Nach dem heutigen Update wurde zusätzlich noch der Razer Chroma Wirless ARGB Controller hinzugefügt zur Synapse und Chroma Beta, was soweit auch ganz gut funktioniert, nur bis heute funktioniert das Razer Kraken V3 Headset nicht in der Chroma Beta. Andauernd wird mir angezeigt, ich solle ein Chroma Studio Profil anlegen, was aber schon längst getan ist. Die Einstellungen lassen sich ändern, nur nicht die Beleuchtung steuern..

 

Vom Kraken V3 weit und breit keine Spur..

🤣 Sie müssen Witze machen, oder? Die Beta ist nicht kaputter als Synapse 3!! Was, abgesehen davon, dass es nicht mehr als einen Controller sieht, viel besser ist. Jetzt ist die neueste Beta voll ok Bugs und die Leistung ist.. Zusätzlich zu der Tatsache, dass es buchstäblich tötet, wenn man mehr als einen Controller sieht!! Wie ein dritter Teil wie SingalRGB einen besseren Job bei der Software macht als das Unternehmen, das es zur Verfügung gestellt hat, ist schockierend und traurig zu sehen, wie so minderwertiger Müll verschickt wird.

Jetzt erkläre mir mal bitte, was daran Lustig sein soll?! Man kann unschwer erkennen, dass das Razer Kraken V3 X in der Übersicht ersichtlich ist aber nicht in der Chroma Studio Übersicht, oder siehst du das Headset dort etwa?? Und an dem ARGB Controller hängen 3 LED Bänder, weswegen da auch 3 unterschiedlicher LED Bänder angezeigt werden. Weiß ja nicht, was man daran nicht verstehen kann! Wenn du dich auch nur ein weni9g mit dem Programm vertraut gemacht hättest, wüsstest du auch, dass das Razer Kraken V3 erst seit 1.4.2024 und der ARGB Controller erst seit dem 24.04.2024 enthalten sind. Und in der Synapse 3 war alles Einwandfrei drin. Also zumindest bei mir lief die Synapse 3 ausgezeichnet.

Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) is only detected by using the dongle. If connected by Bluetooth the headset is not recognized. Any plans to fix that or is it not feasable to be detected by Bluetooth?

I suggest you open your Synapse App, click on the 9-dot icon on the left side of your profile pic, then click on the Feedback Feature. There you can get in touch directly with the support team. Because we are using a beta app things like this will occur, and as beta users our feedback is the best way to help the support team to find & fix bugs at this stage.

I've noticed we don't have the options for controller and gamepad inputs in this New Synapse Beta. There aren't sensibility key options either.

Is there going to be an update soon with the macro issues and keybinds looking like they are still re-binded but in fact are not and having to unbind and rebind them everytime?

 

I feel like we won’t see any sort of update in the forseeable future.

haha, Now they… 😅

I do not know what to say. I asked if they had read the error log and they simply said "the technical team is checking". This is the same thing they said a couple of messages ago.
As I said in the previous post, they use standard messages.
But I will wait for their response, as they asked me for another deadline (standard answer too) and I will continue to insist in a solution. I will keep you all updated.

Can’t find the patch notes from today’s Synapse update, but just want to report that Beta 4 V 4.0.76.501 still automatically reverts to “low” GPU setting on Blade 16 w/4090 whenever it is closed.

when will kraken kitty v2 pro work with the new beta app 

Sadly they don't have a roadmap for all devices, only this link that I think will be upgraded since a new device is added: Current Supported Devices - UPDATED 3/1/24 | Razer Insider

Please add the ability to change the layout of the keyboard in the Synapse software from AZERTY to QWERTY etc because if you change it in windows like i did and replaced all my AZERTY keys with QWERTY keys on my Huntsman V2 Tenkeyless the Synapse software still acts like I'm using a AZERTY version of the keyboard.  I have posted a workaround for it in the keyboard section of the forum but it’s not 100% perfect and a bit complicated for anyone who didn’t know what they are doing.

There's no point on replying to this thread they have all gone ghost. No updates, no news of when the fixes are coming. My headset does not work in Synapse 3 and my "supported in Synapse Beta" devices and macros don't work in Synapse Beta. Useless.

Is your macro module don't working? Mine too.

I am in contact with the support team.

They respond to me every 48 hours.

They've already tried to blame it on my computer, as an isolated case, but I still insist and they keep checking. I hope they identify it soon. I miss macros.

What is your Headset?

If it is older, it will only work on Synapse 2.

But, if it should support Synapse 3, try activating RMA if it is still under warranty.

Will we get a option or ability to tell what was “Updated” in the Beta?
I am told everyday that its been updated but I see no changes.

They're answering faster on Reddit, I don't know why but, try to question there. Look for r/Razer and make your question.

Thinking about joining razer after 20 years having logitech (there’s no more mouse with 6 buttons on the side unfortunately). I was wondering if there’s a changelog/history of updates for this beta app? Website isn’t very UX friendly and some things were quite hard to find >.<
