While I acknowledge the presence of an analog input feature on the Tartarus, I am disappointed that it does not include a rapid trigger function. The absence of this feature appears to limit the Tartarus Pro's potential, particularly when compared to other Razer products like the Hunstman.As an enthusiastic gamer and dedicated customer, I believe that implementing a rapid trigger function on the Razer Tartarus Pro would significantly enhance its appeal and utility. I understand that decisions concerning product features are often based on market trends and profitability, but I would like to express that many avid gamers like myself would gladly embrace this addition, contributing to its success in the market.

Hello!I bought Razer Deathadder v3 Pro 3 Days ago and yesterday I discovered a problem when I click and hold scroll wheel button and when I relax my finger a little, button just unclick.It's ok or not? Just I bought a Suprelight X before and there was the same issue and I returned it to store.

Can anyone tell me how i can tweak the mic settings because whenever I game using the  headset, sometimes my voice is not detected by the mic making the comms ingame pretty bad...or is there another solution  that doesnt require the usage of razer synapse 3

Hi just received my razer mamba elite mouse.Im really happy and first impressions are very nice.I just got one question,When scrolling down and up I just notice scrolling down is much louder then scrolling up, is that a normal thing ?In my feeling its twice louder comparing down .Thanks for any help :)

Hello, After turning on my computer and the Razer Software starting as normal, I noticed my Huntsman TE RGB lighting would not display right with the Synapse open, it would either be Blue static or nothing at all. But once i close Synapse its working fine. I have tried reinstalling synapse and the drivers to no solution. All of my other Razer Products (Mouse, Headset) RGB work fine.

I bought the Kraken X Lite headphones because it says on the box 7.1 surround sound.On trying to register it says. “Your product does not support 7.1 surround sound”My question is where do I get a refund for the blatant false advertising ?Surely, if it is  stated on the box then it should be supported.

Hello Razer teamMy system is blade 16 with 4090.Yesterday,I foolishly updated my BIOS to a new version that enforces undervolt protection.I am someone who values device noise and aesthetics, which is why I chose Razer. Previously, I used Intel XTU to undervolt and had a great experience with it. However, the new BIOS has ruined everything.I implore you, can you please release a BIOS update that gives me the option to undervolt? This is extremely important to me.
