Hey guys, Im new here and I just recently purchased a Kaira headset (non pro). I only have my Xbox Series X and no PC just an older macbook (2013). In the box it said the headset needed to be updated with new firmware but the link only provides a downloadable exe file which my mac cannot open. Is there any other way to update the firmware on these headsets?

Bonjour j'ai acheter les razer hammerhead et j'ai rencontrer un problème. Un des deux écouteurs ne s'allume pas et donc ne se connecte pas à l'autre oreillette ou même au téléphone alors que j'ai suivi toutes les étapes, recharger à fond etc. La première oreillette marche mais pas la deuxième que faire ???

I have a dilemma, I desperately need a wireless headset, but going this route I lose my very important head tracking ability via TrackIr. As far as I know, no one in the wireless gaming headset industry makes such a device that has the built in IR leds that could run off the headset's own battery. I think being first to market on this would be a big hit in the simulator gaming space, just adding to an existing tried and true design like the BlackSharkV2 Pro for example. Even if you would have to pair up with TrackIr and pay a license per unit, I'd definitely pay a premium, as would most people in this market who already have thousands invested in their simpits.

Hi guys. I have a Kraken 7.1 v2 Pro. Every time I activate the noise reduction on synapse 2.0 my volume goes crazy and start to go up and down a lot. My friends always tell me that some time the ystop hearing me and I've noticed that the reazon is that mi mic volume is moving. I've tried reinstalling synaps but this problem persists. Does anyone know something about this? It only happens when noise cancellation and/or noiose reduction is activated Thank you

Lately the sound from my Nari Ultimate will fade to zero over a few seconds, then randomly pop back to the normal volume. Software is up to date and battery is charged. Seems to also happen if I have a web page open playing music. If that page isn't selected or used, that sound fades out. In any game if the mouse is not being clicked then the sound fades. Any ideas?

So i had a nari ult for 10 months with no problem. Than my headset kept disconnecting and it got to a point a month later i contacted support and after like 3 hours they sent me a new one. Literally 2 weeks later with the new one my headset keeps disconnecting. I have snpanse 2 removed. Ive removed 3 and reinstalled it. This is a super annoying problem since i play a completive game that replys on sound and since they keep randomly turning off i keep doing and losing.

Hello! I have the lovely Razer Kraken X headphones and had major issues in downloading the 7.1 surround sound download software, claiming as it has been downloaded. I had major issues in getting the headphones to work and must have cancelled it somehow. Is there a way I can get the 7.1 resent to me? With very best wishes, Jay London, UK

Ive only had them two days and im getting problems, they wont stay connected to my PC and there is no sound when connected to my PC - the y connect to my phone ok and I get sound, but I really bought them to use whilst gaming, are the Hammerhead Pod suppose to light up when fully charged or not or am I not using them correctly cheers

i am looking for a new headset and i cant decide between the kraken or the kraken tournament edition, can i get a recomendation?

I'm thinking of getting a new headset and I have 2 candidates in the ~€149 price range: Kraken Ultimate Nari I wear glasses and the Kraken product specs mentions "eyewear-friendly cooling gel cushions" which sounds good, but the Nari does not mention eyewear-friendly - just "cooling gel-infused cushions". Have anyone of you guys/gals compared the 2 headsets? Any advice on what to pick (any aspect, not just glasses)?

My son’s Razer Thresher headset keep cutting out on wireless for Xbox one. It’s only started recently and seems to have trouble charging. Is there software updates that need downloaded or is it something anyone else has experienced?

When using my USB audio controller for my razer kraken tournament edition there is hissing background noise, I've tried many things to try and fix it, is there any way to fix it? When I'm not using the USB audio controller, and I'm using the headphone jack, there is no hissing.

So most if not every razer kraken comes with an extra cable where you get an mic head and the headset head but if you only use the 1 headed cable will the mic still work or will it not?

I know the Razer Ultimate Thresher is supported by Xbox Series X, but I want to know which setting is the best to set since the new Xbox Series X doesn't have an optical output. So what settings do I have to set in my Xbox Series X? Do I set it on Stereo uncompressed or Windows Sonic? Do I need to enable or disable Dolby on my headset hub? Please advise!
