Hey guys, I hope you all doing okay. The key "D" of my keyboard stop working today in the morning when I turn on my PC. Yesterday all work just fine. I already disconnected and reconnect my keyboard I restarted my computer and it's just not working. Someone know what can I do? 😭

To activate the 7.1 feature of the Razer Blackshark V2X product, only the QR code appeared. There is no activation code anywhere on the box.

I tried to register the headphones Razer BLACKSHARK V2 X and it said they were already registered even though I just bought it today and i can't get activation code for 7.1 App 

So this problem I started noticing about a week or so ago on my Razer Blade 14. When ever I play most videogames off either Steam or Xbox Gamepass Regardless of what is going on in the game my fps fluctuates sitting smoothly at 100+ fps for a few seconds then dropping to a consistant <30 fps for a few seconds and repeating. I cant seem to find any similar situations anywhere else online so I’d like to know if anyone has any insight.  I’ve stared at my gpu and cpu activity while playing the games and nothing spikes or changes in a way that matches the fps drops. It happens regardless of whether I’m using High Settings or low settings in game. Even happening very obviously when in menus where nothing is going on graphically. I can see the in game mouse icons lag as i move them then return back to proper fps back and forth.The only game this doesn’t happen really obviously is Apex Legends. I am trying to update my phone number on my old razer account as I no longer have my old phone number, but whenever I click Phone Number it prompts an SMS Code or the backup code, I do not have the back up codes as this is a very old account.

Hey there, I recently purchased the Razer Blade 16 2025 model with an AMD Ryzen AI 9 365 CPU with an Nvidia RTX 5070 GPU earlier this year.  It also has 32 GB RAM and 1 TB SSD blah blah blah.  The new Battlefield 6 Open Beta started last week and before playing through steam I was prompted to update my Nvidia graphics drivers to 588.0. Great, did that. After launching the game I realized I was a day early and the servers weren’t up yet so I hopped to another game, The Finals. I quickly realized that my FPS (normally ~120 on that game) was substantially lower at 30-40 and the longer I played would drop to <20. Doing some digging looking at my task manager performances my CPU and RAM usages were almost maxing out ~80% each. My GPU was fine sitting at maybe 30%. I first tried to update my AMD chipset drivers using their software and ensuring I had the latest drivers. Hello. Encountered a problem. After battery replacement in my Basilisk X Hyperspeed bluetooth connection stopped working.When I re-moved switch to OFF and to BT mode again - nothing happened. Not even usual blue blink on mode switching button. LED is not blinking and stays black in BT mode. Tried to enter pairing mode with 4+5+mode combination - nothing. Changed 5 batteries - no changes. When you enter dongle mode - everything is alright and working perfectly. But when you switch to BT mode - it’s not entering pairing mode and LED is not blinking blue, as it was before. Problem with any device I tried to pair to. Paired mouse was deleted before any attempt to pair again. Tried to hold left+mwheel+right button combination - blue led started blinking rapidly and mouse can be found with “dfubasilisk” name in available devices to connect. But this is not default mode and after I connect - “dfubasikisk” device is just added to paired list, but nothing happens next and mouse is not available

I was using 7.1 surround sound just fine yesterday but all of the sudden idk when, probably few hours later I noticed that 7.1 surround sound was not active anymore ( it be when I changed to other headphone devices). But ever since then it never appear again, I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, also tried removing any other input/output devices for my pc, but nothing has been working. Anyone have any sort of solutions for this? Much thanks <3 

I have the Huntsman V3 Pro tkl. whenever i boot up my pc i have to go into synapse and disable quick remapping before i can use my WASD keys. anyone got a fix? i tried reinstalling synapse and removing the device, but it doesnt seem to work.

Hello everyone, I need some help with this issue. My Razer gaming chair broke, the base where the wheels are attached just broke, and now the gas lift cylinder has dropped all the way down to the floor. I’m not sure what to do. Are there any replacement parts you could recommend? I don’t want to throw the chair away — that would be a shame.Another Razer product that leaves much to be desired. I weigh only 50 kg, the chair isn’t even used every day, and I never thought this would happen.🙄It is out of warranty and I will appreciate any help 😊  Thanks  

I recently purchased the Razer BLACKWIDOW V3 and found that no matter how  many times I type in the serial number i get an error stating that the serial number was not recognized and to check for errors, I have tried every combination and still haven’t found a result. Please help me

Hi! The SSD on my Razer Blade Stealth 13" (2020) RZ09-0310 died recently and I had to get a replacement/reinstall windows. I'm trying to find the drivers for the model but I the razer support site only list a Bios updater guide for download. Does anyone know where I could find the drivers (the touchpad one in particular).

