Why  i cant register my product on razer id?

hi, i was trying to search a good setting for a good quality and voice for my setup, im on discord whit my friend but everyone says that my voice is too low or not clear at all. do someone have tips to have a better mic quality? maybe even some other softwares that improve quality? thank

Hi there,Looking to buy some new headphones, wanted the V2 pro but realised it was wireless and wanted a wired headset, so was looking for alternatives. On the razer website I can see these 4 headphones on the comparison section - see image below.Noticed the wired ones (two on the right) didn’t features the THX or the titanium drivers and that was only a feature on the wireless headphones. However on amazon I can see a pair of V2 headphones that say they have THX and titanium drivers and are WIRED connection. I have attached the link below. Does anyone have a general idea of how long they take to restock their products like the Leviathan V2 Pro?I’m in Virginia, USA, was hoping to get one, they went out of stock just as I managed to be able to afford it.  Does anyone have a contact point where Razer might be able to give an approximate estimate?

I bought less than 3 days ago the Razer Barracuda X version 2022 and 1 day ago the headphones began to have interference in the audio and sound cuts, I did all the recommended steps, I downloaded the applications recommended to link the dongle, to check the firmware and others but nothing worked.The only wireless device that could cause interference problems would be the mouse which is a Razer Viper V3 Pro which did not generate problems with my HyperX Cloud Flight.

As the Title says my barracuda X suddenly stops working. Everytime a sound is played it just gets disconnected but when there is no sound it gets connected in the pc, i’m using the dongle and i don’t know what is happening.

Hi, I bought my Razer Hammerhead TWS X for 2 years now. This is happening recently that as soon as I take my left earbuds from the case within 30 seconds to 1 minute the charge hoes away and it shuts off. And my right earbuds volume also is coming as it used to. Please help me fix my Razer Hammerhead TWS X. I would be highly obliged.

Hello, how do I remove the saved quick connect devices from my hammerhead true wireless 2nd generation on the android app? I've read in posts that you double tap both buds and hold and it causes them to reset but this isn't working. Model: Razer Hamerhead True Wireless (2nd generation)Product Number: RZ12-03820100-R3G1

There was a problem with the Windows 11 volume mixer. Its sliders simply do not change the volume, only turning off the volume completely removes the sound (screenshot 1). Running through all the Windows settings, I found a pattern: turning off one parameter of the headphone settings in Windows itself, the mixer takes on its own meaning and significance (screenshot 2). It feels like somewhere in Razer Synapse there is volume normalization (alignment of all programs to the same volume level), but in the Razer Synapse settings, volume normalization is turned off (screenshot 3). The problem is that when this switch is turned on, all processing and filters from Razer Synapse are turned off 

Looking to see if anyone had any luck buying any extension cables for the nommo v2 speaker cables.   It's a 15 pin VGA db15 type cable 3 rows.  I found one that works but it required a bit of modification to work.  Razer doesn't seem to make any which is disappointing.

My journey with headphones began wonderfully with the Asus ROG Strix 7.1, but I later decided to invest in the Razer Tiamat V2 7.1, which ended up becoming my all-time favorite headset. The sound quality is simply impeccable, and over the years, I've purchased three units of it. Unfortunately, one of them has completely worn out over time, and now I'm using the second one while keeping the last one in reserve.Recently, the microphone on my current Tiamat started having issues, which has made me concerned, as I'll soon have to rely on my final unit. I've stayed away from the headset market for many years precisely because I had a "stock" of the best model I've ever used. However, as I look at what's currently available, I'm finding it extremely difficult to find anything that compares to the Tiamat V2 7.1.My impression is that both Razer and other brands seem to be focusing on producing headsets with simulated surround sound,

I just bought a Blackshark V2 X and tried downloading the audio software to give it a try. I’ve been using the old Razer Surround Pro from 2015 without any issues, I love the surround sound I get and also its been working without any issues. But after trying to install the 7.1 Surround App, it doesn’t allow me to close the setup menu, so I cant select my audio drivers.I found a thread here that spoke about the app having issues with previous versions of synapse, so i went ahead, downloaded the Razer Driver Cleanup Tool and then remove everything with both that app and Revo Uninstaller. After several restarts, the app tells me the Surround 7.1 is installed, but it won’t open. Checking both Revo and Control Panel shows me that there’s no Surround 7.1 installed. Now I can’t even try to reinstall it because there’s no button in the app.So now I tried to give a go to THX Spatial Audio. Downloaded, installed it, and then, the same setup popup comes and I’m not able to close it again, so now

After Synapse update it stopped working, Synapse recognizes the usb sound card but there is no sound. I can't play a test sound on it even in Windows settings, but when I remove the usb sound card and connect it to the normal aux connection it gives normal sound 

For the past few weeks, I've noticed that the right speaker of my headphones is not working properly due to the volume wheel. Whenever it reaches certain positions, the sound becomes distorted, loses power, or even cuts out completely. Recently, it has become more noticeable, as even moving the wheel generates a lot of static. Is there any way to fix this?

Hello,I have a Razer Seiren V2 X microphone. Recently, one of the buttons fell out, and I noticed that it has a crack in it. Because of the damage, it no longer fits securely in place and likely can’t be reattached without a replacement.The microphone itself still works, but it's inconvenient to use without the button. Could you please let me know: If it’s possible to purchase a replacement button or request a repair? Or are there any alternative solutions (e.g. compatible parts or repair suggestions)?  

Synapse 4 THX doesn’t actually do anything, you can’t actually turn it on.  THX is my default and ONLY sound output device.  Test only produces sound out of the right front three virtual speakers.  Stereo test produces no sound.  THX doesn’t do crap, turning it on and off does zero to change the sound.

Looking at old threads, it seems like it is a known issue that the 2.4 GHz dongles for the Nari Ultimate can just go bad, likely due to heat-related failures. That seems to be what happened to mine. It was working fine for over 2 years, and just stopped working yesterday. It will seem to connect, but it won’t stay connected. It bounces back and forth between connecting and playing audio and then cutting out. Replacements online aren’t a viable option, in my opinion, as they cost between $30 and $60 and those are likely used anyway. Was there ever a real solution to this?

Hi guys..someone else post it too but he didn’t get answer..so I want to ask again if someone have a nice eq for warzone at ps5..I tried 3-4 Eq’sbut one was low,one very high,one was deep..and the result was not hearing clear the footsteps..only with one eq I understand the direction of the footsteps but I don’t understand if it was above or below me..thank you for your time and I hope someone will reply..

Hello guys, I recently bought a BlackShark V2 Pro 2023. Can you tell me good EQ settings for Warzone 3? It's best to just hear the steps/enemies as early as possible. I don't care if shots are muffled, I just really have the advantage. I'm playing on the PS5 so without THX please. Thanks in advance🙏🏼
