Is there going to be an update soon with the macro issues and keybinds looking like they are still re-binded but in fact are not and having to unbind and rebind them everytime?

 

I feel like we won’t see any sort of update in the forseeable future.

There are issues with the beta. I have reported it on here as well as the feedback option on beta. When I did that, they opened a ticket and asked for my product details and if it was in warranty... the issue is not my peripherals it is the software. The feedback option is useless because it does not go back to the beta team, it just opens a support ticket for product help. I didn't even bother replying to them because it was a waste of time. I did select the correct feedback options also on the software.

 

There is no communication from Razer whatsoever about what is coming and when, I think I may sell all my razer stuff and use another possibly, will have a look.

 

I cant use Synapse 3 because then my headset does not work, and I can't use Synapse beta because then anything I used in Synapse 3 don't work

 

Useless company for updates and the funny thing is they don't give a shit lol

The same thing happened to me. They always send this automatic message by default. Then I said that I complained about a software problem and not a hardware problem, as the same happens with all my Razer devices. So they responded saying to perform a clean install and gave me a link, which I had already done. I said I had already done that. They asked me for a video but in the first message I had already sent a video and also the error log. I responded saying that I had already sent the video and gave them a hard time asking if they didn't read the messages. Only then did they go to a supposed higher technical support. Which took about 3 to 4 days analyzing my video and the log I sent. In the end, They said that it is an isolated problem that may be happening on my computer.
They have the error log to identify it but they didn't identify it.
Everything indicates that the support staff are some group that is only trained to give standard answers. Just to say that there is technical support. Still, I insist. I asked if they hadn't analyzed the error log I sent and now I'm waiting for a response.
I believe that if everyone responded by showing their inability to solve the problem, perhaps we could see an improvement in the technical support team. Now if we stay silent nothing will change.

I do not know what to say. I asked if they had read the error log and they simply said "the technical team is checking". This is the same thing they said a couple of messages ago.
As I said in the previous post, they use standard messages.
But I will wait for their response, as they asked me for another deadline (standard answer too) and I will continue to insist in a solution. I will keep you all updated.

plz @Razer Admin add blackshark v2 x to the synapse i can’t wait to enjoy the experience 😭

Please add the ability to change the layout of the keyboard in the Synapse software from AZERTY to QWERTY etc because if you change it in windows like i did and replaced all my AZERTY keys with QWERTY keys on my Huntsman V2 Tenkeyless the Synapse software still acts like I'm using a AZERTY version of the keyboard.  I have posted a workaround for it in the keyboard section of the forum but it’s not 100% perfect and a bit complicated for anyone who didn’t know what they are doing.

There's no point on replying to this thread they have all gone ghost. No updates, no news of when the fixes are coming. My headset does not work in Synapse 3 and my "supported in Synapse Beta" devices and macros don't work in Synapse Beta. Useless.

Is your macro module don't working? Mine too.

I am in contact with the support team.

They respond to me every 48 hours.

They've already tried to blame it on my computer, as an isolated case, but I still insist and they keep checking. I hope they identify it soon. I miss macros.

What is your Headset?

If it is older, it will only work on Synapse 2.

But, if it should support Synapse 3, try activating RMA if it is still under warranty.

When I link the Nari Ultrimate The new synapse doesn't actively recognize it, the only way to see the Nari Ultrimate options screen is to restart the Synapse program, but at the same time the Huntsman option disappears again and The new synapse screen will only show three devices, even though I have all four devices in my possession and all connected to the computer, which is disappointing!

Probably similar issue as on Blackshark V2 Pro (2020) - if I turn on headset before computer start - it’ll be detected correctly. Otherwise restart required.

Please work on your Marco section. We need more different options for our Marcos. If you have to, refer to Logitech Marco software which is more user friendly and has more options to record, edit, and different types of Marco’s actuation options. Love using your mouse but the marco section and trying to make it work is really tough. 

Ich hoffe es kommt bald eine Fehlerbehebung für das Mouse Dock Pro, so das es sich im PC aus zustand auch abschaltet wenn die Mouse nicht auf dem Dock liegt !!

I wonder why the Razer Barracuda headset has not been supported for a long time!!!!

Was für ein mieser Aprilscherz… Rechner gestartet, Synapse Beta startet mit, Razer Kraken V3 wird mit aufgelistet, Synapse Beta macht ein Update, Razer Kraken V3 wird nur als “Verbindung getrennt” angezeigt und auch wieder unter den noch in Entwicklung befindlichen Geräten..
