Im so so so frustrated and can't seem to find anyone else with this issue. I just got my Nari Ultimates in today and have installed Synapse 3. My wife already has a pair so im somewhat familiar with the hardware and software. \n\nUnlike her application, when I go to Audio > Mixer and look under THX Spatial Audio, which is turned on, I get NO applications. Just "When launched, applications that have audio output will appear on this window. From here you can change the output setting for each application." I have tried opening every application and game I can think of as well as unintalling and reinstalling the application. I have also tried installing JUST the THX Spatial application, which was a whole other can of worms I wont get in to at the moment.\n\nNot sure what to do. Any help is very VERY much appreciated.

 Hello, in razer synapse in the audio tab and when i go to MIXER it doesnt show any applications to change from stereo to thx spatial audio, I have the Razer Kraken Ultimate can someone please help me. its ben like this for idk how long i think its a bug    

Greetings, I am in possession of an Acer Aspire Nitro 5 Notebook with the model number AN515-54-574Q. Nevertheless, there is a certain aspect that has left me perplexed. While equipped with a GTX 1650 graphics card, I have come to realize that the laptop also makes use of integrated graphics. This phenomenon is particularly evident when playing Minecraft. Even after implementing OptiFine, I continue to encounter subpar graphics and inadequate performance.The game is opting for the integrated graphics instead of utilizing the dedicated graphics card. Despite my attempt to improve the situation by employing OptiFine, a tool known for boosting performance and incorporating shaders, the desired outcome was not achieved. 

I’ve been using blackwidov v3 for 1 year and the “W” key started to being stuck like 6-7 months ago. I’ve gently cleaned it up with a brush but after using the keyboard for more than 1 hour, the w cap being stuck more and more. Also some keys like “S” and lots of the number keys are pressing double or triple times. My up arrow key’s RGB is RG only for now because it doesnt shows blue and all of my setup is purple, I can’t make it purple because its blue led is gone I guess and that button shows orange instead of purple. Since these happened, I’ve tried everything to reach support but couldn’t managed to do it because everytime I click to “chat” or “contact” on the support page, it leads me to home page. I think thats because I’m from Turkey, I’ve heard that you guys are not supporting in Turkey. What should I do? Should I message to the store that I bought it?

So I was planning on preorder the Razer Kitsune but it’s sold out but it says GameStop and Amazon have them for preorder also, would it be different if I preorder it on those sites? As in once it’s officially released the product on all sites would be available around the same time frame? Or would the different sites ship them out later?

Helloi recently purchased the razer kraken v3 pro, but my friends are saying they can hear my audio game sound and also they echo when talking, I’m on the Xbox series x, I was wondering if there’s a fix for this. I’ve tried updating the controller etc, also tried adjusting some settings and turning down my sojnd please help

Dear,I’m looking to create a AZERTY - Belgium layout for the Razer Deathstalker V2 Pro.Are they any keycap set available to get this layout? (Belgian keyboard layout - AZERTY - Wikipedia)I like the big ‘Enter’ key on the board, but not the French wording on them. If I look at the schematics in the FAQ of the boards I don’t find the correct layout. So I don’t know if I’m able to buy the French keyboard layout and an optional UK keycap set to get the correct layout with switching some keys.Anyone able to help out?

I love my rz03-0122 Black Widow, but if I use the microphone socket, a nasty electronic background noise is added to my audio. If I plug the microphone direct into the back of the computer (where the keyboard mic lead was plugged) the problem goes away. So I figure it’s a keyboard/driver issue.  Any thoughts, anyone?

Hello,I just bought the Razer Viper Mini Signature Edition. I got that with some glass skates and with some PTFE skates. And there is already PTFE skates on the mouse. Now to the question. Why do i can put some glass skates on the mouse? Why should i do that? Do i have some benefits? Is that better than PTFE skates?

Bought the Trinity, scroll wheel down movement became poor within the week, got replacement, same issue after a few days.(very stiff, sometimes not recognised)I want to stick with Razor and want to keep the mmo multi 12 buttons.  (want to stick with razor as love my mini razor keyboard and only want one software running for my mice/keyboard) If I return again the Trininty - do the Naga Pro models (or other razor mice) have a better - more reliable scroll wheel?

Merhabalar. yaklaşık olarak 1 ay önce bir kulaklık aldım (Razer Blackshark V2 X). razer'ın kendi uygulaması olan 7.1 Surround Sound çalışanı indirdim ve 7.1 i aktif ettim. işlemci bir şekilde yerleşik. ne bilemeyeceğim ama bu gün bilgisayarı açtığımda 7.1 in sesini ne kısabiliyor ne arttırabiliyor ne de tamamen kapatabiliyordum. 7.1 e ayarlamadan önceki ses seviyesi ne ise onda kalıyor ve asla değişmiyordu. daha doğrusu değiştiriyorum  ama bu seste bir etki yaratmıyor ses seviyesi hala aynı geliyor. lütfen bana yardım edin.

Hy everyone.  I have a problem with VIPER ULTIMATE mouse RC-30-030501 The mouse slows down and the game freezes.singles don't help. Who faced and how did you decide? 

Wondering if it's possible to order a Razer Rouge 13' bag from the main store or a different region entirely because the bag is completely sold out in my region, and I have no idea when It'll ever restock if it'll restock, and if it IS possible would there be any additional fees? 

So pc controller, New razer raiju ultimate controller connects fine to pc however ,My original when I plug it in Windows makes a sound and it comes up as an xbox 360 controller and works perfectly, When I disconnect windows shows disconnected. My new ones comes up with no noise but in device manager unlike my original comes up as a wired controller also as an audio device.The Bluetooth works perfect and on steam everything seems OK.Question is (without having to download another programme) can I change it in device manager to be recognised as an x box controller so it works on cod like my original?? Not sure if it can be done this way rather than Getting a programme,Obviously razer is a PlayStation controller so presumably it has to be done if playing on pc with a PlayStation controller?   I have spent 2 days trying to get this to work on warzone and still no joy until last night when I un plugged my new one and plugged in the old one and noticed 1 is an xbox and the other is wired 😭\ud83e
