I’ve been using these headphones for a couple months now and have rarely used the microphone but recently have gotten back into gaming and I can’t get the mic to work. It’s not showing up on any mic test and I’ve defaulted all the settings and updated it. Seems like a bad design with it being able to be removed especially after googling this specific issue.

I switched from my gaming pc to my gaming laptop and when i plug in my audio controller of my headset the razer audio controller - chat thats usually there alongside the razer audio controller - game is not there, all that is left is the controller - game.

Hi, is there any replacement parts for barracuda 2.4 ? 

I ordered the Razer Barracuda. I read you'd have to enable Gaming mode through the Synapse software.Is it possible to remove Synapse and keep Gaming mode on?If not, what if you enable it through the Razer app on the phone instead. Will Gaming mode be enabled for any Bluetooth device or only your phone?

yet to receive an activation code for my headset. kind of silly its not just automated to send it after registry.

I’m on Ubuntu 23.04. Upgraded from a cheap USB headset to the BlackShark V2 USB. It sounds great, but I noticed it’s detected as a speaker instead of a headset in the options, which makes it harder to find by icon and I have another click to see if audio is going to my headset before starting a game.  Any suggestions for getting this detected as a headset?

Hi, due to wear and tear, I have a need to replace my headset cushions. However, this link (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2825/kw/replacement%20parts) in relation to what type my cushions are didn’t really state my model. What I’m looking to find is for Razer Kraken X. Does anyone know if 1) Kraken X is peel-off or snap? and 2) if it is a peel-off type, does other models cushions (pro or v3 for example) fit my X headset?Thank you in advance for helping.

 I'm not sure why, but my headset plays the sound of games I've muted in the Volume Mixer when there's another sound being played. For example, I've muted the League of Legends client, but if I play a YouTube video, the sound from the League of Legends client is played at maximum volume.Thank you in advance for your help, I'm desperate

I recently purchased this headset for cheap but expecting a little bit of good stuff. But when I activate 7.1 surround sound as default, no sound comes out at all both from speakers or headphones… Any ideas how I can fix this?

I love my Nommo V2 Pro speakers. Seriously awesome sound quality. My only complaint is the base is not similar to the Nommo V1 Pro or the Base Station headphone stand where the light ring is around the base itself. I love the back lighting, but I wish there were separate stands or rings we could set the V2 on to have the same visual effect on the base.

I don't have any settings in Synapse 3 for the Kraken V3 X, although it was claimed to have Hyperclear technology

Is there away to change/replace the ear pads? I let my sister borrow my headset for a week while she was waiting for hers to come in (different kind) and in that time she got them absolutely disgusting!! Like… how do you turn them almost completely grey in that amount of time!?!? Anyways, I tried to clean them to no avail… so is there a way to change/replace them?

The headphones broke in place of the expanders while I was just sitting and listening to music. And this was not the first time this happened. I had two headphones in total and they all broke first on the right earphone (after the second incident, I switched from the previous headphones to these parts that were not broken). But here we go again! This time the expander on the left earphone broke! I don’t want to buy them knowing that they will break in a month. Since I didn't order them, but bought them from a local supermarket and replaced parts in them, I can't return them under warranty. But the fact that this thing, although good, but rubbish, remains as fact.

so i had bought the razer backshark v2x but it doesen’t come with the activision code the card just contain a QR code, how can i activate it?

I just recieve the Razer Leviathan V2 as a gift. Everything is in the title, I have to be at 4 to 6% to have a normal sound… I don’t want to modify the sound with the equalizer as I’m not an expert and well, I would prefer if there was another solution. Is there a way to adjust it so it’s loud only at 80-100%?

Why is there no new ‘THX Environmental mode’ audio options games been added for well over 6 month.  Bought the Nommo v2 Pro and this has been a huge let down in support from Razer. Headset there are about 55 supported games, speakers 6.  Razer need to get their act together for expensive features that advertise this feature and nothing has changed since day 1 release!

My Razer Nari Ultimate suddenly stopped working and charging isn’t helping. I was at full battery on Friday and it was working and went home from college for a few days, brining it with me to play at home if I wanted, which I didn’t. However I got back to my house at college today and my headphones suddenly stopped working. They won’t turn on, connect, or do anything. 

Hi there,I havve some potential problem with my headset... I actuallt have 2 pairs od kraken v3 usb one normal...and 1 with heptics.  With both of them I have the same issues on my both pc-s… When I am playing games sometime I hear a wierd sound like robotic sound (discord and game as well ) not always...just once every 5 minutes and for I don't know...10 seconds?... and  that repeats always....

My headset has had random audio distortions, can’t replicate it at all but it just randomly happens. Distorts all audio and is highly annoying. I have reset my entire computer, reset the headset, reinstalled synapse and deleted. Updated firmware of headset. And even bought ANOTHER headset and they both have the issue. Please help

I’ve had the Seiren Mini v2 for about 3 years now, and about a 6 months ago, I started to have issues with it not connecting with my PC. It would appear in my devices channel in settings, but it was unusable unless I removed it from my PC’s settings. So I decided to try switching the cord out with a differnet one, and I havent had too many issues since the switch. Though I’d much rather use the cord that came with the device, I don’t wanna continue having with it. Is it possible to order a new cord for it? Has anyone else had this issue at all, or am I late on this?
