Is there a plan at all for a MacOS version of Synapse?  I haven’t seen a reply about this question anywhere.  Even support won’t give an answer.

I find it mind boggling that reviewer sites list the Kiyo Pro as one of the best webcams for Macs yet you have zero ability to control the features.  It’s a great webcam!  I just hope I can zoom in at some point instead of having to pull my monitor way too close to my face.

Yesterday I updated to Version 4.0.76.19. My 2022 Blade 15 was running on battery during the upgrade process. After the update I turned OFF the laptop. Today I turned ON again, and after the Windows and other softwares - including the Synapse - was up and running i connected my power cord to my Blade and the following message pops up in the right bottom corner.

After that i removed the power cord, closed Synapse, re-open the Synapse and reconnected the power cord, the message doesn’t pop up any more. 

I know this isn’t a big issue but i think you have to check it to avoid potential customer complaints in the future.

The lighting on the Mouse Dock Pro should turn off when the PC is shut down and only be on when the mouse is on the dock to charge! Please implement it if possible, it would be very important if Razer implemented it! :D

I have uninstalled Razer Synapse after trying it for two weeks. Reason for me not wanting to use it is loading into a game it slows the lighting effects and slows my gaming experience for me. I noticed this the most playing Sons of the Forest. I have a decent PC with plenty of RAM.

Why the F does huntsman v3 pro get supported on the last version and not on the lates version? Why the F you removed it?

This software doesn’t “support” Naga Left-Handed 2014, it just tells you to install Synapse 2. Why is the mouse listed as “supported”?

I noticed following bugs:

  • Synapse Beta is not changing profile automatically to linked games for me
  • Getting Local/Cloud conflict Pop-up quite often
  • Unable to edit certain macros
     

Uninstalled the beta and went to the regular App and everything is wokring without any problems. Beta has some serious issues when it comes to profiles and macros :(

so, I am running the Synapse beta, the macro’s on keyboard (Blackwidow V4 X) don’t show up on the side panel, when I configure the key through the macro tab at the top, they don’t work, my mouse (Naga Trinity) the side plates don’t register as changed and the macro’s don’t work  at all, and my keypad (Tartarus V2) well I gave up trying so don’t know if that works or not. I go to the older version of Synapse everything works fine, accept the keyboard, macro’s don’t work, and when I press a key or mouse button the lighting goes all weird and funky.

 

Any help would be most appreciated.

I just saw my Barracuda headset in the supported device list. and I installed it immediately! BUT it keeps asking for a restart!!! endless loop!

Synapse 3 regularly failed to switch profiles when switching games, for the entire year or more I’ve had the mouse. Every update crossing my fingers.

Thought a big fancy update like this one, with “improved performance” etc might finally put the issue to rest.

Nope.

My first and last Razer mouse, honestly. Naga v2 “pro”.

I just got my Firefly V2 Pro, but it appears as “Device in development”.

 

Can I expect an update shortly, or is it already supported by the regular Synapse ?

When are you planning to fix Chroma RGB sync in Synapse 4? It’s currently very broken.

And when are you planning to support Windows Dynamic Lighting?

Windows Dynamic Lighting is enabled for some devices. If you still don’t have this feature supported, check if there’s new firmware available for it - because some devices got this function enabled via FW update.