Hey everyone, I’m having an issue with my Razer BlackShark V2 X headset. My friends keep telling me that they can hear everything I hear through my microphone, almost like there’s sound bleeding into it. I recently upgraded to the new suite and have had to disable everything because it is constantly asking me to log into PowerShell. Never did this before the update. I don’t have any PS startup scripts active. 

Trying to use my $20 off profile completion code on the naga left hand edition. Code says its good for orders over $100. I added the carbon offset program to make the order $100.20 bet it keeps saying the code cant be applied.

Hi! Recently, or more precisely since the release of Synapse 4, problems with devices have begun. I updated to the latest version of the software, after which, at a random moment, while in the game, all devices fall off - the backlight turns off, the buttons do not press, the devices are initialized. Then everything works again for a while, but the problem returns again.I rolled back to synapse 3, having previously deleted everything completely. But the problem remained. I changed the USB connector. I connected all the devices to different connectors. Everything remains in its place. I manually updated the firmware of the devices for each of them. But the problem remains. If I turn off ALL programs from the device (Synapse, Central), everything functions normally. Tell me, what else can I do?

Purchased the Razer Blade 15 Base with Windows 10 in early 2021.  Since then I’ve received prompts from Microsoft to update to Windows 11 and this laptop supports it, I just haven’t done it yet.  Recently I had severe Windows 10 failure (stuck in a diagnosing/restarting loop) and after many attempts to fix I finally got the laptop to reset & restore the original Windows 10 from the recovery partition and it wiped out my programs and data (I have backups).I’m thinking now might be a good time to upgrade to Windows 11 before installing everything else, but Windows Update is only prompting me to check for Windows 11 compatibility but not letting me do the upgrade.  Any suggestions? Erik

Hi all. I had been succesfully using my Cynosa Chroma on Manjaro for 3 years. Arch can be a fickle build, so I changed OS to EndeavourOS. (still Arch-based, but supposedly better for games) While this question may better be directed to the openrazer folks, I thought I’d give it a shot here first. The OS is seeing both my wireless mouse, Logitech M570 AND the Chroma as a pointing peripheral. xinput shows the keyboard attached to the keyboard part, but the mouse and the keyboard on the mouse section. The mouse system control panel shows both devices as enabled, but the keyboard doesn’t show anything at all except the generic keyboard. If I disable the keyboard in the mouse settings, it disables the keyboard completely. So because I can’t access the keyboard settings, I don’t know if my keyboard is EN-Australia or EN-US.(One of the games I play isn’t working right mouse-wise, and my GoogleFu shows that a mis-match on the keyboard layout can cause mouse issues)  So my help request is kind

Hello, I have a Razer Kraken Tournament Edition headset.I previously activated THX Spatial Audio on my old PC using the code from the box, but now I have a new PC and the old code says it’s invalid.Could you please provide me with a new activation code? My razer keyboard that i just bought (blackwidoe v4 pro) either double types or somtimes doesnt even rregister the keys. Somtimes it just delets entire words randomly and spasms out i dont really get it. I thought it as the pad at first so i removed it and it still didnt fix. Has anyone been able to fix? I just bought it before christmas to rreplace my old one, :(

Does anyone know the best way to get a replacement battery for my Razer Blade Stealth 13" (11th gen Intel® Core™)? The battery only lasts for 30 minutes on a full charge even with battery settings optimization. I'm just looking for the fastest and most reliable way to get a new (legit) battery without having to send my laptop in. I've seen some prior posts from users saying it was very difficult to get Razer to send them a replacement battery, and I really don't want to have to go through hours of hassle; I just want to buy a new official replacement battery. I have this issue with my Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model (Early 2020) - RZ09-033. I was on vacation for 3 weeks, my laptop was left at home - turned off, but charger plugged in. When I booted it up, it was a couple of problems. I have it connected to a USB-hub and 1 monitor. I use the original Razer charger tho. However, it was a big Windows-update, and I struggled to get the laptop to recognize the monitor. Also, the battery didnt charge. The icon shows that it runs on battery, but the percentage stays at the current level. When I unplug the charger, the percentage does drop, but it doesnt go up when I plug the charger back in. I downloaded BatteryMon, and when it’s plugged, it says the battery is “not in use”. The battery health shows 86%, no signs of swollen battery and nothing weird. The charger brick has its green light on, but not on the laptop. This happened after the Windows update as I said, and cus the battery doesnt drain when it’s plugged, it indicates it’s nothing wrong wit
