My Razer Tiamat 2.2 V2 headset has virtual 7.1 support, but I don't know how to enable it.

Hi. Where do I buy a new battery for my Razer as mine exploded. Li-ion Battery Model RC30-0248 It doesnt appear anywhere to buy them from Razer, so does anyone have a good company with customer service to buy them from in USA or Canada. Thanks. john

This morning I updated windows and after restating I would see the razer logo and then the screen would just go black and never boot into windows. I ended up factory restoring the laptop through the recovery option, however I am scared to download the latest updates for windows. Any thoughts?

My new headphones have the THX DSP dongle do I need the special downloaded software? Does this software add anything?

Hey guys,'been using Kraken TE for a couple weeks. I realized a sound coming from inside headphones and i dont know how to describe it but it's like rumbling or rattling and it tooks under 1 second and goes away. I dont know how to fix or solve this problem. any idea for it? Have a nice and healthy day all.

This was the first pair of headphones I got for PC gaming. I have had this pair for about 2 years and they finally stopped working. I dealt with them cutting out and lacking a functioning mic for weeks, but I could stand it no longer. I looked all over the place for a brand new pair of Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 USB Chroma's with oval ear cushions, sold and shipped by Razer so I wouldn't get ripped off. I couldn't find any. They don't seem to be discontinued. I need them. Right now I am using some Razer Kraken Tournament Editions or whatever and they are fine. However, I still crave the comfort and convenience my old babies used to have. Somebody please tell me where I can get a brand new pair of these that's not sold from some random who I can't trust. Hi! I just received my Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 headphones. Audio works fine except for microphone - I can hear the robotic voice all the time. There were a few similiar threads that suggested to change the audio quality in the Windows Settings, didn't work for me. Microphone works just fine in Razer Synapse.

Hi, i got my razer nari ultimate a few months ago and everything worked great, i decided to go corded for a while because i forgot to charge every night and it became a bit tourblesome... now when i try to turn on the headset wireless it just wont turn on, it works with the usb connected but the second i unplug it the headset shuts down... (already tried to charge it all night, only from the razer original cable and pc usb only! havent used anything else on them and im so frustrated because the wireless has a much better audio control..) Please Help!

This time,with Razer Blackshark v2, but who are we kidding, this problem has existed for years now with Razer products. The sheer number of unresolved forum posts and help requests when searching for solutions to the flaw is staggering. The utter absence of any working posted solutions which don't involve installing Voicemeeter and restructuring Windows audio driver routing is damning, to say the least. AMD Radeon built-in capture, Windows 10. Multiple machines and hardware configs. Tested on both Only able to get mic audio, no game audio in captures. Audio devices listed in AMD panel are two mics. This has been a problem for 2 years now. Have tested on two completely machines with different architectures and hardware configs. Installing Voicemeeter to hack around the problem and create several; more in the process. Hey! So I bought the Razer Kraken TE and tried to set up THX but everytime I have tried, the mic hasn't worked. It's either I have THX audio and no mic or not THX audio and a mic, this is really frustrating, anyone have any ideas? thanks

Hi There, Recently I found that my Razer Nari will turn off maybe after 40mins. Even after fully charge. It doesn't make any beeping noise or anything, just turned off automatically. Anyone know why? Thanks in advance.

As in the title, I have recently purchased this cool headset but I cannot modify it from the chroma option of synapse 3 cause kraken 7.1 v2 is not supported. Is there any chance to be implemented in?

hello i bought that laptop without hdd connector and i cant find the same. i already try to buy on ali but my pc dont turn on with that cable.. but it fits, maby pins wrong placed.. maby smb know what it should be or from what laptop it suite for my.. and one more, can i install second ssd instead hdd?

So i have a Razer kraken 7.1 V2 headset and one of my friends bought the Razer kraken (2019) and we talked about which is better and about trading but i dont know which is the best? BTW I am only gonna use it for my computer.

I just purchased the razor Xbox controller only to be disappointed that it’s not wireless and got a refund due to the big disappointment. Is there ever going to be a wireless edition? Wire controllers are too much of a hassle. I know PlayStation has one why can’t the Xbox??

I was going to buy the Razer Nari eventually since I felt like I had all my needs, but at the time it was really cheap (Right after Christmas). I didn't end up buying it, but when I look at the price now it's soooo expensive. I still can afford it, but I don't really want to spend that much. Then I learned of the Kraken TE and I thought it was a good choice since the only things that were missing were RGB and a wireless mode. I'm think of just buying the Kraken TE and calling it a day or do you think I should wait for the price to drop and buy the Razer Nari? Thanks I'm open to other products if you have anything that can match both headsets!

Which on your opinion is best: Kraken Tournament Edition vs Kraken Ultimate or BlackShark V2 (X)? I have Kraken TE and must say they're awesome, but the soft is too "unfinished", I mean they sound great, but the software makes then sound "worse than great". Like, they can work in 96 kHz (using sound card), but THX Synapse allows them to sound only in 48 kHz. There are some other minor bugs, but it's okay. I just want to know which of them are the best and why.

A question ? I want to buy these headphones, I still can't decide which blackshar v2 or the V2X because there is a difference of 40 dollars, but the (special edition blacks shark) caught my attention because they mention bringing a very cool case and it is something for which I could pay those 40 dollars without problem, (case of the photo) someone knows if they give you the cover or is it a lie, if so, I would buy the SP. on the other hand they recommend the V2X or the V2 which is more worthwhile, someone who can guide me. The ear cups on my Razer Kraken 7.1 V.2 headset are falling apart. The leather is coming apart and flaking off. The black cover for the actual speaker on the right side is coming off and the foam is coming out. I cannot find replacements and it says it's out of stock on the Razer website. If anyone can tell me where to buy a new pair it would be great. Thanks
