea of using it when I'm away on Bluetooth.  It will not pair. Seen a few threads with this issue and no valid fix works. -   Flip to BT-   Light is slowly flashing, in and out.-   Press DPI up, down and scroll-wheel for 3 seconds.-   No visible change in lights.-   Not visible in Bluetooth settings, windows hello brings up an option as it sees it, fails to connect. Any suggestions.Cheers

It is common knowledge now that the iPhone 15 lineup will be moving to USB C. If I am currently an Android user and wants to buy the Razer Kishi v2 controller for Android.. will it work with the iPhone 15 which I intend to buy when it releases? I cannot comfortably buy this controller without knowing it will work with my future device.

When I install Razer Synapse on any PC, whether Windows 10 or Windows 11, I am no longer able to click on items on the Windows task bar. I can’t click the start button or change focus of opened applications, clicks don’t seem to register when clicking anything on the task bar. If I press the windows button, the start menu does open, and if I press ALT-TAB, I can still change focus of apps, so windows is not frozen; it’s just clicking anything on the task bar that is the issue. If I uninstall Synapse, the problem goes away. I can reproduce this at will on multiple PCs. I can’t imagine I”m the only person with this problem, yet I don’t see much about it here, but I do see other complaints when searching the web with no solution.  This is rendering my $300 keyboard useless since I can’t install the software required to actually use it.  And no, I did not create any macros or change any settings to cause this.

I have 300$ Razer gold gift card that is damaged but Razer support didn’t accept em, so I try the code one after another, anyone here with same issue???

Just migrated to Synapse 4 and set up multiple Launch program shortcuts to my Hypershift number keys, like Firefox, Steam, NVIDIA app, etc. But none of them work. The local directory addresses are exactly the same as they were when I used them for Synapse 3. Windows shortcuts for Notepad, Open File Explorer & Calculator don’t work either. I also mapped two website shortcuts to two keys and they also don’t work. Weirdly, the only program shortcut that DOES work out of 9 I set up is SteelSeries GG client? In total 8/9 Launch program keys, 2 Launch website keys, and 3 Windows Shortcut keys don’t work.

Does anyone else have an issue with Synapse 3 not seeing your Kraken V3 Pro after a period of inactivity? I have my headset configured to turn off after 15 minutes of inactivity. I always plug in the charging cable when it’s not in use. After about a day or so of disuse, I’ll unplug my headset from the charging cable and fire up Synapse 3; however, it is nowhere to be found in the Synapse device list. Note that it still connects to the dongle and the sound still works. However, it’s just simply gone from the Synapse device list. Unplugging and re-plugging the USB dongle doesn’t help. The only way it shows up again in the Synapse device list is to reboot my computer. Not exactly an elegant solution IMO. I’ve upgraded the headset and dongle with the latest firmware as of January, ’23, which solved a host of other problems that I won’t go into. Any tips/tricks on getting Synapse to recognize my headset after waking it up would be greatly appreciated (without having to reboot!).

I just got my Huntsman V3 Pro TKL and it seems to have an issue. When playing rocket league, I used to just be able to play by plugging in the controller. Now, I can’t play because it forces me into a 2 Player splitscreen version. I have tried many things to fix this (disabling HID game devices) but nothing has worked. I need help with using my controller with making a 2 player game.

Hi, my dongle is unfortunately not working. May have never worked (I just used Bluetooth). Unfortunately, that has started to get jittery.  is there a replacement part to purchase?or if I purchase a naga v2 will that dongle work with the pro?

Hi all! So my question is how much hours you get out of your Blade 14 (2025) and which settings you have to optimze it? My feeling is that the fans drain much battery if you watch videos. Is there any option to keep it off? They are going active for 30 seconds (just a little not full load) and then theyre off for 5 min. Im getting like 5hrs if the fans are off, and 2-3hrs while watching videos.Im asking because im forced to go with 120hz permanently due to lipsync-issues, which is fixing my problem…Thanks for your comments!

Recently this week the Dongle of my Blackhack V2 have stop working out of nowhere.I tried everythig i could to make it work again :unistall Synapse 4 and reinstall many time and trying different connection method (plug the headset before the Dongle reboot system after plug the Dongle) nothing is working I also install Synapse 4 on my other PC to see if the Dongle will work, not workingWhen i put the headset ON, the light is green for about 1-2 second after it turn bleu for pairing the bluetoothIs there a way to make it work again or is the Dongle the problem ??I purchase this headset in April 2025 

My Razer Kiyo Pro camera stopped working.  I have tried so many thing and yet no success. How do I get help from a tech support. Is there a way to check the camera with the razor app?  Is it time to buy a different brand of camera?

So, I've had my Barracuda headset for just 2 months over a year, love the comfort and sound (when THX decided to.work, but that's another story, not installed on new laptop due to conflicting drivers).  My current issue is over the past couple of weeks, I've noticed at times my sound will go really robotic and tinny, cut out and semi staticy. MOST times it rights itself, but its been doing this with increasing frequency. It does NOT do this when connected via Bluetooth, but discord doesn't like sharing sound with anything else via Bluetooth and all my games sound like crap. Earlier this day, it did its robot, and fully died. I had to restart the headset to reconnect it. And now, it won't connect at all. I'm wondering if the dongle has jusr wrapped out, and how I get a replacement?  My headset is still under warranty, so I shouldn't have to pay for it.

This means that the keys I have mapped while holding the "Fn" key are not illuminated.It is worth noting that many other, much cheaper keyboards do have this feature.I kindly request that you highlight this to your excellent technical team, as this seems to be a major oversight. Thank you, you lovely pepole.

Hello there, I have been experiencing some issues with my Razer Naga Pro & Deathstalker V2 Pro TKL. Ever since updating to Synapse 4 the RGB on my Razer Naga Pro no longer works for some reason. I have updated the FW to the latest, disabled Windows Dynamic Lighting and still continue to have issues. I had no issues at all with Synapse 3. Randomly the RGB will turn on after attempting to power off/ on or switching to BT to Hyperspeed but it is very erratic. Pretty annoying to say the least. For the issue with my Deathstalker V2 Pro TKL, it is taking forever to charge to the point it is just ridiculous. I have had it on charge for 6 hours now, it was at 10-15% battery and is still only at 61%. Extremely frustrating since these products are so expensive but are just so problematic/ finnicky lately. Again for the keyboard I am running latest FW, have changed USB ports/ cables and everything. At this point I really have no idea what else to do so any assistance/ support would be much ap
