When i got into show hidden icons on my task bar and right click razer synapse and go into surround to quick select audio device ( i usually switch between my headphones and my speakers) it doesn't do anything when i select from this quick select menu i have to open the app and go into razer surround that was. Though this isn't the end of the world its quite annoying when i want to change quick and would like to resolve this issue.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to turn down the main Leviathan speaker without also lowering the Subwoofer volume. My new audio setup has the audio going through a headphone Amp/DAC, then into a pair of headphones and the optical output goes into the Leviathan. I'd like to be able to listen to the headphones and have the feel of Leviathan Subwoofer.

Hey everyone, So I own to headsets - Razer Nari Ultimate - Razer Kraken USB 7.1 (pretty old so no synapse 3.0 support) I mainly use the Kraken when my Nari Ultimate needs to charge, but does using the kraken mess with the synapse software in any way or is it harmfull using it, because then I have the receiver for the Nari in an port and the kraken. I've been wondering why the Tiamat, through two incarnations, has only been available with analog connectors. Why? Nobody with a laptop or small form factor pc is gonna have those connections. It's not worth it to buy an external card when pretty much every gaming pc can support 7.1s thru USB. Why not USB with the 10 distinct audio drivers. Should be officially Dolby, DTS, THX certified. And yes, we need software to optimize the equalization settings. Also... the Tiamat microphone is known to be terrible. Simple fix, make bidirectional. The null direction would help with noise cancellation.

I just got the wife the Raiju and now she wants a razer headset for her PS4. Desired specs in order: Wired and Wireless Illuminated Noise cancelling Surround sound 5.1 or 7.1 Nari has all but noise cancelling and surround sound on PS4 Thresher is not illuminated and Im not sure about the others as most dont mention ps4 Is this request possible? OK so every time i get headphones they always end up tangled. when i bought my first pair of krakens, they got insanely tangled, and then they broke! if anyone could give me some solutions to this problem, that would be awesome!

Since upgrading my rig to Windows 10 my SWTOR headset has been a complete paperweight. Its deader than a dodo. I had unistalled and installed Synapse 2 more times than I care to admit. I have a tested the headset on a Windows 8 laptop and it works fine. I have tried the following and still dead: Kindly uninstall Razer Synapse from your PC and delete all files in C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Razer and C:\\ProgramData\\Razer directories. These folders may be hidden by default, so please be sure to unhide them. We want to ensure that there are no residual files remaining that may corrupt your installation. This is important so please do so. Restart your computer afterward. 2. Go into device manager, go to Keyboards/Audio inputs and outputs/Mouse and other pointing devices, uninstall HID Keyboard/Mouse Drivers and all other Razer product drivers, and restart your PC. Be sure to select delete drivers as well when uninstalling. Restart your computer again. 3. Turn off all Firewall and Ant

Hi there! I recently purchased Kraken 7.1 v2 headset, and I am very happy. I just have a very simple question: is it safe ( I mean safe for the headset, not for me! :D ) to keep it always connected to the USB port, like the mouse and keyboard, so that it is always ready to use?

Hi all ! I was playing R6 Siege since the release ! I was playing with a very cheap headset about 30e and the sound was not very good of course but in the game i could hear every single sound and i can understand 100% the direction of the sound ! I bought Kraken Tournamet i tried sourround i tried stereo i tried HI-Fi,TV and Night mode in game settings but i cant understand the direction of sound (footsteps,windows break,doors etc..! Am i the only one ? Thank you !

Hi everybody, first, I will say, that this is my first Razer product and my last headsets were the Cloud II from HyperX and the Logitech G430. I received the Nari today and I was hyped to unbox it and to try it out. I have read a lot about the microphone but I ignored the warnings from reviews, that pointed me out, that the microphone is very bad. So I put it on and I was wondering, how good the sound and the wireless connection is. So after I heard some music I tested the microphone. In Discord, also after optimizing it in ALL POSSIBLE WAYS, it sounds so cheap, that my mates asked me, what a crappy noname headset I bought. All in all: I love the Chat/Game switch and the sound quality is TERRIFIC. So my question is: why RAZER why do you built in this crappy microphone...If the mic would be better the people surely are ready to spend 20$ or so more to get a normal voice quality.

I turned on and off while music was playing. And that was the end of it, super sad... Did some research and my power supply seems to be in working order so it must be the chips inside but fixing that myself is "another level". Does anybody have suggestions before I open it up? Been using about 2-3 years so buying another one sounds like bad investment, maybe it's time for me to learn soldering.

Hey, I got the Razer Nari headset and was just wondering if anyone knew hot the wireless connection works. I did some research and can't identify if it is Bluetooth, infrared, or radio frequency because all of them have something that rules it out. bluetooth- would be able to connect to phones infrared- wouldn't be able to pass sound through walls Radio- should have a range of 300 feet(100 meters) Any info you can get me would be greatly appreciated.

Hi so I bought a Razer Kraken Tournament Edition and out of the box when I extend the mic it is very loose, meaning that I can move it up and down in the socket. I was just wondering if this is normal? Should I be worried? Thanks.

Hi! I recently upgrated my headset from a Kraken 7.1 V2 to a Tiamat 7.1 V2, I wanted to experiencie a real 7.1 audio. I purchased a Asus Xonar DSX 7.1 too for the headphones. I used the Kraken 7.1 V2 the last year and a half and it was very amazing experience, mainly in Battlefield 1. So the problem is that I'm very lost about how I can configurate de Xonar DSX Audio Center or other requiered software to get a good sound experience. My doubt is if anyone knows what is requiered to configurate de Tiamat 7.1 V2 or if there are any Thread in this forum (or others like Reddit) with a good explanation about how to configurate propertly the Tiamat 7.1 V2 step by step. First go to the audio icon at the bottom right of your screen, right click on it then select sound, go to playback, select your headphones (Razer Nari Ultimate - Game) select properties, go to advanced, select reset default values (I have channel 2, 16 bits, 48000 Hz (DVD quality) below it says Exclusive mode, they should be decoded, then go to spatial sound, it should be off, press Apply. In razer synapse Mixer - turn THX off. Enhancement Bass boost - You decide, 20 - 50 Voice Clarity - off Sound normalization - off Haptic intensity - You decide 20 - 60 or off. EQ 31Hz - 2 63Hz - 2 125Hz - -2 250Hz - -2 500Hz - -2 1kHz - 2 2kHz - 2 4kHz - 3 8kHz - 3 16kHz - 4

So I got a Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma from a friend, and it sounds great and all and I really want to keep it. My cat decided to bite the cord at the part where the cord meets the headset. It still works, but I have to have the cable taped upwards against the headset in order for it to work. I wanted to know if it was possible to cut the cord open, possibly replace it with a new one (if not just solder it back together), and get it working good as new again. Has anyone done this before and if so could you help a poor soul out? Or does anyone know how to fix something like this? Thanks!

Just got my Nari ultimate in the mail and I was extremely happy with them. I used them with my Razer phone and they sound great, but things turned when I plugged them into my Xbox one elite controller and found out that it doesn't play game audio. It works perfectly fine with a standard controller, but not the elite. Also the mute button seems to not work.
