I have a Razer Homerun Bundle, Razer Ornata v2.  The ‘m’ key is sticking in the down position.  I have performed the usual troubleshooting and then realized this key is missing the metal piece that goes in that provides the clicking sound.  They key itself functions, but stays depressed so the letter ‘m’ is everywhere and the only to stop is to pull the key upward.  I believe the meal tab that is missing will help with this problem.  I want to know if Razer provides a way to purchase these metal pieces. craig

Just got a Tartarus V2, and it hasn't been working at all since I updated to Synapse 4. I've done some research, and it seems there isn't a solution. Apparently, the keybinds just won't work.I was thinking about rolling back to Synapse 3, but I can't find the installer anymore. I think it may have been discontinued?At this point, I don't know what to do. My Tartarus is basically useless.

Hi Razer Support,I found a limitation in Razer Synapse Linked Games / automatic profile switching.I can link Windows Terminal by selecting the real executable:C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.WindowsTerminal_1.24.11321.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\WindowsTerminal.exeThis works for profile detection.However, this path is version-specific and may change whenever Windows Terminal is updated through the Microsoft Store.The stable executable alias is:C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps\wt.exeBut this file is a 0-byte App Execution Alias / reparse point, not the real process image. Hi,I recently purchased a Razer Raiju V3 Pro. When rotating the right analog stick, I notice an abnormal noise, similar to a crackling or mechanical friction sound. The stick also feels unstable/not smooth during movement, as if there is some internal mechanical play. The controller is new and has not been dropped or damaged.

 They turn off when if I use hypersense,and then there's the problem of turning them on. I've been struggling with this for two months now. I've tried everything, clearing the Razer data, even connecting it to a new laptop, and it's still the same. Even on the gamepad, when I turn on the Hypersense, it stops playing. The sound is there because they're connected with a cable 3,5mm but the headphones are off. Could it be a manufacturing defect? ​​This happened after a month of use.

Hello, there is such a problem that when you turn on the vibration function in kraken V3 Hypersense to the maximum when you listen to music, and when the bass part starts in the music, the headphones turn off. What could be the problem? At a low /medium vibration level, there is no such thing

Hi, I have problem with several keys on keyboard, sometimes they not pressed, sometimes double pressed, more worst it happens with ctrl key and any ctrl + c or ctrl + v commands become nightmare.This keyboard even doesn’t have one year use, and also it doesn’t seems dirty to be cleaned.No idea what I can to do.

Hello, I purchased a Razer Naga Pro V2 approximately two year's ago just when out warranty. Recently, I’ve been experiencing issues with the 12-button magnetic side plate. Button 1 has stopped working in bottom half of the button— which has had intermittent issues for some time— is now also no longer functioning correctly. The mouse itself is otherwise in very good condition and works well. I would like to know whether it is possible to purchase only the 12-button magnetic side plate as a replacement, rather than replacing the entire mouse. Thank you in advance for your assistance.   

My black shark v3 pro’s Dongle randomly stopped lighting up and connecting, I’ve tried uninstalling synapse, updating the software, and other things and nothings worked. Also the re-pair utility app doesn’t acknowledge the headsets plugged into my pc even though it recognizes the dongle. Is there anyway to get a replacement headset or something else?

Hello,  I am unfortunately unable to find my USB dongle for my Razer Turret keyboard. I would like to use it again, but it doesn’t look like they’re available to order from the support site anymore. Is there any way to order a replacement still? Thank you. 

The Razer Naga Pro is connected to windows 11 Pro 22631.5039 (23H2).  The mouse movements and windows default right and click operate.  However any automations I have specified in synapse do not operate.  This is intermittent..  Is there any low level process I can do to troubleshoot the linkage between synapse and the mouse.to see where the linkage break is in order to provide more information for resolution?   synapse does properly detect panel changes(the ‘overhead’ view changes the display panel visual when a panel change occurs).  So that tells me that a linkage is actually operating.

Hello, I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, but the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code appears to be already used. There was no unused activation code inside the box, and when I tried to register the product, it showed that the activation has already been redeemed. I bought the headset from Iran (online store) Please help me by providing a new activation code. Thank you.

I ve already asked 4 or 5 times to change ny nickname to TestTypeEVA-01. I have always the same girly nickname randomly assigned to me when I registered. Please dolve the issue.

I can log into my Razer ID account with my email and password, but I cannot change my phone number because the verification sends the code to an old EE UK mobile number that has been permanently deactivated. I also cannot access backup codes because they require the same verification. Please help me remove the old phone number and add the new one.

Hi Razer Support, I purchased my Razer Iskur through Amazon in June 2022 and it has served me well over the years. Unfortunately, the chair has developed what appears to be a structural failure. One of the welded joints on the chair has appeared to come apart, causing the seat to lean noticeably to the left side during normal use. The chair has never been modified, misused, or subject to anything beyond typical everyday use. Due to the failed weld, I no longer feel safe using it. I understand that the chair is now out of warranty, and I fully appreciate that, however, because this appears to be a failure of the chairs structural frame rather than normal wear and tear, I was hoping someone from the Razer support team could review my case to see if there are any goodwill options or recommendations available.  I can provide my proof of purchase, serial number and photos of the failed weld if needed. After updating my BIOS from 1.02 to 1.03 (don’t know why I did this 5  years after the update came out) every time I try to boot normally with secure boot on, It gives me the red message. I need secure boot on for Riot Vanguard. Bios UEFI enabled, tried most diagnostics.
