ı’m buying a blackshark but ı dont seeing my aktivation code?

When I first connected my new headset to my PC, it worked fine. It had sound, stable connection, no problems.But I decided to disable the light on my headset and install Synapse to do it.After installing Synapse, I lost the sound in my headset (there is a "Kraken v3 pro" device in Windows sound settings, I see the sound indicator but no sound on the headset).Also the connection with the dongle is unstable:Sometimes after starting the PC, I can control my headset via Synapse (e.g. lighting), but after 30-90 seconds the connection is lost and nothing happens until I uninstall Synapse + drivers and reinstall it.  Sometimes the headset won't connect to the PC after startup until I reinstall Synapse. I’ve got a manowar and sometimes even at max volume it can be hard to hear when watching movies when it gets quiet or they’re whispering. Is there any way to boost the volume? A separate app or something?

Hi community, I have several razer headsets. Of course, more than two years of purchase so warranty claim is not an option.But I'm really wondering if some sites/people have good reputation repairing them. The older Kraken Tournament have issues with the mic/switch and balance on the speakers.  But my nari ultimate was working fine on analog mode (plugged to 3.5mm connector). Some years ago while using on digital/wireless mode I plug in the 3.5mm connector (was on conference and didn't want to lose the audio by a battery drain) and then lost one speaker while using on digital mode. All test worked fine.. But just the left speaker worked on wireless. Inclusive, the thx test sound well but just on the left speaker.So found out the both speakers worked fine on analog mode only. Thankfully, the mic never gives up, no matter the mode used on the headset. But yesterday while doing some home chores; my headset fall from the table over speakers side… then speakers works fine (analog) but lost

"I don't know what happened, but this morning I accidentally disabled the option, and suddenly it wouldn't let me enable it again. It got bugged, and now I can't even press 'Done.' I activated the free trial about two days ago, and I still have around 13 days left. I also have another problem: I don't know why, but when I'm on a Discord call and playing Valorant, the audio doesn't switch. I do everything it says, but it doesn't change. Please help

I recently purchased a Razer Blaskshark v2 X headset, However, when I went to register the product on Razer's official website it says that it has already been activated, so I can't activate and download the program to use it with 7.1 surround sound, I would like to know if I can obtain the key code another way or if Could some moderator help me? Hello, for the last year or so my headset has been refusing to connect when I plug in the usb dongle, only after numerous attempts does it connect and get detected by the computer. Sometimes it can take hours to get lucky by plugging it in, in just the right way so it’s detected and connects. Is there anywhere I can get a new dongle that would work with this headset? If I’m out a roughly 200$ headset cause of a 3$ part I’m just going to buy a different brand from now on.

I have wireless razer kaira for xbox and randomly the Audio start to crackling. Only way to fix it is to turn off and turn on the headset. but the crackling it might come happen again in the next 30 min or so. I tried to exchange them with another pair and same problems. latest firmware on xbox and latest firmware on headset. I've heard it's a common problem and can't believe Razer haven't released a fix yet. Any help would be much appreciated.

Recently I was looking for some visual feedback program, because of my unilateral hearing deafness, because of this, I end up at a very disadvantage in FPS games and among others related to strategy. That's when I saw this Razer surround, from what it addressed, it provided something similar to what I was looking for, but it is necessary to have some kind of product key, I think it would be cool if Razer provided some kind of visual feedback tool, for the inclusion of people with hearing problems like me, I believe this would promote the brand in terms of accessibility and inclusion,  since Razer has so many useful tools, such as Razer Cortex, I believe this would be a great improvement for their services.

yesterday I received some pairs of Razer blackshark v2 pro but I have an xbox series s, from the videos I had seen they said that they were not completely compatible but they could be used with a 3.5mm jack cable not with the other accessories given in the box like the key. when I tried to put the cable on the headphones and on the xbox controller there was no sound but the xbox recognized that headphones were connected. I tried following chatGPT's advice but it didn't work, the only way to make the headphones work is the TV, in fact I have a Samsung S95CA TV and I can connect the headphones via Bluetooth so in this way I can hear the audio of the xbox but I'm not very sure because I don't think the audio is crystal clear when I use them on my own xbox and then using this method the microphone which was an important part of the headphones didn't work. Hello. I bought this headset because the microphone is pretty good and i also like the headset itself.Problem is that the microphone stopped working from time to time and i am unable to get it to work.At some point, it randomly starts working again.  I am not using Synapse because it breaks everyones (and mine) PCs. It is in the settings but if i talk there is no signal. Not in the mic-test website, nor in discord or windows itself. It doesn’t even matter if i restart my PC, programs or unplug the USB to another port. Headphone is always working. I even reinstalled windows because i thought tis would fix it. I don’t know what to do. Pls helpThanks for reading

I have been using blackshark v2 pro for 2 weeks and i could not find how to disable the bluetooth. It is always searching for a bluetooth device in the background i think. Because when i open my phone’s bluetooth headset automatically pairs with my phone. But i dont want to use bluetooth i use with dongle so its unnecessary for me.

Hello,I ordered a pair of Blackshark V2 Pro headset in 2021(I still have the online receipt). Ever since I had them I have had no directional audio on my pc, for better terms surround sound. And I took it over to my buddy’s house and tried them on his pc, they were absolutely perfect and had surround sound and directional audio. The Surround sound itself is recognized as a source of audio on my pc, but there is no audio. I also can’t get an activation code because I don’t have the box anymore and there is no product number on the headset itself. I’m sorry this is a lot but I want you guys to be able to know everything before I ask. anybody know why it works so well on my friends computer and not mine? If so how could I change it.

Razer Blackshark V2 X mic is horrendous, audio leakage, fuzzy white noise, terrible volume. Please tell me there is a fix.

Someone help me decide a headphone under 200 usd 

I got Razer Kishi Ultra one week ago, and found that the 3.5mm audio output has a weird issue which will output noisy electronic sound after long time (>20 minutes) of use. With the supports from the staff in Razer store, I tried 3 different units, different wired headphones, and the issue still occurred. I haven't test different phones, but since my other cheap USB-C controller, also with a 3.5mm audio output, doesn't have such issue, so I doubt it is caused by my phone. If you wonder how bad the audio could be when this issue happened, you can check this one  minutes long video, which the first 30 seconds shows the normal audio output, and the rest 30 seconds shows the abnormal audio output (better turned down the audio volume cause its really uncomfortable to hear). Hope the employees from Razer notice this issue and start to investigate it. I have returned my Razer Kishi Ultra cause right now it's not working properly for me, but if one day Razer fixed this issue with new hardwa

I encountered this problem on the second day after purchasing, I don't understand what the problem could be. I turned off the microphone, plugged it into different USB ports on the PC. Maybe someone knows what the problem is, or has encountered a similar one ;)
