Razer naga v2 pro, low power indicator not work when synapse on
hi there,i use razer naga pro v2 about 3 month until now. have a question about low power indicator.i ever use naga pro v1 and cobra pro before, if these mouse battey level reach low level, razer rgb logo will blink red repeatly. but this naga pro v2 i use until 3% battery level, lighting still static depending light setting i use, it not blinking red for give us a warning for low power and need to charge it asap. but if i log out synapse it will blinking indicate mouse in low power. i try update synapse today from synapse 3 to 4, and give same result. power already low. but low power indicator not working if synapse on.please need advice for fix this problem
