Razer Synapse

I am changing the lightnigh speed and saving but every time ı go back to another setting lighting speed is auto reseted how can i fix that

I have only just purchased a Razer Chroma Addressable RGB Controller. I have had to buy one as I wanted to change various led devices to a certain colour pallet/configuration. My only gripe with this, but it is a real annoyance, the default lighting that changes from one color to another upon my pc closing down or starring up. The colours that pop up are terrible and the effect is extremely cheap looking. Is there anyway razor can either default the lights to simply off when closing down or starting up. Or if that is not possible simply using the razor green instead of sifting through a number of terrible colours until the program boots up? I hope someone is able to post a simple solution otherwise I may have to return the huh and simply go back to using a standard 5v 3pin lighting hub with IR Remote.  Granted all leds are one colour but they don't change to something different when turning the pc on or off

I have an old Intel i9 MacBook that I’d like to repurpose for deep learning workloads.My goal is to install Ubuntu or Windows and then connect a 3080+ card as an eGPU.Would the Razer Core X Chroma support doing this if the hardware itself is a MacBook? I know Macs natively support AMD GPUs but I’m not sure if they’ll support NVIDIA even when running a compatible OS

Hello everyone, I recently installed the razer synapse suite and ran into some troubles while setting up my devices. I have 6 Fans (daisy chained 1-1-1 and 1-1-1) as well as two led strips connected to the Razer A-RBG device. Since the rest of my setup is Razer as well (Blackwidow V3, Firefly V2, Deathadder V3) I decided to ditch my last RBG Software and go for Razer Synapse instead, because of the more in-depth customization.  However, although the A-RGB Controller recognized all connected devices correctly (number of fans and LED’S) and applying effects in the normal mode works fine, for some reason I can’t apply any effect to them in Chroma, which was the whole point for me to begin with. The fans and strips are of course grouped via the input slot, so I didn't expect to be able to control them independently (although… why not, if they are recognized ?!). I just purchased the strip from Walmart and I have it setup with Synapse 3 and Chroma connect and studio also have the android app on my phone. Everything works as it should. I don’t know if I am overlooking something but it doesn’t seem to give me many options as far as having very many options to adjust the effects, The ones included with the app look pretty basic. I have another led strip that does a lot of different patterns and colors. From what I read supposedly I can change a lot of different things but I have gone through everything and don’t seem to have many choices. I did see there is a workshop where you can download different profiles. I have tried a couple but they say I don’t have a compatible device. Apparently because it is a 3rd party product. I would like to see if anyone has any tips or if I am over looking something. Thanks

Until now, there is no possibility to mirror fans. Very bad, also in addition to the fan rotation is fixed 90, I would like to see the rotation exactly by a given degree. Since I have, in addition to the fact that the fans are mirrored, they also have offsets by 1 LED.I would really like this functionality.

Like the title says, I am looking for a chroma compatible addressable LED controller. I know razer makes one, I have it for desk lights. For this project I need to control hundreds of LEDs (around a room) and the razer controller limits out at 240. Ideally it would sync via wifi so I don’t have to run the LED wires back to the computer. Any ideas?

So, I think ive done everything correctly but my keyboard doesnt light up in sync with the game  as its supposed to, and i cant for the life of me figure out what to do… I just got this keyboard

I don’t know how to delete this thread but my issue suddenly solved itself!

So we have a device for charging all of our nice Wireless devices so we are not eating up our limited USB ports on the Razer Blade and Thunderbolt 4 Dock.  So now we need a Chroma Hub so we can plug in all of our nice Chroma only devices.  Headphone stand, wireless charger, firefly, chroma mat, and of course the Chroma controllers.  

I have a Blackwidow Chroma v2 that when i plug it i got device not recognized, in device and printers i got only Razer Bootloader, it doesn’t show on device manager, it doesn’t have lights on. Ive tried with “BlackWidow Chroma V2_KeyBoard_FirmwareUpdater_v1.01.00_r2.exe” but it keeps me in a loop where it connects and disconnects the keyboard(I can tell that by the sound of inserting an usb)The usb port from the keyboard works.

I recently bought a Huntsman Analog 60%, and am surprisingly impressed. However, I was a bit confused not to see analog-dependent Chroma effects or options. For example effecting key brightness based on actuation pressure or speed. I believe offering this, such as is offered by Wooting, would help to popularize this keyboard tech, and would obviously be a nice touch for those who already own one.

Chroma lighting is not work for terraria but it is working for other games.

