Hello guys! I recently migrated from kraken pro to kraken 7.1 v2, and noticed some glaring changes. one of which is something that has left me quite confused about the factory default settings of Razer Synapse. When I play CS: GO, I realize that there is a lot of noise, a clump of sound that makes me a bit confused and makes the gameplay very difficult. I recently used the EQ configuration in dance to see if it improves but I would like to know if there is a better one than this. Sorry for English, I'm Brazilian and I do not speak much English! Thank you!
Anyone having issues at all with the Razer Thresher headset disconnecting and not being able to reconnect with the XBOX ONE? Well I figured out something that even their support lacked nor was it mentioned in it's manual. If you have the issue where your Thresher for XBOX One, drop connection and no longer will sync like the controller along with trying to turn them on and only to have them turn off with in 5 seconds. Here is how to fix that, lucky I had a 2nd XBOX in the house to figure this out. Once I had this issue, I went and tried syncing my new Threshers to my old XBOX one. Sure enough it worked. After many attempts to sync them with the XBOX ONE S I originally paired them with after they dropped permanent connection. So it worked, the Razer Threshers worked on my old XBOX One, so I knew it wasn't the headset. So What I dd to fix this, I jumped back on my new XBOX and un-synced my controller, along with I think this was the key unplugging my XBOX ONE S from the wall
So I got my headset maybe 3 months ago or less and they don't seem to send any audio. I tried taking the usb out and in again but doesn't work, I also used the app which is now gone. Help?
The year is 2017 and it's February. I had just gotten further involved in PC gaming. I had gotten a Blackwidow Chroma for Christmas and wanted some more gear, specifically headphones. After some browsing I decided on the Kraken Pro V2, as it was within my price range and was what I needed. I get them, have issues of echo, whatever. February 2018, a single year, comes around. They crap out for no reason and after contacting support I got a replacement pair. February 2019, a single year almost to the date, and they start to slowly go out again until they're unusable. Why is it that two pairs of $80 headphones are only able to last a single year each with careful treatment? Improper treatment causing that would make sense, but never throwing them around, never using them outside, being careful about liquids, etc., leading to them going out is unreasonable. Has anyone else had issues of their headphones lasting an unreasonably short amount of time? It's frustrating to say the least when on
Picked up a pair Nari Ultimates a couple weeks ago - been treating them like they are worth their wgt in gold (they damn near are!) yet woke up this morning to a DEAD unit. Won't turn on, won't charge - the charging indicators aren't even lighting up. Yes yes, tried several cables, USB ports, and wall chargers. Contacted support, who were nice and helpful, though ultimately told me I should try to return/exchange the device with the reseller (amazon). If that fell through, they'd be happy to work through a warranty return. Frankly, this is fine by me as I don't have to deal with RMA shenanigans - looks like Amazon will have a replacement here tomorrow. I guess all is well that ends well, and mostly here to vent - but curious if anyone else has seen similar issues with the Nari line, or if I was just unlucky. I guess we'll see how the replacement pair holds up...
does the hammer head bt connect to ps4 and if so does the mic work?
I just received the razer cat ears. I am looking to buying the headset case as wel, but I’m not sure of the cat ears fit in the case. Does someone know that?
Hi! A friend sold me his Tiamat 7.1 V2 very cheap because they could not be used in his laptop. So I bought the Asus Xonar DSX 7.1 and the audio was too bad in Stereo and Sorround. I requested a RMA and now with the new Tiamat 7.1 V2 the sound is pretty good in dolby demos and movies. But in games is horrible. I tried many many configurations I equalizated, changed de LFE frequency, tried different driver versions, disabled the onboard audio, and many other options that I saw in forums and videos. So now I want to purchase other sound card. In the official support page of razer says that ASUS Strix RAID DLX is totally compatible, but I don't find this specific model to purchase in Spain. In Amazon Spain there are two Asus Strix Sound Cards pretty similar. There are the Strix Soar (http://tiny.cc/9hrs3y) and the Strix Raid Pro (http://tiny.cc/4jrs3y). Which option is the best?? Or there are other options?? Thanks :)
I have this Razer Leviathan for some time now and gave me some 5.1 surround sound since it is bouncing properly on my wall for me to hear. But I just felt a bit lacking. So I figured out what it was then added 2 rear surround speakers at my back wired to my mini amplifier then at the back of my desktop. Then set it up as 7.1 then 5.1 but didn't work. I was about to switch to another surround set but just figured out why not try Quadrophonic since Razer Leviathan have 2 speakers which is ideal for the setup and delivers 5.1 virtual surround sound (virtual front, left and right, and left and right side speakers) anyway so no need for a central speaker and sides. It did work and sounded great! When playing Resident Evil 2 remake, I have set up the audio settings to 7.1 (5.1) Surround Sound and put on Large and turned Binaural off. Guess what, it sounded like a real 7.1 like on my dad's setup. I can say that it did the trick for me instead of buying a real 7.1 surround for my desktop. C
