So i check many topics about this, and everybody is talking about straight up balancing the sound through sounds, i’ve done in many times with my previous headphones, but barracuda x doesn’t even have the balance sound while connected to pc through dongle, since i can’t check bluetooth on pc. Is the any solution for this magic balance button?

Good afternoon. Crackling sounds can be heard in the headphones. Windows 11 automatically downloads its drivers for the device (microsoft drv. ver. 10.0.26100.4202). Is it possible that the reason for the crackling sounds is due to the incorrect operation of Microsoft drivers? Razer synapse does not install any drivers on top of Microsoft drivers. Is it possible to download your drivers as files and make them active for the device forcibly? Perhaps Synapse has already downloaded the necessary drivers, then tell me their location on the computer so that I can update the drivers.

I don't live in the US. Will I have any problems if I buy THX? And will the code be sent to my email? 

Hello everyone, i’m having an issue with my barracuda x 2022, i pressed the on/off button for a little longer than usual without knowing and it will make a factory reset, and now i cannot connect it to my rig again, the dongle is not being detected by any computer, i bought them one month ago and they were working perfectly until this happened, can you help me with this please?   i've tried different ports, different PCs, directly to the usb c port, via the usb a to c adapter included, and nothing, uninstalled razer software, downloaded the pairing soft, and still nothing. never unplugged the usb c dongle before. Bluetooth works fine, but i want the 2.4hz connection like before. Thanks in advance

I don’t know wuite how to describe it, but when audio is being played on two different applications (for example a game and a music player) then the headset has a tendancy to every now and then suddenly drop the volume and then bring it back to normal levels (all in like ¼ of a second), almost like its playing with the EQ on the fly but without any real logical control. It does this regardless of most settings, I’ve tried in stereo and THX both with and without Bass Enhancement at low and high values (and turned off altogether). It almost feels like its getting overwhelmed and solving the problem by just dropping some of the EQ levels, which then brings the whole volume down which is rather frustrating.

Hello. I bought Razer BlackShark Special Edition headphones, but the package did not include a THX Spatial activation code. What should I do? From what I understand, there's a significant difference in sound quality between the standalone THX application and Synapse. I specifically purchased these headphones believing they would include an activation code for the separate THX app

This is happening to me occasionally.I’ve fixed it a few times, and it worked for a while, until it just pops up again, and it gets harder to fix as my methods seem to no longer be working.The USB itself is not damaged, or so I presume. It does not look physically damaged.I don’t know what the actual problem is or how I’ll ever get it to work without doing this again.Fyi, I’ve had this since last year September.Don’t know if it’s a razer problem, my PC, or anything else.Help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the BlackShark V2 X headset and I can't select it in the THX Spatial Audio or the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound software. I need help because I only get sound when the headset is plugged into the motherboard jack. When I try to select "THX Headset", I hear nothing and the option stays grayed out.  

Where can I get my headphones repaired in Hong Kong if the right side has no sound and Bluetooth won't connect?

When I plug my Baracuda pro headset into the computer, all applications are corrupted and there is no sound, by the way I am using windiws 11 23h2 and all my drivers are up to date

When trying to update audio drivers, I have my usb dongle plugged in but I can’t find my original charging cable for my Blackshark v2 Pro 2020, so I substituted a different micro-usb yet that doesnt seem to work either. Any suggestions because when i’m trying to play games, it will act as if the headphones were ungplugged even though everything is plugged in correctly. I use the audio jack for reference, so that could also be it? Please help!

When I first power up my newly purchased Kraken V4 Pro it connects to bluetooth (blue light on headset) rather than the OLED.  I have to remove the headset from bluetooth via Windows and disconnect the/reconnect the OLED from USB in order for it to work as intiended.  This can’t be normal

It now works... You'll need the Razer Audio app installed and the usb-c to usb-c cable that the speaker comes with. Connect the Leviathan to your ps5 using the usb-c cable then pair the device to your phone. Once connected to your phone open up the Razer Audio app and allow it to detect the Leviathan. Once it had picked up the connection you can fine tune your Leviathan including its input source. Switch this from Bluetooth to USB and presto. Your lovely Leviathan now works with your PS5 and comes up as a usb headset.

When I first installed Spatial Audio, I tried the 7 days and everything worked fine. Days later I bought it, everything worked perfectly.The next day I started the PC I had two thx spatial audio open at the same time saying the following "A session is currently active on another system. Only one session per account is allowed". I ignored this warning because I clicked on the green box and started working normally, but then in the Game profiles & application mixer area the applications stopped appearing and every time I started a session, I had another tab open, that is, if the first time I had 2 , next 3, 4 and so on

Hi Razer and Community,is it possible to connect a RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 PRO (2023) with two dongles. (not at the same time)In example:I have two PCs and I don’t want to switch the usb from one PC to the other. If PC1 is on, PC2 is allways off. And if PC2 is on, PC1 is off.And if, where can I order a second USB dongle?At the moment I have PC1 with the dongle connected and PC2 via Bluetooth. But Bluetooth is very buggy. It often is crashing. Exspecialy in MS Teams.

I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset. While the microphone is being detected by my PC, it does not transmit any sound. However, when I connect a different earphone with a mic to the same port, the microphone works perfectly. Additionally, I have tested the Razer headset on another computer, and the microphone works fine there as well. Here’s a summary of the issue: The headset mic is detected by my PC but does not produce any audio. Other earphone mics work fine on the same port. The Razer headset mic works properly on a different computer. I have tried updating drivers, checking privacy settings, verifying the default input device, and adjusting microphone levels – but the problem persists.

Every couple minutes my Blackshark Pro V2 headset audio on my pc becomes robotic and distorted really bad and lasts about 10-20 seconds at a time. Firmware is up to date and pc drivers up to date. Used another headset on my pc and no noise so it’s the headset pls help. S/N #  AC2341D27402340P/N # RZ04-04530100
