All my drivers are updated, including the most recent update for the headset. What's weird is that when I turn the volume up, the sound will even out again until I mute my mic again. Does anyone know how to fix this?

So as title says. Loading thru PayNow is having a Problem. After scanning the QR code and paying, the p[age stays there until timer runs out. 2 of my top-up which already got deducted still PENDING @Razer.Zionzedd  Need your help with these. Have your people check why this shit is happening.

Hi! I have a Razer Blackwidow Mini Hyperspeedand and I notice that it only connects to synapse when it is plugged in.  I am trying top have my custom RGB settings on my keyboard in wireless 2.4 mode. Is it somehow possible to connect the keyboard to synapse wirelessly much like how it works for some of the mice?Thank you!

i was wondering if I am able to get fans from a newer model razer laptop so i can have better cooling then my current 7 year old ones. does anyone know if the ran sizes are universal for the razer laptop lineup?

Hello everyone,recently I bought a second hand Razor laptop running on Windows Home (64bit). None of the original hardware has been changed by me. Everything seems to work just fine except my Intel drivers.GRAPHIC: Though my Intel UHD Graphics 630 driver shows no issues on the device manager I sometimes happen to experience short black screens when I am in or exit certain programs as well as my menu bar happens to flicker through the picture from time to time while I am in game or streaming on full screen. Does anyone have an idea why this happens and how to get rid of the issue?WIFI / BLUETOOTH: Since I last booted my laptop the Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 driver won't start anymore showing a warning symbol in the device menu (code 10). Additionally the bluetooth device won't respond at all and its Windows interface button suddenly disappeared. Flight mode can not be actived anymore.I tried to uninstall and delete the Intel drivers and all its corresponding software to make a clean reinstalla

hello, I bought a W v2 pro gamepad a couple of days ago, everything is fine for the first 30 minutes, then it starts that the buttons do not work and there is no arbitrary pressing, can I fix this or do I need to return the goods?

Hello I’m a new razer user and I really need help, so I got this new razer headset and I really like it although I realized that it has an issue with the mic where it picks up all of the audio that comes through the speakers and no its not because the mic is close to the speakers, i really want to find a solution because I can’t afford to buy a new headset I’ve been saving for months just to get this headset and I also got motivated to buy it because all of the good reviews I read, and also i can’t refund because now im out of country, and im also extremely sad and I got depressed a couple of times because, my friends won’t play with me and they always mute me claiming that I have echo and they call me disturbing things, please help me, this issue stayed with me for weeks now and im playing solo every single time and im really really really sad, please help me please RAZER I’m begging you. Razer black shark v2 Thank you Best regards : Ama😞

I'm looking for a quiet keyboard so I can play some games at night without keeping my wife awake. I don't know much, if anything about keyboard terms or what's best to look for. 

Razer Blade 15 RZ09 advanced. Why does only sometimes the razer logo stay lit when closing the lid. Most of the time it shuts off when i close it. but sometimes will stay lit. this is without the charger.also i have it set up to be on when charging but if i plug it in it doesnt light up unless its open. i would really like the logo to light up when i plug it in closed. extra assurance that its in fact charging. 

So, I have double typing issue with a number of keys on my Blackwidow v3 mini. I have tried to search for the product serial number on Razer website for warranty claim but it says “product not found”. I have tried connecting with cable and updating firmware And all but still the same issue. Please advise me on this. It’s been only a few months and keyboard started having the issue. It was expensive.

was working just fine on call but then just stopped on me. Device shows its still on but wont register when being plugged in. It shows up in microphone setups and everything seems fine except for when I start talking, which it then decided to not pick up any audio singles at all. Anyone know the problem or what i can do?

Hey!Could you please tell me if it is possible to get THX spatial audio without PC or W10? I must using Synapse 3 with W10 for THX activation right? How is quality sound from Nommo V2 without THX? Razer Huntsman [RZ03-0252] opto-mechanical keyboard. I have been using this keyboard for the past 4.5 years.The keyboard is not getting detected on my PC but is getting detected on other systems which includes other laptops & desktops.Checked on both, a system with Razer driver ‘Synapse’ pre-installed & on multiple systems without any pre-installed drivers. Device was detected & worked normally in both cases. Tried plugging the keyboard in different USB ports on the motherboard & the front USB port - did not work in either case. The device is not working even in BIOS, which is before the OS is loaded, so that would mean that Windows is not causing the issue. Also tested in a secondary OS by installing Ubuntu, did not work even there. The keyboard is rated 5V-500mA. I have a Samsung portable SSD which is rated 5V-900mA. The SSD is working fine with the motherboard. So, it means that there shouldn’t be any issues with the power draw. Other keyboards - a basic membrane key

I woke up and the keyboard wouldn’t function properly at all. Everything is okay now except for the RGB. Several keys (about 10 of them) are stuck on a single color and won’t change. Even when I turn the brightness all the way down on the lighting they stay on. They will change colors sometimes during a reactive profile, but always to the wrong color. I’ve reset everything to factory and still nothing. It does the same thing on different PCs.