Does anybody know if the cushion will be back in store? All I see in store right now are the normal ones without cooling gel
I find when you have THX Spatial Audio enabled in Synapse vs. when you don't, it literally doesn't make any difference in the sound. Should it? I feel like it should, unless THX spatial audio is just always on regardless of if you turn it on in Synapse? Or maybe does just turning it on in Synapse give you the ability to choose whether an app is in Stereo or Surround mode? Also, when you do have THX Spatial Audio enabled in Synapse, if you have an application open like Google Chrome and you're listening to a YouTube video, you can change it from stereo to surround sound. But the surround sound doesn't sound good at all, almost like the sound has been placed in a tin can with extra reverb. Most YouTube videos that test your headphones surround sound seem to sound WAY better when the application is in stereo mode, and the positional audio actually sounds better and more accurate this way as well. In my mind turning it to surround sound mode should make the positional audio more accurate,
If are looking for a new headset, and you saw the razer Man o war (wireless or TE). You have seen that audio quality has gotten good reviews. But it has one major flaw, the durability. I got mine around a year and a half ago, and the headband has broken three times now. I was only able to get it replaced once because the first time it broke it was under warranty. But the now because the plastic is so weak, I broke another two times just by trying to take them off! And they're $100, so get a different razer headset for that money. Don't make the mistake I made.
How do I configure the sound to surround sound
i want to buy the hammerhead usb-c. but i have a razer blade stealth with usb c. and i dont know if it works
i am a pubg mobile player.... i was wondering if the razer hammerhead ios gives out directional sounds such as hearing footsteps to my left or right

Hi, i recently adopted a full-blooded doberman pinscher puppy and he started to nip everything in the house and he got both of my covers for the ear windows and made dents and scratches, and since they are reallyyyy expensive i got the refurbished ones for around $150 and nothing was wrong the original owners just didn't like them and so they returned them, but i cant return them and i can only send them back for money and i don't think that would be a reason for just the covers and i cant either way, long story short does anyone know where i can get some replacement covers?
Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot and look at my post; Everytime I plug in my Mano'Wars to the charging port I hear some static like sound in the headset then it turns off? this only happens when I plug it in, if I turn my computer on when the headset is connected via a wire it's fine.. anyone know of this issue happening before and also a troubleshoot it's driving me crazy!!! - I've tried the usual of re-installing the drivers, software blah blah Thanks, Shaun
I recently purchased some new Razer headphones for $140, and found that it is not supported by Razer Synapse 3. I have purchased 3 other Razer products months before, all supported by Synapse 3. Why is this? Will they ever move headphones onto Synapse 3?
Hi, I'm looking to get a new headset, and I was just wondering if THX is usable on the Nari with macOS, since we don't have synapse 3 yet, for some reason, or if synapse 3 needs to be open for THX to work. Cheers
If this is a repeat thread of an existing one, I apologize in advance. For about a week, I could never understand why my Kraken TE headphones required that I boost my volume to 100 on my PC just so I can hear sounds at an acceptable level. At first, I thought it was my ears going bad. I tinkered with everything from Synapse 3, maxing out all the EQ settings, to changing USB ports to fiddling with the mic settings. And then, I accidentally figured it out. The Kraken TE has 2 mic volume controls: one on the USB dongle and one on the wire attached to the headphones themselves. I discovered that the dial for the mic volume on the wire itself was set to about 50%. THAT was the culprit that was giving me low volume output. Now, I have considerably loud (and awesome) audio at a volume level as low as 35-40 on my PC. Fiddling with the mic volume on the USB dongle alone is not enough. The mic volume control on the wire to the headphones overrides the mic volume control on the USB dongle so you
Hey i just bought the kraken 7.1 v2 mercury (cause my 7.1 chroma broke xd ) and i wanted to find out the best settings for audio and mic ty :)
Same post is or reddit, search this post's name to find it. This post is a post including information gathered from other posts and personal troubleshooting. This took me quite a while but I still think I should help other people fixing the common problem with the Razer Nari Ultimate/Razer Nari/Razer Kraken TE or any other Razer THX Spatial Audio included product, in which there is a loud buzz coming out of the headset when instead you should hear sound. Example of the sound. (Video source.) I am going to give you numerous possible fixes for this problem below: I can not guarantee you these fixes/steps will solve your problem entirely or partially. 1. Restarting your PC could always fix your problem, try this first if you haven't yet. 2. Plug the USB dongle into another USB-port. 3. Plug your headset into another PC, don't be too alarmed if it works fine there, it is most probably not your PC's problem, but you should still try this. If it does not work properly on an
