just had the same problem, its driving me insane that so many of us have this problem and no real support or replacement parts!
After scrounging the forums for a few months about this issues, constantly checking for a replacement part.Â
I’m starting to feel more and more that Razer released a corrupt file with one of their synapse updates that fried the Dongles.Â
Is this their way of forcing us to buy the next “super expensive headset” ? Kinda starting to feel that way, seeing how this is such an easy fix, and they have done nothing about it, nor have i really seen them comment on anyones posts about the issue. It’s just all us consumers stuck with the bad end of the stick.Â
If any coders or anything want to look into it and see if they botch an update somewhere, or if it was on purpose, that kind of sounds like a class action lawsuit if they are forcing obsoletionÂ
To all the other frustrated users, after several back and forth messages with support the best they can do is direct me to https://www.razer.com/shop/replacement-parts/replacement-parts-audio and to keep check back there if it ever shows up. Here was my response.
Sigh. So, I had already checked that before posting my frustration. I think we probably all have. If all you were going to do is direct me to that link then why bother with my serial number and Amazon receipt? Normal companies would have the dongle on the page with maybe an "out of stock" notice and a "click here if you'd like to be notified when it's back in stock" button. At least then we'd know it's an option. Since it's not there or on Amazon and there's absolutely zero hint that it's even an option to get a replacement, leaving frustrated messages in your forums is about all that any of us are able to do, other than write nasty reviews for you until this seemingly simple and common problem is addressed.

Similar case here. Yesterday in the middle of gaming (Warframe) it stopped working. with Jack 3.5. the sound is working. I can turn it on and off and i hear it turns on. battery led respond correctly too.
But the dongle is just flickers in windows sound setting, it cannot see the device for a second straight.
Warranty ran out 2 month ago.. what a luck

(edit: nvm synapse 3 is cloud based, and synapse 2 does not support Nari Ultimate)
Going through same dongle issue and haven’t had a respond for 2 days now. Pretty sad as the Nari Ultimate wasn’t cheap. Then again what Nazer is. Any other products that is just as top as Razer to replace this faulty junk?

Would love to know more cause the only help we received was to be told to keep looking at the parts page where there are no dongles.
Basically told me the same was in their queue, they did request some information from me which luckily I had and gave them. Model no, original receipt, PC info, other similar type questions. They did mention their dongle supply was very scarce. So not sure how long it takes to produce more.Â

I'm having the same issue as well. I've searched the web pretty far and wide and I found some conflicting things that I am going to save, I found a link to the nari dongle pairing tool. https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1760 I think everyone having this problem should go download it now. This is getting sketchy. I found an article on razer support that says its not even replaceable!Â

hello. My dongle also broke 2 weeks ago, and I had to look at the comments here, and I saw that there was nothing else to do. As I saw the aliexpress post selling the dongle, I took a risk and bought the dongle for the Razer Nari Ultimate. It arrived today, and I went through exactly the process Razer says to pair the new dongle. And yes it is working and everything is ok again! I'll leave the dongle link where I bought it! Terrible service dont have replacement for a 150 headset my dongle die today, i always used razer but now, no more….
This is clearly a Software update breaking our HW. It is miraculous how all our waranties have just expired before a misterious update…

El dongle dejĂł de funcionar cuando el casco aĂşn estaba en garantĂa, pero mientras haces e intentas y no sabes que sucede se paso la garantĂa de 2 años… El servicio Tecnico de Razer te dice que si ya no tiene garantĂa no pueden hacer nada (no tienen recambio)
Para mi, este servicio es una vergĂĽenza y como marca dejan mucho que desear por no dar servicio a personas que compran sus productos.

That being said, I hate the idea of binning what was in all other regards an exceptional headset so I've also ordered a replacement from  AliExpress. got Lian li razer edition , naga pro ultimate , blackwidow v1 , seiren X , Nari wierelles and recently bought kraken hypersense v3 ( problems starts since ive update synapse with new ) , now i will not replace any of razer, next buy corsair , at least they help customers .

 Mine just stopped on sunday afternoon, everything was ok, I went into another room, and then… No more connection. Causually, I updated synapse on friday.
Seeing that I´m not the only one who has this problem and that all we had it at the same time, it seems that Razer thought that we might be stupid and think that it is something unfortunate.
I boought firstly a Razer Nari for Christmas of 2020. Two weeks in into 2021 the dongle stopped working, and I recived a Razer Nari Ultimate as they said that there was no stock of Razer Nari anymore by no price (free). That was great, and I keep trusting Razer Support But it lead an idea of programmed obsolescence for the Nari. Two years later and without support for the Nari, only for the brand new headseats, all of our Razer Nari Ultimate dies, what an unlucky guys we are… Good luck Raer loosing customer, in my life I´ll try anymore this brand, bunch clever guys… Heck.
I have had this headset for at least 2 years, It's worked fantastically the entire time right up until a few days ago when it stopped connecting. headset works fine with the cable connection, I've tried to use the various utilities to fix it and none them of worked so i went to look for a new dongle online and could find nothing, then i saw other posts of people with the same problem. Can anyone help with solving this issue.

Yesterday I had the same problem, the wireless adapter didn't work, at the moment it only works with the 3.5mm jack cable.
It could possibly be a defect in the Dongle, does Razer sell it separately?

Dongle arrived today; a week earlier than expected, and I'm happy to report that it worked perfectly. It's a good sign when the Razer installer popped up immediately to re-install Synapse. Pairing the new dongle to my Nari Ultimate with the Pairing Utility was quick and easy and it now works perfectly. I'm happy to have the option back but I mainly use my SteelSeries now and this will be reserved for times when it dies or I'm too lazy to switch it between my PS5 and Series X. It's become obvious that Razer no longer supports this model so unfortunately this seems to be the only solution to any dongle issues. I'll drop Dongle listing and Pairing Tool below for anyone else who wishes to go this route

I have the same problem. I bought the Nari Ultimate one year ago from Virgin, AE, Dubai and I rarely play on it. It is still in mint condition and now the wireless dongle stopped working. There is no replacement to buy a new dongle and the headset has premium expensive price. I was expecting phenomenal quality since I use my Mamba Elite mouse and the Huntsman Elite Keyboard for almost 6 years with no issues.Â
This is very bad experience, and I am expecting Razer to do something at least a replacement or give a new model.Â
