Hello I'm looking for a good eq setting for movie music and game for my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro

i have uninstalled and reinstalled all sound devices and the razer software several times i run a trouble shooter and then the device disappeared

I just receive my blackshark v2 pro, and test the THX 7.1 by Synapse, and found the left side always louder than right side. what happen?

Just installed THX Spacial Audio, and where it says in the setup to choose THX Spacial from the drop down list, it doesn't appear. I do have Razer Synapse installed as well, and have clicked on Game Mode in Synapse.

Hey guys. I have noticed issue with my surround sound on Razer Kraken 2019. Whenever I play for instance csgo or dead by daylight with razer surround sound on, it makes Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation (audiodg.exe) use around 30% of my cpu, when not playing games it uses around 20% of cpu ..I know it might not be much for some people but for me its alot because my pc is old potato and I need every bit of cpu in order to keep playable FPS.(with surround sound my fps on csgo is around 30-40, with surround sound off its above 80-100). Can anyone help me with it ?

Hello guys, I just registered both my deathadder elite and kraken but when I try to upgrade my surround to pro they have green* saying proof of purchase still required for warranty claims. Do you know where or how I can proof the purchase of these two products. I bought them from an authorized Razer resellers in Bulgaria.

Hi, i bought the Kraken X Lite on december 18th, i registered my headphones and everything worked, i selected as output my sound card and activated the 7.1 and was good; But yesterday( 8/01/2021), I started my PC as usual and I didnt listen anything,even the test sound of microsof, only I was able to hear discord voice calls. Any one had this trouble before? or know how to fix it? Thanks

Hi guys, my Kraken X USB headset turns my screen on, maybe a second after the automatic Windows screen turn off for energy saving. The screen goes black for a moment and then turns on again. Thanks for the help.

I have BlackShark V2 Pro and I followed all setup instructions, so I have the THX Spacial Audio output device (along with the standard BlackShardk V2 Pro that is stereo?). I have the Mixer tab with the switch to enable THX Spatial Audio, but the interface looks different than the app in the store. Do I need to buy the app to use THX or this is some reduced functionality that comes with Synapse 3 and this expensive headset?

My Nari Ultimate Wireless that I love has a bad connection to the right side. I have to tap it fairly hard on the right side to get the connection working again. Its out of warranty, but I would pay to have it repaired. Hoping customer support will get back to me on a means to pay for repair?

Hello, I had my razor headset and it was working great until I got a razor keyboard and every so often my microphone sounds like a robot to other people. I unplugged my headset to restart it, but no luck. Please help

Hello, I just bought some razer nari ultimate for Xbox and I am delighted with them but I want to get more juice. I have installed the dolby atmos and dts X application. Both have equalizer but I have no idea how to play it to improve the audio. Can somebody help me??

I bought a BlackShark V2 to replace my Kraken Tournament Edition recently. I want to ask if I can use the Kraken USB controller with the BlackShark? And, is it better to use the original BlackShark USB soundcard? What does the soundcard actually do to the audio quality?

I love my Blackshark pro but I'm having trouble figuring out the equalizer. I am used to HyperX Cloud wired headphones and I love the sound from them. I'm trying to get close to the the sound of those. I like thick bass but I also want clear mid tones. I've included a picture of my settings in synapse below but I'm still getting the sound coming out very muddy, not very clear and almost distant. When I put on my wired HyperX Clouds and compare, there is a room of improvement. I turned off the THX surround and that helped a lot but I'm still struggling. Where should I adjust in the equalizer to get a more, balanced, deep but clear sound in game audio?

It keeps randomly shutting off. The left one is fine, no issues at all but I have to keep putting them into the charging case and re connecting them for it to work again. Help!?

Hi, I'm trying to work out how to get these to work without the PC on. As far as I can see from the site the USB just provides power to the headset, which is all I need, as I'd like to use the headset to listen to films as it's plugged into AVR pre-outs, and I'm getting a sumptuous gaming performance from that. However, I can't seem to get sound (indeed the 7.1 light will not come on) unless the USB is plugged into a PC that's turned on. This is less than ideal, but am I just not using powerful enough USB slots? I've used the (powered) USB slot on the front of the AVR, and I hear the speakers "chck" so I know power is flowing into the unit. However I get nothing from the sound. I also tried a DC 5V 1000mA output socket on a plug, to no avail. Does anyone have solutions here? Raspberry Pi? Any solutions will be gratefully received!

I had this issue with my mic cause my latop wouldn't pick up on it so i looked for forums to fix that and someone said that going to Device Manager->Sound, video... and uninstalling everything except for the drivers so i did it said it would reinstall everything after restarting my computer which i did more than once hoping it would and it didn't, some stuff is gone like Surround sound 7.1 so i tried installing it again then uninstalling it then installing it but among playback devices it's just gone, what can i do ? Using : Kraken x lite

When using the razer headset app, it says there is a firmware update but when you click update, it just opens a box telling you to download a .exe on PC? I only have access to a mac and Series X.

As the title says I got them for Christmas and I cant get the mic to work on them but they work on my phone. ANy solutions?

Just bought a new kaira pro yesterday and its putting out a hissing noise. When I am in a xbox party u can see my voice in the party overlay but I'm not talking. Has anyone experienced this and know how to fix it
