j’ai acheter d’occasion un razer kaira pro halo edition qui était neuf jamais ouvert je  n’avais aucun problème jusqu'à récemment j’ai toute les 5 a 10 min le son qui bug qui grésille ca ne concerne que le sons qui provient de la Xbox car lorsque je connecte le casque en Bluetooth aucun soucis quelqu’un aurait un moyen de réparer ce problèmej’ai déjà mis a jour le firmware  rien n’a changer merci bonne journées 

Does anyone know a company that repair a headphones like razer barracuda? or does razer do repairs? or do razer cover this if its within warranty and how ?

I need to use simultaneously the wireless input and the cabled input, this because i need to use the cabled input for the microphone (return of my voce into the headset) and the wireless input for gaming audio.is this possible? Because every time i try to insert the cable into the 3.5 jack, the wireless input stops it self and i can hear only the cabled input

Hello I would like to know if it is possible to connect the soundbar to a PC for light control with synapse but for the sound to come from the screen (only having a 3.5 inch jack)I know that there are USB C to USB C and jack adapters) thank you for your help

I’ve had my Leviathan 5.1 for just under two years.  Some of the LED indicators just stopped working randomly: the Aux in and EQ indicators don’t light up anymore, while the Opt and Bluetooth indicators work fine.  Button LEDs also all work. Has anyone had this issue?  Any suggestions on what to try?  I’ve power cycled a bunch of times, disconnected everything overnight, reset by holding the mute button multiple times, and no luck.

I downloaded squads and was playing it for the first time. While in the tutorial my headset beeped once, and then the sound was off. I have had my fair share of issues with these over the years, so i assumed it was a simple fix. however after trying all the things i normally would it still wasn't working. The blue light is blinking, and its not recognized. Through googling i found i probably needed to pair it again. This seemed to work, or so i thought. So i tried to play squads again. Joined a server this time, and then realized i couldn't talk, it said no input device. I tried to talk a few time, and then no sound. Well now i have tried to recover it using razer tool, re pair it with 2 separate dongles multiple times on 2 computers. At this point the when i plug in the dongle that is pair it will either not recognize, recognize it for half a second then unrecognized it like 3 times before just not recognizing it fully or it will recognize it and then when i play sound it immediately

Does v2 pro console version work great with pc Or it's work with console only..  Does it support thx 7.1???????? Usb c version 😏

The microphone on my Razer Blackshark v2 x headset does not work on the computer, it only works on the smartphone.

i got my headset as a present for christmas 2023, they’ve been great. recently the sound in one ear has just stoped working

I have windows playback disabled and every other app (OBS, Discord, CS2, esc) with the ability to play my mic back to me closed and that feature disabled and I still can hear myself. If I press the physical mute button of course I cant but I want to not have hear myself when playing games or just doing anything. I also cannot update the firmware as when it tells me to plug my headset in, even after unplugging and replugging in, trying different usb ports and everything, the “UPDATE” button stays greyed out. May I add that all off this came completely randomly and everything was working normally earlier and I changed nothing, all I did was watch ONE YouTube vid before closing Opera and walking away. My headset cord and USB has no damage or anything so nothing makes sense. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers and the device itself but that didn't work, even with the device uninstalled from the system via device manager I could still hear myself thru playback. Is there any

Hi, I bought this headset (Blarkshark V2 Pro 2023) on Amazon thinking that it has bluetooth, and according to the manual the headset has a button on it to allow you to switch between the dongle connectivity or bluetooth mode. I don’t know whether im missing something but my headset doesn’t appear to have this button and so I can’t work out, if I even can, get the bluetooth working so that I can use the headset with my phones bluetooth. I recently bought a Razer Blade 18 2024. Everything was fine, but now there is a problem with the sound. The sound just disappears, YouTube doesn't load, no sound at all tú from the speakers. I don't know how to solve this problem. When I turn on Windows there is sound, but after a couple of minutes it disappears. What do I do? I reinstalled Windows 11, nothing helped. 

As indicated in the title, I just want to know if this certain product is supported to use THX spatial audio.Moreover, when I play WoW, some of the sound effects like summoning a mount cannot be heard. It was okay at first when I started playing the game but it just suddenly happened. I use the THX Environmental  mode for WoW. I have already uninstalled and installed both the game and synapse 3.This issue is persistent and it’s bugging me.Can somebody please help?

Hi I’m asking thus because I have tried everything I have gave up and I need help. I have tried for days and found nothin. The scroll wheel works perfectly fine but it’s doing nothin in the settings so I’m not sure if it’s a Xbox problem or a mic problem. I have look online too and they all talking about wired headsets and not wireless headsets. I need some help please 

Its kind of exactly what the title says. Im looking for a replacement dongle for my Razer Nari Ultimate but I cant find anywhere to buy it other than second hand sellers like eBay and such.

so i don't know how but my dongle for my Razer Nari Ultimate's is not connecting and it just connects for a split second and then goes out just as fast over and over again and i was wondering what i should do to get it fixed because it works perfectly fine with the cord and i cant find anything online to resolve this issue

Hello, I have just unpacked my Razer Hammerhead True Wireless (1st Gen) and they are brand new.They won't connect, no matter what device (iOS, Android, PC).I've tried everything I can find on the internet, the headphones don't make any sound or anything like that. The case is fully charged (green light) and I've been trying for over 2 hours now.Anyone got a solution?Thanks in advance
