Kraken V4 headphones in Game mode, the sound has become very quiet, when you switch to Chat mode, the sound becomes normal again. How to fix this bug or what it is not clear. When connected via BT, everything works, when switching to Hyperspeed, audio problems begin.

I have the old naga Trinity can i use the old ring side buttons from this on the new naga v2 pro 

I'm currently dealing with bad cracked base making my chair unable to be balanced and be off tilt always. The lock doesn't work due to that, sadly I am out of warranty. Is there any way I can buy it myself to replace from Razer before I have to go 3rd about this? Support won't let me send a ticket due to being out of warranty time....so here I am asking for help because I love this chair

Yes so hi. I decided to do my own post after digging in the countless forums here about the same problem. I’ve taken all advice the Forums have given me with no luck at all. I love my Viper Ultimate and I will not replace it since there’s no other mouse in the market that has the 4 macros that I need. HELP is there actually nothing I can do? I even disdabled Vanguard for this 

Hello, I bought Hammerhead hyper speed pro from Vatan store with the assurance of bilkom (official distributor in Turkey), the left earphone ends very quickly compared to the right, there is a serious difference, even though anc rgb is off, I tried to reset and charge it, it did not calibrate, please help

I got this controller for Christmas good controller but only lasted me couple of months till I got issues with the update thought this was a Xbox controller and not needing to have a pc to update. Then it just stops turning on ik it’s not the cable bc with other controllers it works. Also the back of my controller where the serial number is supposed to be got worn out and not there I hope I can still get new controller or some bc there’s so many issues. I guess I was satisfied when the controller was working at its peak and now im disappointed .

Hello! So here's the problem – I literally didn't use these headphones ever, I bought them recently, and the moment I got them I charged them to the full, and even then they just won't work. I tried everything, even connecting them by a cable instead. Complete silence. What should I do?

I had downloaded Cortex and ran all the tweaks offered to speed up my pc and boost fps but later realized it was just slowing it down so i deleted the software and now my controller has been acting up since it was deleted i can’t even use my controller without my fps stuttering and audio popping but it’s perfectly fine if i use my keyboard and mouse please help me fix this 

No matter what settings I try in Razer Synapse, the sound doesn't change. I've been trying to solve this problem for two months. I tried Synapse 4, I tried Synapse 3, I deleted all the drivers with the Razer Cleanup Tool and reinstalled them. I BOUGHT A NEW COMPUTER AND TRIED AGAIN, but the problem remains the same. I've tried all the solutions mentioned online, but the problem still isn't resolved. None of the changes I make in Synapse have any effect.   

My Huntsman Elite keyboard worked perfectly fine one night and the following day a few keys randomly stopped working, specifically the “C” “V” and right “SHIFT” keys (possibly a couple more I have not noticed yet) are no longer responding no matter how many times it’s pressed. I removed the physical keys that are having issues and cleaned everything using a dry cleaning brush designed for keyboards with no luck, I then tried compressed air and still no luck. I uninstalled and reinstalled the keyboard and all drivers, and did a firmware update. I have left Synapse running as well as closing and exiting out of Synapse, no change either way. The lights on the keys function as normal, I just don’t get a response when the keys are pressed. I purchased this keyboard from a Best Buy about 3-4 years ago, I imagine it is no longer under warranty. Is this keyboard cooked?P.S I am using an old wireless keyboard to be able to type the keys that do not work.P.P.S I take good care of my devices, don

Hi, since a while my mouse is sometimes not working even when inserting a battery that's almost full.When I took out the battery and reinserted it, it would work again. Unfortunately that ‘fix’ also stopped working today.I think that either the negative or positive connection to the battery is faulty. Is this something that can be fixed? I have not been able to find any videos online and there's no obvious screws on the mouse to open it up.Hoping that there's someone with a similiar experience that can help me get this fixed, because the mouse is no longer useable.Any help appreciated!Maarten

Bonjour cela va faire 1 an que j'ai une wolverine v2 pro et depuis 3 mois impossible de l'utiliser que ce soit avec le dongle en sans fil ps5 ou pc ou filaire ps5 pc et impossible de la connecter en bluetooth est ce que quelqu'un a une solution ou est ce possible d'avoir un remplacement de la part de Razer car c'est inacceptable qu'un appareil cesse de fonctionner du jour au lendemain sans chute ou de l'eau qui aurait pu justifier un disfonctionnement 

Hello! So I bought the Razer BlackShark V2X, and when I connect them to my laptop, Windows only detects the headphone output (speakers) but doesn't detect the headphone input (microphone). What can I do?

I got Razer headphones as a gift couple of years ago and i threw away the package with the activation code.Now i know what to do bc i don’t remember when i got it and i don’t have the proof of buying it. Is there a way to get the activation code?

I would like to know the model name/number for the battery i need for my razer laptop. Can you please provide it or the link to buy it and would like to setup an appointment with certified razer support/service center to replace the battery? Or is this something i can do myself with an instructions video?

The laptop I bought will have sharp noise when the fan is bought. Is this a common disease? Can anyone record the sound with the mobile phone close to the blade when the fan is 2000 rpm?