So, I have owned an MSI Pro Z690-A Wifi (DDR5) motherboard for some years since Intel 12th-Gen launched.  For some reason, when I try to use Chroma Connect with Mystic Light, it does not control my headers (or SSD lights via NVMe slot) in any capacity. I'm uodated to the latest versions of Mystic Light and Synapse 3, and Mystic Light does show up in Chroma Connect.  Just no control of SSD or thr JRainbow lights.  Is this just a case where I should have spent more then for the MPG/MAG/MEG series boards?  I going with an Asrock Razer Edition z690 (unless Razer and Asrock are going to announce a version of the z790 and x670 Taichi boards), but this has been a point of frustration.

I have a 2021 MacBook Pro with Apple Silicon connected to the Thunderbolt 4 Dock Chroma which connects to my second monitor an LG UltraFine.  Often times, it fails to reconnect to the monitor when I disconnect the laptop and reconnect it.  Any solves? Thanks

Hello,Since 1 week Chroma Studio’s module doesn’t recognize my Cynosa Chroma, Goliathus Extended Chroma and my Mamba Elite and tells me “No compatible devices detected. Please connect a Razer Chroma device or enable “Chroma connect” in supported third-party device software.”Windows tells me there is a “driver error” on all 3 devices but when I want to install all my devices’ drivers from Razer.com to see if the problem can be here, the message “the latest available firmware is already installed” appears.I’ve also tried to plug my devices into other USB ports but nothing changed.Can you help me please ?

Dear Razer Team,I currently have a Razer Blackshark V2 Pro headset, Basilisk Ultimate mouse, and Blackwidow Chroma V2 keyboard. I had a Razer Diamondback for like 16 years, so I’m a fan. Also there’s a Razer store near me - shout out to target market.Yet I only see a few chroma profiles for all the games I own. Please empower the community with the tools to share, vote, and comment on shared RGB profiles for specific games. I’ll give an example, I have a kickass American Flag FarCry 5 profile I made; I also have multiples for the same game - depending on how I feel like playing. Death in the Water 2 is fun with everything blacked out, but in Cyberpunk 2077 I like to color code my controls. When I’m using my computer for my business, my profiles include hotkeys to applications with associated colors. I’d love to see what the community has to offer. I recently purchased the Razer BlackWidow 2019 keyboard and was looking to customize the RGB lighting through the Synapse software. However, when attempting to download Synapse, the Razer download screen remained on my desktop for an extended period of time without any progress. While it appeared in my task manager, the download failed to open or complete. I am unsure of how to proceed. Can you suggest any solutions or troubleshooting steps?

Hello,I made a three profiles in chroma studio, then I assignated it to my mouse profiles as ADVANCES EFFECTS, BUT it doesnt work. If i set mouse profile 1 to chroma profile 1 - its okej, but when Im trying to set mouse profile 2 to chroma profile 2 - its still chroma profile 1. Nothing chaged. However Quick Effects works fine.

Is there anyway to do what the title says?

After running the update today, computer rebooted, and all my RGB settings are gone. half the devices are running color cycle, Profile is gone. Also layout is all wrong. I am unable to rotate any rotatable items, like the Handbow, option is there, click on it, or right click and select rotate does nothing. Anyone else have this issue? I had a backup but was many months ago, I have added so many devices since then. Thank you

Hey, Iam trying to design my Keyboard for the complex Sci-Fi MMO EVE online, there are a LOT of buttons to remember, with a lot of modifier keys, like pressing D is something completely different than pressing Alt+D. So I would like to really design a nice Color-Framework for the game. But Iam struggeling to find solution for lighting up keys in a diffrent color when you hit for example a in-Game modifier key. For example I want to have my Keyboard mostly Blue, but when I press (AND HOLD!) ALT, I would like to get most of the board dark and only light up like A, C and B. Or simply change colors of those Key. Unfortently I only found a solution to change the color of the exact key Iam pressing, not changeing colors of different keys... I assume there must be a way to achieve this, but I couldnt figure it out. Thanks in advance and best wishes! :)

The Razer Base Station V2 Chroma plugs in with USB. Can this only be plugged into a computer to get it to work and not a normal plug socket with USB port?

hello. just bought razer ornata v3 x and using razer synapse ver. 20221214 to this day (2022.12.24) a i was using razer black widow x chroma i cant mark any single key (or group). allways marked is all keyboard keys. Ctrl mouse left button doesnt work too.
