I would also like to mention that after installing the beta version of the application, it is not possible to remove it correctly in order to return to Synapse3.

After the rollback, errors begin to appear regarding NetFramework3.5 and also due to the absence of a large number of dll files.
At the same time, Synapse3, after rollback lags very much and does not detect devices at all.

I experienced issues removing it as well.

After reinstalling Synapse 3 it was fighting with The New Synapse which was not removed correctly.

I found what exactly this is connected with. In order to fix this (and normally return to Synapse3), you need to delete Synapse Beta and Chroma Beta, and then delete the folders associated with Synapse in appdata/local and in ProgramData. Then restore the files using the Microsoft Visual C++ installer. Next, reboot your PC and install Synapse 3. If possible, it would be nice to pin this message to the topic.

when add support for razer kraken v3?

I am hoping the Kraken v3 Pro wireless will be add to the list soon.  All my other devices are good.  I am surprised at how short the list is for headsets but how long for keyboards, mice and other things.  😂

Looking forward to when this gets added and hopefully soon as I miss seeing the battery indicator showing the level.  😋

My Blackshark V2 Pro isn’t supported by the new Synapse even though it is clearly mentioned in the list of supported devices on the software page. Anyone else having the same issue ?

Is there going to be an update soon with the macro issues and keybinds looking like they are still re-binded but in fact are not and having to unbind and rebind them everytime?

 

I feel like we won’t see any sort of update in the forseeable future.

There are issues with the beta. I have reported it on here as well as the feedback option on beta. When I did that, they opened a ticket and asked for my product details and if it was in warranty... the issue is not my peripherals it is the software. The feedback option is useless because it does not go back to the beta team, it just opens a support ticket for product help. I didn't even bother replying to them because it was a waste of time. I did select the correct feedback options also on the software.

 

There is no communication from Razer whatsoever about what is coming and when, I think I may sell all my razer stuff and use another possibly, will have a look.

 

I cant use Synapse 3 because then my headset does not work, and I can't use Synapse beta because then anything I used in Synapse 3 don't work

 

Useless company for updates and the funny thing is they don't give a shit lol

The same thing happened to me. They always send this automatic message by default. Then I said that I complained about a software problem and not a hardware problem, as the same happens with all my Razer devices. So they responded saying to perform a clean install and gave me a link, which I had already done. I said I had already done that. They asked me for a video but in the first message I had already sent a video and also the error log. I responded saying that I had already sent the video and gave them a hard time asking if they didn't read the messages. Only then did they go to a supposed higher technical support. Which took about 3 to 4 days analyzing my video and the log I sent. In the end, They said that it is an isolated problem that may be happening on my computer.
They have the error log to identify it but they didn't identify it.
Everything indicates that the support staff are some group that is only trained to give standard answers. Just to say that there is technical support. Still, I insist. I asked if they hadn't analyzed the error log I sent and now I'm waiting for a response.
I believe that if everyone responded by showing their inability to solve the problem, perhaps we could see an improvement in the technical support team. Now if we stay silent nothing will change.

Sadly I had to order a Keychron M1 to my MBA 15, because the M1’s shape is almost identical to the Viper V2 Pro, which is my daily driver on Windows PC’s.

There's no point on replying to this thread they have all gone ghost. No updates, no news of when the fixes are coming. My headset does not work in Synapse 3 and my "supported in Synapse Beta" devices and macros don't work in Synapse Beta. Useless.

When will the new Razer Viper V3 Pro be added?

So, will be there a new version this month or not?

When I link the Nari Ultrimate The new synapse doesn't actively recognize it, the only way to see the Nari Ultrimate options screen is to restart the Synapse program, but at the same time the Huntsman option disappears again and The new synapse screen will only show three devices, even though I have all four devices in my possession and all connected to the computer, which is disappointing!

Your 'Synapse' pile of software automatically updated to a new version THAT DOESN'T SUPPORT MY KRAKEN V3 PRO, a $250 headset, so now it doesn’t detect any device at all... 🤦🏻
 

This is the first time in 40 YEARS I see such kind of incompetence on display...

It was Synapse (you know, from RAZER) itself which was displaying the wrong version number in the About…   ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It got automatically updated to a new version despite not being compatible with my only Razer device, so I had to reinstall an OLD version.

So besides white knighting anti-consumer brands that offer such a pathetic support on a $250 product…  do you have something to say about why a support software for only 1 device in the system gets automatically updated to a version that does NOT support that only device?  no?  that’s what I thought…

ALL that was done by RAZER software ITSELF. 

Last week I was suggested to install a Synapse beta. I did, and found out it didn’t support my device, so I *uninstalled it* and reinstalled the previous version I had. 
Then I just found that Synapse (or the drivers, or whatever) automatically updated itself and my Kraken V3 Pro headset was not detected anymore. 
So I had to manually reinstall the OLD version AGAIN.

Whatever RAZER SOFTWARE did with those installations I can’t know, but facts are:

  1. RAZER software automatically updated to a version that didn’t support the only RAZER device I have in my system.
  2. That forced me to manually install an older version of RAZER software for it to properly recognize my device.

Anything to say about THAT that isn’t kicking the spotlight off the corpo brand and against the CUSTOMER?

I don’t understand how can they add new devices without updating the app.

Ich hoffe es kommt bald eine Fehlerbehebung für das Mouse Dock Pro, so das es sich im PC aus zustand auch abschaltet wenn die Mouse nicht auf dem Dock liegt !!
