How do I disable the volume control wheel on the physical wire? Every once in a while I'll shift in my chair and all sound will get muted because it accidently gets scrolled. Can I set all the volume options in synapse and just lock it?

The Razer TE's USB Audio Controller is its own device to enable surround sound. Just curious, what is the audio quality output (sampling rate, bits per sample, etc.)? Is it compressed? Is there any latency?

Hi to everyone in the forums. First time posting here and hoping to somehow find an answer before I go buy or send the product back. I bought a Thresher for Xbox One which also included the Audio hub, a while back. Everything was working fine, sound was coming thru the headset, mic was picking up everything that it should. One day I was talking to my friends in the party and suddenly my mic started bugging. It would start with just noise and my friends could hear it instead of my voice. The only way for me to stop the noise (I knew it was picking it up cuz of the xbox party overlay, that I was emitting sound) was to mute the mic. I tried talking, resetting, unplugging, you name it but the mic seems to not register my voice but just static noises. I can hear the static also lightly thru the headset itself. I switched from Xbox to PC to see if it works, but even then I can see the mic not picking anything up or just static again. Is there any way I could fix or find a solution t

So after dozens of emails with Razer support and TONS of different troubleshooting attempts, there has been no successful solution to this issue. When I have Synapse installed and use my Razer Nari Ultimate, ONLY while playing a game, I get a BSOD (WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR) within 3-5 minutes of playing. Again, I have gone through TONS of different attempts to correct this issue: Fresh install of Windows Safe mode driver installs Different attempts of installing Synapse Different attempts of installing Nari Ultimate drivers Much more, would have to go through all of the emails to get everything I can have Synapse installed and never experience a BSOD with my Blackwidow V2 and Mamba TE. I can also NOT have Synapse installed and never experience a BSOD using the Nari Ultimate and other devices. However, using the Nari Ultimate with Synapse while gaming will cause the BSOD. Although I keep finding the information that (for example : nari/thresher) cannot be connected to phones but only to Xbox and PC. So my question is : Are they really cannot be connected with android? So, I recently got the Razer Kraken Gaming Headset 2019: Lightweight Aluminum Frame - Retractable Noise Cancelling Mic and I noticed it came with a splitter meant for two audio jacks. So, I don't know a lot about mics and stuff buuut, does this mean I can't use my headset? I can hear clearly but the mic itself isn't detected on my laptop. Whenever I think it is, it's just my built-in one that came with the laptop. I got another splitter meant for just one audio jack but nothing happened. I'm a smol kid and just wanna play games and I'm confuseddd. I honestly think I'm doing everything wrong, I first thought it was realtek being a butt but it wasn't. The only thing in sound that pops up is microphone and stereo mix. ;u;

The Equalizer of Razer Synapse 2 has stopped responding after I updated my OS(Win 10) today. I update it whenever there's an update available, it's like I do it rarely or anything. But this time it sort of broke the Razer Synapse 2 Equalizer. I tried every solutions I could find on the web, unplugging and replugging. Uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them. Clean reinstall of Razer Synapse 2. Deleting my current account and making a new one. But nothing seems to fix the problem. Please help me :slightly_sad:

so i noticed that i have lower sound in all games all of a sudden, keep in mind i havent changed my kraken settings in any way, all the sounds just got lower all of a sudden on 13th september and its never happened before. Its just in games and not in google or discord HELP

Hi guys, I bought my new Razer Kraken (firs I had a Logitech Headphones). I connect it on my computer downloaded the razer software but I don't have an idea how to configure it for play these games: --> Rainbow six siege --> Apex Legends --> Listen to music (not a game only a profile for listening music) I tried the predefined options but sucks... My request is if someone can give to me their profile for the games up here and another profile for listen music. THANK YOU

So I got a new Razer Kraken Tournament Edition headset, and when a sound in a game is to my left, it only plays in the left ear. It's the same way on the right side as well. I've had a surround sound headset before, and when a sound was to my left, it would play the sound in both ears, but quieter on the right side. I've been searching through the razer synapse settings, but I dont see anything that would fix it. Anyone have any ideas, or is it supposed to do this?

The length of the USB Cable on my Base Station is way too short for me to place it where I want to on my table, and i was wondering if anyone has had a similar issue and found a solution for something like that? I mean, I get that the obvious solution would be to find some sort of a USB extension hub or cable, but I'm concerned as to what actually works in order to power the hub itself for Chroma and the 3 USB 3.0 ports. Would be great if someone who's using some sort of an extension for this to share what product they're using to do so or anyone who can let me know what I should be looking out for in such a product. So recently my headset's mic wasn't working and suddenly mid game it started working again, and today it just went away, i have tried almost everything. like literally, i have rolled back driver, uninstalled and installed drivers, i have looked for updates. but still i can't hear or speak. I recently bought the razer hammerhead ANC, use them the on my op6, sound is perfect, ANC works really good... I love them. But I tried them on my Win10 pc which has an usb-c connecter but the only think that worked was the LEDs and the ANC... When I tried in my settings to put the hammerhead as my headset, I didn't see them :/ So are they some drivers to install, something on synapse ? Did I somthing wrong or are they just not compatible (it'd be a sad news) ?

So I have a pair of Kraken “7.1” headphones I bought a few years back. I wear them once in a while, infrequently tho they are years old now. And now the rubber/plastic on the cushions is peeling everywhere, making a gross mess. Lame. This material has clearly decomposed due to its (arguably minimal) age, not wear. Has Razer improved the materials used? Or do new models likewise peel?

Kk so I doubt anyone else has this problem but basically I just got the new Razer Kraken 2019 headset and hadn’t even considered the size of the ear cushions as a concern for me but clearly I was wrong. I had previously been using the Razer Kraken 7.1 for like, 3 years but that got frilly and unreliable so I needed an upgrade. The cups on the 7.1 were very comfortable for me and fit my smol ears. The cups fit snug on my head tilted with the shape of my head as expected. Yet, with the Kraken 2019 the cups are pretty loose and move a lot with quick head turns etc. I believe it’s the 40mm drive size I’m looking for compared to the Kraken 2019’s 50mm drive (and probably a circular cup size). But I could be completely wrong there. So if anyone knows of a newer headset with Kraken 7.1 (or similar) ear cup sizes I would love to check them out. Or I suppose some smaller cups for the 2019 headset would do. TLDR: Kraken 2019 ear cups are too big for my ears and I gotta find a newer headset with

Hello, I have a wireless razer man or war and on my pc the audio is going well, but when I am on ps4 the audio audio is heard low, especially if I am in a group, I have the maximum volume of the headphones to keep ps button and in the audio mix I have the audio that does not belong to the group to the fullest too, I have the headphones 2 years and something, this has always happened but now I realize that I do not hear the steps in games like call of duty if I do not have to the enemies stuck, I need help please.
