I'm a user of the laser opus x model, and a headset that was fine until two days ago tried to connect to a laptop or phone Bluetooth, but the device said it couldn't connect. I checked and tried pairing mode because it said that I only need to press the power button for 5 seconds, but it doesn't seem to turn on at all. What should I do in this case

My razer hammerhead true wireless right ear bud stopped working i did the reset thing and and cleaning of the contact points of case and buds itself but its still nof charging.

My mouse lights doesnt work anymore, I wouldnt mind that but the macros dont work neither.It is RZ01-0241 , when was last update drivers date? My device manager shows “08/18/2020”I have already tried synapse 4, synapse 3 and the cleaning razer ups driver and reinstalling.

Hello.I am experiencing an issue with the touchpad on the new Razer Blade 16 (2025).After using the laptop for some time, the touchpad starts to respond poorly, as if its sensitivity suddenly drops. Some areas of the touchpad stop responding properly, and I also notice it occasionally registers double taps even when I haven’t tapped twice. These problems make it quite difficult to use the laptop at all without a mouse.That’s kinda annoying considering the laptop cost me 3k€...

Just updated the firmware on my Razer Wolverine V3 Tournament Edition using the official tool from their website. The update completed, but now the controller is completely dead no lights, no response, not detected on my PC . Basically bricked it. Does anyone have a solution?

My headset was working fine. Today after work synapse won’t recognize the headset and it will not turn on. when i press the button it will turn green for about 3 seconds then flash 2 times and nothing.

i had already download microsoft authenticator app , but code is not correct . i tried many times and razer account was blocked now . i wannt to cancel it to use phone or email 

I’ve got myself in pickle with Razer blade 2022 that I had bought on credit via overclockers here in UK.Start of August of last year, it abruptly turned off and wouldn’t turn back on after pressing the power button. So I tried getting the laptop fixed through the warranty and came to find out that it had expired.Couple weeks later when I finally had time to take it to a profesional to check it out he then informed me of a motherboard issue and that it had broke because the VRMs short circuited. Apparently it’s a common issue with Razer laptops having these cheap parts carrying such massive voltage that it is bound to fail at some point. So now a year and a bit later i am left with a dead machine and money still coming out of my bank. So how is it that Razer sells these overly expensive “quality” machines and it doesn’t even manage to last me till the end of my 2 year credit plan. Honestly just feel like I’ve been robbed of my money.

Whenever I play certain games like Batman Arkham Knight, AC Mirage, or DMC5, the sound of the speakers act as if it's missing an additional channel. The high sounds like gadget sounds or footsteps start to go missing. Then the dialogue voices are very faint and you can barely hear anything. The temporary solutions I found are if I disable the Audio Enhancements in the Windows Sounds Settings from "Device Default Effects" to "Off", the sound goes back to normal in-game. The other solution I found is if I turn on the Spatial Sound setting to Windows Sonic for headphones (While Audio Enhancements are on), the sound also works properly. Is this normal? Or are my nommo v2 pros broken? It really sounds like a channel in the speakers are missing. It also doesn't matter if i toggle stereo or thx in synapse. I use Windows 11 and updated to the latest firmware.

Hi,Just bought Razer Blade 14 2023 & 140W Apple charger.But, Blade 14 only gets 20v 3A 60W, eventhough apple charger support 20v 5A.(I used meter to check)Is there anyone who really nailed 90~100w pd charging? (of course less than 100w)ps. I need 80 ~ 95w for my work, not for gamingpps. I will try usb PD 3.0 charger , instead latest 3.1 like the apple charger I triedppps. I am curious if  they only accept their own charger. Has anyone got official answer that 100w is only available on their own charger?

All,Okay, I do have to admit, I’m new to using external hardware to assist with the gaming experience.  I only have one PC, one Synapse Account, and one profile.  I still get Sync conflicts between my local and cloud settings, daily.  I have tried to remove and readd the program.  Deleted any previous additional profiles.  

I recently decided to set up my first macro and now I realize that the key bind I set it to I use a lot more than I thought I would, so I wanted to change it. But whenever I try to open my Synapse 3, it always says failed to start. I tried uninstalling, and reinstalling, but it still says the same thing. Even when razer is uninstalled from my computer, the macro still runs when I press the key. I was wondering if there was any way I could fix this as it is getting frustrating as to why it still won't work even after an uninstall and reinstall.

My Wolverine v2 Chroma will not connect to the “Razer Controller Setup for Xbox” software. It shows the “Connection in progress” screen, but stays at 0%.The software was just installed, so I'm assuming it is up to date.I am using the USB-C cable that came with the controller, and have tried others.It is plugged into a USB 3.1 front panel port. I have tried USB 3.1 and 3.0 rear IO ports as well.Controller firmware is up to date. That went smoothly and it was recognized properly.I am out of ideas to get it working.

Does anyone know how else to get support from Razer in the UK as I have an issue with my headset and can’t seem to use the chat feature? I have checked my product is within warranty but it then only gives me the option of the chat function but this doesn’t do anything. I’m using a laptop with Chrome browser as read on other threads to avoid Mac and Iphone as potential issues but it still isn’t working for me. Any help appreciated

Hello!I have Razer Huntsman Tournament edition with red switches. 6 of the switches stopped working after I spilled water on my keyboard. The keyboard is out of warranty. I’ve tried contacting authorized razer reseller who also does repairs, but they’ve informed me the switches are currently not available so they cannot repair the keyboard.Is there anything else I can do to repair the keyboard besides repair it myself which I doubt I can do since the switches are not hotswappable.Thank you in advance
