Hi, I have too big of a head, and a lot of headsets just plain small to me, and some other when technically "can fit" are actually really uncomfortable. This, very sadly, includes Thresher 7.1. I tried on and liked Kraken a lot, though I haven't been able identify the exact model (store used them as headset for demo gaming laptops and didn't have specific price tags on them, while those were clearly one of the Krakens (7.1, or v2, or Tournament)). I also liked Kraken X, fits well. What I cannot understand is if there is any Kraken model that supports "7.1" on PS4 Pro like Thresher 7.1 does? Are there any other Razer headset beside Thresher, wired or wireless, that support "7.1"? What does it ever mean for headset to support 7.1 on PS4 Pro?

Kraken tournament edition wont show up in synapse V2, just the rectangle thingy. Im trying to set it up in chroma studio.

Good Afternoon everyone, i bought in 2018 the Kraken Pro V2 from amazon, after more than a year browsing on internet, i've found that also my razer headset is eligible for the software surround sound, then i heard about people that found the key for the activation inside the box, while me nop. Then on and other famouse support website some people told me that the activation code not come with kraken prov 2, but i have to contact the support for obtain it. As said i've opened two ticket, one is in nw since a week, an other one, same. I would like to know if you experience the same issue, and in case how i can resovle that. I would like to avoid to change the headset again. Thank you.

So the tip of my mic has popped of and i can't seem to pop it back in I was wondering if there is a way to put it back into the mic since the LED light is damn bright without it

Well I introduce myself, I am an angel and they are from Mexico, I hardly speak English but I understand, well more or less, the question, here in Mexico it is difficult to get some razer products legally, then you have to look for alternatives, I came across a subject in Mercado Libre (a kind of amazon but of the third world countries) and they were at a good price approximately 59 dollars, but being watching videos of some Youtuber I came across different versions of the product, I put evidence, but when registering the unique code I Brand that is unknown. If you can help me I will be on the lookout for this forum, they seem original but I want to get rid of doubts.

I recently bought this headset however I am quite disappointed to learn that there is no way for me to mix between the in-game and voice chat volume on PS4. The volume controls located on the USB control panel just change the overall volume which includes both in-game and voice. Also if I connect the headset using the 3.5mm jack, the issue is still the same. Is there any way of solving this? Does an astro mixamp solve this? Are there any other headsets from Razer that will work?

I am racking my brain over this decision and I'm hoping to get some additional insight. I am trying to decide between the following headset, which will see use on both PC and PS4 equally: Thresher 7.1 PS4 Thresher Ultimate PS4 Nari Wireless I was considering the Thresher Ultimate, but while it comes with the base, does it also include the USB dongle? Similarly, with the Thresher 7.1 PS4, as I understand it, in order to receive the actual 7.1 Surround Sound and not just stereo, the optical cable is required to be inserted into the USB dongle? Is this also true for use with a PC or can the Thresher utilize 7.1 Surround Sound using only the USB dongle and more advanced USB drivers? Alternatively, I was looking into the Nari Wireless, but it seems like it is only able to receive stereo on PS4? So from what I can tell, but would like a second opinion/confirmation, is that each headset works for PC and PS4, but the Thresher has superior audio quality on PS4 and the Nari has superior

First for reference, I am comparing these to Zolo Libery+ and Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless. I have both and enjoy both. Battery life - I play audio (Spotify and XM Radio) for 4 hours. At 4 hours the Hammerhead true wireless were at 30%. Charging - from 30% it took ~1 hour to get a full charge (wasn't staring at the charging light to get an exact time) Game mode - Not sure about this yet. I have followed the instructions for activating it; but I hear hear any audio tone or prompt to indicate it was activated. Sound quality - very good compared to the other earbuds listed above. Overall, I am pleased with the earbuds.

Hey guys Any1 tried to use this new head set without synapse options and how the sound without that..?? Cos as u know for Mac there is no Synapse 3 but i was wondering how they would sound without the software.

Hey guys. Any1 knows if the new Razer Kraken Ultimate works for synapse 2.0 as well ? cos for Mac users synapse 3.0 is not out yet (imagine that) If this headset wont work for synapse 2.0 Razer is gonna lose millions of possible buyers that use Mac for gaming / studying or working.

Hello Gamers, There is something I really miss in Razers product range. Simple but stylish headphones for lifestyle use and not gaming in particular. I really enjoyed the Adaro headphones and I am still using my Adaro Stereos today. They look so clean and the sound is good for daily music and some movies on the train as well! Despite my Adaros still working perfectly fine after all these years they are a little bit worn and thats why I want to buy new ones. But Razer doesnt have lifestyle designed headphones in their product range for a long period now. But why? I cant be the only one who doesnt want to wear a "headset looking" pair of headphones on the streets. As of today all Razer headphones are really big and they look like gaming headsets. I just want to wear sexy headphones with good sound while being loyal to Razer. In ear headphones are not an option. Hey lads, First post but I need some help because Windows is annoying me (what's new? :rolleyes:). Anywho, I recently did the September 10 Update for Windows 10 which bumps it up to the newest build. Along with resetting a bunch of crap as if it was a clean install of W10, I've also run into an issue with my Razer Kraken 7.1 V2. Prior to the update I've had no issues with the headset. Audio is clean, vibrant and all-round a good value headset. After the W10 update, just tonight I've discovered that W10 fails to recognize my headset as a 7.1. When looking in the headset properties there is no 7.1 Surround Sound option available; and the Dolby option that was once there is also vacant. In short, Windows is treating the headset as a regular headset. Trying to calibrate the headset through Synapse proves no results. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the headset in Device Manager, reinstalled Synapse, all with no results and so far I'm at a loss of how to get Windows to recognize the headset

It is finally time to upgrade my desktop speakers. I have a Kraken headset, but still like to listen to full room speakers for some game play or listening to music when I work. I am trying to avoid the old analog 3.5mm plug and was looking to digital was to get to the speakers. I have been reading up reviews on speakers systems and keep coming back to using Bluetooth for 5.1 surround systems. Has anyone use Bluetooth? Was there any lag or was it good enough?

Well, one week ago, I returned the Nari Ultimate I got mid-year, for good. I utterly loved that headset and its features, however, after barely owning it for 5 months, it no longer held any charge, so I could only use it on constant USB, if I wanted to make use of the RGB and Surround features. I got a replacement from my Retailer, and barely a month later, the exact same problem had occured. I returned it, and got a pair of conventional, but good quality headphones from a north european brand instead (not Gaming Hardware). I would really love to see a headset like the Nari Ultimate again, and purchase it - with basically only one thing adjusted. I would GLADLY buy a Nari Ultimate derivate which would NOT be used wireless. Instead, like on the old Kraken 7.1 V2, USB powered. RGB, THX and everything powered via USB, no Powercell inside, no wireless functionality. Just a hardwired USB cable that would transmit power and the digitized signal. so i bought any Wireless Gaming Headset - Razer Thresher Ultimate for Xbox One..put how hell i am meant to to get that code to activate surround sound...i cant find it at box and i cant find site what would sell me that key...also i sent any letter to costumer support but,but its been like 3 days and no answers..really disappointed that razer sell this kind crap and dont sell surround keys....what a joke company

I’m looking for a good headset for PC and PS4 with clear audio and easy to hear footsteps. Which one of these are better. Already tried other headsets like the Logitech G Pro X’s and they suck.
