Synapse won't open
Hi everyone, I recently got a new computer and a Blackwidow Chroma v2, but whenever I want to open synapse to configure lighting, I click the application and nothing happens. The only thing that seems to fix it is an uninstall and reinstall, and the problem returns every time i turn my PC on. The Razer Central application is running, mind you, but when I try to open Synapse therefrom, it doesn't work either. Any experience shared would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Really Razer, why are you making such a crappy products. Your company sucks, many people from all over the world are complaing about Synapse 3 for months now and there is still no FIX. I bought your Tartarus V2 gamepad and I'm in shock that there is still no fix after months! Just got the new razer blackwidow elite and tried to login to my account with synapse 2.0 and 3.0 and they don't work synapse 2.0 says network not available and synapse 3.0 says oh snap something went wrong try again and i try again and nothing happens again
Try to turn off antivirus and firefall and also windows defender then try one more time to log

I assume your devices support wave effect ? If yes try things i write abive in this topic.

i contacted with technical support and not gave me a solution, no razer no problems easy

why do you even handle it with PM's !??!?!?!?! post it openly, what kind of support is that?
If there is a solution make it than everyone can see it, because MANY people have that issue and while searching for a solution I found out that this issue has been bothering people FOR MONTHS without any fixes, how incompetent can you be? if it doesn't get fixed right away I will bring my new mouse back to the store and NEVER buy ANY razer product again and I'm a longtime customer spending about 1k€ and also recommending products to others who also bought them, if it's not fixed I will do the opposite and warn them instead
yeh I don't understand why you Pm'd them. im having the same issue, for awhile. and I don't want to wait for a PM. just rather see the solution

of course i already returned my poo razer products wich cost was more tan 600 eur and back my fantastic corsair, which Works fantastic, i never buy any razer again, when they only have marketing .Logitech fantastic too

I agree with you javielite, I don't would like to buy razer products anymore both not good in windows and not supported by mac. I will definetelly buy Logitech.

When you will release Synapse 3 for macOS. I have keyboard and not working !!! A lot of programmer have same condition too.
Razer is the best, the personal reason i like it is for the synapse because i can control the LEDs. 
never saw a soft so bad in all my live.i´m returning my 3 razer products, they can not be used by this soft. NEVER NEVR BUY RAZER AGAIN. i come from fantastic and excellent corsair icue and Logitech and any problems in a lot of years, Now a nightmare with razer
This week i bought huntsman elite, razer hiperflux+ firefly and nari Ultimate and see this soft is the bigger junk i never used.All bugs and problems.I come from fantastic corsair icue and before Logitech with any problema.I return this stuff today or tomorrow.More than 600 eu for junk is too much money.I can't set a simple key toggle too, not start, not boot with Windows 10 x64…Only problems ...

One more thing you can try but it's more a time consuming. Try to remove all softwere drivers from your pc and slowly install one by one cheacking every time if synapse open and work if in some point it run it mean the softwere from other manufacture block it.

I've also have Installing issues with the software (Razer Synapse 3). Please help me. This is my first time having a Razer product. I'm currently using this Deathadder essential right now and i would like to customize my DPI settings since i play fps games like pubg, etc. and i would really appreciate it if I can solve this problem fast. Yes, I tried to do it a million times with the removal of all the drivers by poking the usb slots by reinstalling and restoring that I just did not try and contacted technical support and tried to solve the problem with them, but as I was told, contact microsoft as they release updates for the programs and they could solve this problem

Hello, I have a similar problem. I have a razer Basilisk mouse device and in the Synapse3 application it cannot determine it. It happened after the update. I just didn’t try to solve this problem. Razer just doesn’t pay attention to it

I honestly cannot believe that Synapse 3 is such a load of garbage with so many users not even being able to open it this whole time and still Razer does nothing. I've only just installed it on my new PC and now I can see why all of my friends have been complaining while i was sitting pretty with my old synapse version and everything working perfectly fine for the 4 years I've been using it. Synapse 3 absolutely will not open no matter what I do even though Razer Central runs in the background. The least Razer could do is give some decent tech support considering they're too lazy to fix their own software.
Move on brother, I did and haven’t looked back. They (Razer) does not value us as customers, look how long this post has gone with no support, official word, workaround etc. Post something about a competitor by name and watch how fast your post and account is moderated.
