Razer Synapse 4

HelloI have a Problem with Synapse 4 and Macros I used all the Time Synapse 3 with my Viper 8khz + a Mouse Macro and today my V4 75% arrived so i Update to Synapse 4 for the Snap Tap update so far so Good but with Synapse 4 my Mouse Macro is no more Working i tried everything a clean reinstall nothin when i downgrade to Synapse 3 everything works great and my Macro is working great but i have no Snap Tap in synapse 3 What is the problem can anybody help?

I've downloaded Synapse 4 recently and it turned out that the installation for the software of my Mouse Dock Chroma from my Basilisk Ultimate does not work. Is there any fix? Thanks! 

Cannot set any profile, brightness is set to off even though it’s lit up, and lighting is set to quick effects despite being included in Chroma profile. The last issue is fixed by manually opening Chroma App, but brightness and profiles are not.

This is a several months old bug that was never addressed. You may had remove the beta from its name, but in reality it’s still a beta.

It’s really good. It was obviously rewritten from scratch a shows a lot more information. Sadly, the apps themselves are still the same, so no fixes there.

When I click on the installation package for the Razer Synapse V3 and V4 it tries to run however my command prompt appears for a brief second and then the process terminates. I haven't been able to find a solution for this anywhere. Has anyone experienced this or have a solution?

hey !i think razer synapse 4 is a very good logicial with a better interface than synapse 3, However, there are still problems to be resolved such as the Razer Seiren Mini microphone which is not detected.thanks to read !have a good day !

I used Nvidia  Broadcast for meetings with Videoconference apps like Webex. After installing Synapse 4, my meetings app says that the Camera is not available. Other app is using it. So, if I close (exit the app ) Synapse, my meetings immediately recognizes Nvidia Broadcast. 

I am unable to change the in game polling rate in the performance tab of the razer synapse. It shows up for a second and then disappears.I am using Baslisk V3 pro with Mouse dock pro. 

Under the display tab in LAPTOP COLOR PROFILEIt’s always set to Custom with a blank on the drop-down box.When clicking on any other buttons like sRGB it doesn’t have an “apply” button? only shows the image of the color profile.Is this a bug? Feels like it. Also anyone know a place for submitting feedback or is the Razer Insider the only place we can post?

Sorry, my English is not so good. Just like the title said, Synapse 4 can’t adjust Ripsaw HD’s volume. I’ve tried fully reinstall Synapse 4. At first it works. Then, don’t know how or when it happen, no matter how I drag volume bars or click mute buttons, it just won’t work. And I don’t think the left-top refresh button is suitable for Ripsaw HD. Synapse 3 works well. And also, Synapse 4 shows that I have two profiles for Ripsaw HD… Dose Ripsaw HD support profiles? And the resolution update said 65535p@255fps… 

My charging dock to my Razer Viper Ultimate suddenly stopped lighting up or showing up in Razer Synapse. Every time i try to launch synapse what pops up is this error. Does anyone know what to do? 

Switch keymap into the same profile cannot operating. Does the same thing happen to anyone?

I am unable to get the setting ‘When display is turned off’ to remain checked. I’ve tried to enable it within Synapse and Chroma sections but neither will retain the check mark. Once I click off the settings/lighting page the check mark disappears. Any suggestions or possible solutions?

chroma still works its just synapse thats not working. 2 problems:sometimes the keyboard just doesnt work.the changes made in synapase arent working. 

As the title suggests, in Razer Synapse 4, when I use the multi-device dongle feature, customization for the secondary device doesn't work at all. However, everything returns to normal if I use each device's dongle separately.I didn't encounter this issue when using Synapse 3. Please address this problem.

i heard about the new razer synapse 4, so uninstall the 3rd one and replace with the 4th one. but when i setting the calibration and add surface, it does not detect any razer recent mats like strider, gigantus v2, spvex v3 etc. instead, it shows the old mats like goliathus, firefly, goliathus v1, kabuto. should i reinstall the synapse 3 or stay in 4 and wait for the updates?

I can't seem to change the colours on my Naga Pro using Synapse 4. Huntsman elite and mouse dock and Firefly mat all colour changes seem to work ok. Only the Naga does not give any colour options when highlighting the buttons to change. Not a good start!!  Synapse 3 profiles do not carry over, which is a Massive Bummer!!

Started using Synapse 4 yesterday, (not sure why i didn't hear about it earlier) I quickly found a small bug with one of my many razer gaming headsets. The Razer Nari ultimate I normally keep at 100% input volume with only vocal clarity and mic boost turned on, however when I would close the app and reopen it I would find that the mic boost setting wasn't staying on and every time that I would use the onboard mic mute toggle button, after unmuting the mic it would be put all the way down to 50% input volume and no one on discord could hear me until i reopened the app and adjusted it back to 100%. If this isn't the right place to put this info I'm so sorry! I only wish to help to better the software that I love using! Other than that I am really loving this new version of synapse with the separate chroma app! <3

On razercon last day synapse 4 is a official full version but on install or startup louche axon and cortex are not available. To install it you need synapse 3 startup launcher so when this will be changed/fixed ?

Prior losing my Windows 11, Razer Synapse 3 did NOT have any volume control. Now, since getting Windows 11 going (fresh install), both Razer Synapse 3 & 4 have a volume contol (mouse and keyboard only before loss and after fresh install. Why?
