Hey, I need some help regarding updating my headset that I mainly use for console. I play both Xbox One and PS4 pretty regularly, occasionally Switch and hopefully PC in the very near future. I currently use Turtle Beach Earforce P12 and have always gotten on well with them due to the USB connectivity with the PS4, but also due to the short 3.5mm jack that works ok with the Xbox controller and the Switch. I'm ideally looking for something that works similarly USB-wise with the PS4 as that is my main console of choice, but if the option is there for USB connectivity with the Xbox One and going forward the PC too, that would be great. I understand that Xbox are quite finicky with there USB headset options I believe? So not sure if that's a possibility. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I severely need an update. I'm loving the new Razer BlackShark V2 Pro Wireless, it's comfortable, sounds great and best of all... wireless! It's a great headset overall, but there are still a few parts I feel iffy about, as headsets is the only part of my setup I feel can't be filled with a Razer just yet. I'm loving the Aviator Pilot style ear cups, they're comfortable, and best of all they look super stylish. Nothing like the giant Naris that stick out the side of your head like a sore thumb. Unfortunately, I feel like it's still lacking... The adjustment system on it looks, and feels way to flimsy, and overall, is a bit of a sore to use. Even the Razer Kraken X plastic adjustment fork feels better to use. I feel like an Aluminium fork would be perfect, it would feel just as smooth as every other headset most people are used to, and most of all, it would feel like it will last. Hello, I have a blackwidow chroma mercury edition that I've been using for roughly a year now and I have never had any major issues with it up until now, but in the last couple of days, when i try to turn the brightness down for the backlighting, it seems to glitch out and flash like it's trying to but can't for some reason. This happens whenther i try to use fn + f11 or using the slider in synapse. Any answers shoupd be helpful.

hi there, so I bought a pair of Razer Hammerhead True Wireless online. at first , They were working for a brief period when I first got them, so I put them aside as I had other things to do. Later that after finish my work , I pulled them out of the case and began using them. They worked for about 20 minutes at which point they cut out for about 4 seconds, and then the right earbud went off , leaving only right side on. so i thought no battery left so i try to recharge them. now , after recharge finish , i try to turn on again my earbuds , but they keep randomly shut off after a period of time. Is there anything i can do to fix this ?

I really loved the Razer Tiamat 7.1 headset, it came with many nice features. What I really loved about it is how it had an audio control feature that would sit on your desk. This was useful to me in so many ways! The Razer Tiamat should be made into a wireless version with a DAC. This DAC would allow users to connect a console and a pc together so they can hear through both or switch between the other seamlessly. This headset could also support swappable batteries, if one is lost/dead then you could buy more on the website. The Steelseries Artics Pro is one of the only headsets that has this feature and I would love if Razer invested into a product like this. It wouldn't have to be cheap either, Razer could get away with selling it for $300 and say this is for the all out gamers.

So yesterday I got this headset at best buy and I am now setting it up. I connected it and everything seemed right in terms of audio but when I installed the 7.1 surround sound software to my pc and set it to my default audio, I couldn't hear anything. Another problem is that my pc does not recognize my mic at all. The audio works in the Realtek High Definition Audio setting but not in the 7.1 one, and the mic it's like it doesn't exist. Any help? I couldn't find anything on this issue online :(

Hiya Brand new Tiamat owner, here. I'm going to be hooking this up to an AVR receiver's 7.1 pre-outs (line level RCA outputs) and was wondering ... Should I place cheap headphone amps between each input to the Tiamat, or will the level on the pre-outs be enough to send decent audio to the cans? It's an Integra DTR30.6 AVR, if that helps, and according to one of the manuals this is the "Rated RCA Output Level and Impedance" [INDENT]200 mV/470 Ω (PRE OUT, PRE/LINE OUT)[/INDENT] The reason why I ask is that the product itself states you can plug it straight into your motherboard outputs which I would assume have a similar (or less) powerful output. However, I have also read that this is basically the worst idea in the world. ;-) ANYWAY ... there's my question, apologies for the ramble! I have Razer kraken tournament edition with synapse 3 software for few months now, but out of nowhere left side of my headphones is more silent (cant be tunned by Windows software cuz ofter while it gets silenter even more). The audio shifts to my right side and after while it goes back or just completely mutes on left side and plays only on the right. I have tried to reinstall Synapse, installing most recent drivers even putting Windows to default setting (with keeping my stuff) but it still spontaneously does this stuff. Most likely it has nothing to do with cables. Anything I can do?

I have the Razer Nari Ultimates. I had downloaded a trial of the THX Spatial audio a long time ago. At the time the software did not support the Naris'. Now since Ive used up my trial I cant test the software out. Question is does the software do much more to enhance the sound of the Naris?

I just noticed today that my razer mamba tournaments side buttons aren't fully clicking in, the clicks also don't register to the computer, but it's a hardware issue, not a software issue. is there any way I can fix this at home? the side buttons seem loose if that makes any sense.

Hi, i recently bought a Razer Blackshark V2 and pretty much enjoying it. Though, a problem surged: despite the fact during the game i can hear all the sounds, if i record some footage with my nvidia "instant replay" feature, the video came without any sound. So, apparently, if my output device is not Realtek audio, nvidia wont catch anything. Some help?

For Some reason evry time randomly in a game or just watching/listeing to videos. I get this crackling noise and i dont know why exacly. The Headset is also like. 3 days since i orderd it soo... I dont realy know why it does that. I seen evryone start at like 3-4 months. If there is possible a fix for this i would Very much appriciet it. I have the most up to date Razer Synapse.

I accidentally broke the cord of the headphone itself at the mute/volume section. Where can one get it repaired or at least buy a replacement to fix it myself?

Hey so for a longer time I have mic issues with my nari ultimate. I really tried out a lot but know I don't know what to do. So the mic is not working at all, exept when i use the aux cable but only at my playstation, when I try the aux cable at my pc it won't work. So when I reset everything and reinstall the drivers for the nari ultimate it will work in synapse for a few minutes, after that it won't work again. (Sorry for my bad english, it's not my first languange.)

My PC has 3 types of USB port: usb 2, c and 3.1 gen 2. My Blackshark 2 pro comes with a wireless dongle. Should I use usb 2 or 3 for best results?

I've bought the Blackshark V2 + USB sound card and I cannot record the game audio using Nvidia Shadowplay. I was able to find that if I select the Razer USB Sound Card as the output, the shadowplay record works as expected, meaning that the game sound + the mic output are being recorded. But, if I select THX Spatial Audio, the record only contains my mic output. I'd really appreciate any help. Thanks
