Haven’t seen this issue yet, but on restart Synapse had been saving the preferred Custom performance/power settings for my 2022 Blade Advanced. I had it set to Turbo CPU/High GPU. In the beta version, it now defaults back to Turbo CPU/Low GPU after every restart.

 

Not a critical issue, but annoying.

 

I came here for this. On my Blade 16 I set my CPU to Medium and GPU to High and any time I leave Synapse my GPU setting is automatically switched to Low. So I can only play games with it on Low. 

 

I’m surprised nobody else has reported this. Unless this is due to a recent change, I’d think there would have been more complaints about it in this thread. 

 

Has everyone else figured this out? Can someone chime in?

I'm still waiting for the best line of headphones to be added, namely the Razer Nari and Razer Nari Ultimate, I have already switched to the beta version of the Synapse application and transferred my friend to it to increase testing coverage.
Of the main problems so far, I have only identified the lack of support for cloud synchronization and the lack of support for our headphones.
The remaining devices: Ornata Chroma, basilisk X, laptop stand v2 - work completely correctly and no bugs have been identified with them yet.

I would also like to mention that after installing the beta version of the application, it is not possible to remove it correctly in order to return to Synapse3.

After the rollback, errors begin to appear regarding NetFramework3.5 and also due to the absence of a large number of dll files.
At the same time, Synapse3, after rollback lags very much and does not detect devices at all.

Aktuell macht die Synapse Beta mehr Probleme als diese wahrscheinlich sollte..
1. habe ich auf meiner Tastatur (Deathstalker V2) 3 Tasten meiner Beleuchtung zugeordnet, um da schnelle durchschalten zu können. Nach jedem Systemstart springt mir meine Tastatur ab und ich muss die Tasten immer aufs neue einstellen.. Das nervt gewaltig...

2. Habe ich in Chroma 3 Beleuchtungsprofile. Nach jedem Systemstart muss ich in den Profilen die Anordnung aufs neue Einstellen, da die Anordnung von Chroma immer komplett zerfeuert wird.. Das macht einen ungemein viel Spaß... Nicht!

3. Werden aktuell noch nicht alle Geräte Unterstützt.. So warte ich immer noch darauf, dass mein Razer Kraken V3 und auch die Razer Lightstrips mit dem Wirless ARGB Controller unterstützt werden. So bin ich immer gezwungen den Wirless Adapter mittels Handyapp zu starten... Auch nicht unbedingt so pralle.. aber mal Abwarten, was die kommenden Monate noch aus dem Programm alles wird...

Terrible development. There is no different with old version. This is when system is idle. 

 

 

As have been mentioned, really terrible development. Thats what happened when u give software development on outsource… was hoping for the best, got another bad software. deleting until fixed.

Experiencing huge input delay on “Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL” with The New Synapse and Razer Chroma App while gaming.

 

This happens in all screen modes “Fullscreen, Borderless, and Windowed” 

 

Currently I am using the keyboard with my Razer Blade 17 - 4K 120Hz (RTX 3080 series) plugged directly into one of its USB ports

when add support for razer kraken v3?

I am hoping the Kraken v3 Pro wireless will be add to the list soon.  All my other devices are good.  I am surprised at how short the list is for headsets but how long for keyboards, mice and other things.  😂

Looking forward to when this gets added and hopefully soon as I miss seeing the battery indicator showing the level.  😋

This is Windows Standart folder, razer cant delete them, but fot default it`s hiden, you must turn on showing the hiden objects in FileExplorer

My Blackshark V2 Pro isn’t supported by the new Synapse even though it is clearly mentioned in the list of supported devices on the software page. Anyone else having the same issue ?

Is this a joke? This program literally turns your PC into Windows 2000 on a pentium: browser is lagging, game is freezing for a 3 minutes after start, I was already worried that I got some malware or something. Then I closed the Synapse 3 and everything got fine.

Anyone got their Smart reel working when switching between different profiles that have it enables or disabled? I found that I need to turn off / on smart reel bevause it always permanently remembers the last state it was in and wont ever change even if profile has this option disabled correctly.

Why does it need to be connected to internet all the time? Without internet connectivity not even key bindings are working. Also opening 21 processes at the same time is not good.

In addition to those, why Synapse is trying to connect below sites?
