13 марта я купил гарнитуру. После регистрации BlackShark V2 я получил только электронное письмо с подтверждением успешной регистрации. Код для подключения 7.1-канального звука я не получил. В папке «Спам» и в списке рассылки ничего нет. Пожалуйста, помогите.

Now- my microphone is quite difficult to retract into the headset.. Very difficult. I won’t force it, so it just stays out and dangling. I hear it’s a common issue and look past it.Then, after charging it last week, I’ve had the recurring issue of the left channel being much much quieter than the right ear. Think, 15-85 ratio rather than 50-50 between each ear. I ignore it for a bit but it renders the headset essentially unusable, and I’ve seen plenty of other posts about it.But I’ve noticed, if I turn the headset off and close synapse, then turn the headset back on with Synapse closed, it works fine..? This seems to be a recurring thing with these v4 Pro’s, wondering if this is a hardware issue or Synapse 4 issue. All firmware (oled screen, headset, and synapse) are on current version. Including windows. Headset is only ~6 months old, bought from Bestbuy. Same issue when wired, Hyperspeed wireless, or Bluetooth. Same computer.

Purchased a headset from Amazon through a third party seller back in Feb and when I attempted to register device, it wouldn’t allow. When I attempted to reach out to Razer Support, I then see that the device is registered as stolen. I emailed Razer through support and through my other personal email and haven’t received any reply. I would like to get this resolved to see what I should do. Or if I should just send the headset back lol

 So, I opened a ticket with support and the email I received told me to check this place out while waiting for a response. I see many others here have similar issues but no fix has been posted. Might as well share.I have two issues with the audio of my Blackshark v2 pro 2023 headset. I have an MSI Alpha 17 c7v Windows 11 laptop and I have tried every possible solution I could find on Google and the Razer troubleshooting guide. The headset’s volume slider changes the master volume of Windows instead of just the headset. Also, Windows recognizes the headset as ‘speakers’ instead of ‘headset’. I don’t know if that could be the issue here, but I had another headset before this one, a wired one, and it had no such problem.  A friend of mine has a 2020 version of this headset and told me he has no such issues.   When there is no audio playing, the headset produces some white noise and crackling sounds. So my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro has been working at full capacity with absolutely no problems since December.The microphone has always worked, whether I connect it before the headset has been turned on or after.It worked without complaint yesterday, and today upon turning my headset on and trying to call a friend on Discord, the microphone failed to operate. The speakers and audio and the device itself are all fully operational. This is the first time this has ever happened.The headset has neither been dropped, struck, nor left in unfavourable conditions. The same goes for the microphone.The microphone is connected and defaulted on all applications.It does not work on any application. Hello, I lost the dongle and jack cable of my razer barracuda x headset, how can I get it from you?

Recently purchcased a Kaira Hyperspeed headset, I found out the dongle doesnt work when the switch is on wireless mode (the pc doesnt even detect it when inserted in the USB port), but works fine on XBOX mode. I doubt the wireless setting is somehow broken because it works fine when connected to my phone. Could it somehow be that the XBOX app I have installed is somehow interfering with wireless mode? Im pretty sure most of my drivers are up to date.This is really annoying me because the audio output works fine, but I cant use the audio slider nor use the microphone.

I purchased a headset labeled as "new" two days ago from Komputronik, a well-known electronics retailer in Poland. I received the product yesterday. After fully charging the headset using the original cable provided in the box, I connected it via Bluetooth and via the included USB dongle. The headset paired successfully and plays audio without issues.However, none of the Razer applications – including the Razer Audio mobile app, Razer Synapse, the Barracuda Firmware Updater, or the Pairing Utility – detect the device at all. The same issue occurs both on my desktop PC and my laptop. I also tried plugging the dongle directly into the device, with no success.Additionally, in Windows Device Manager, the headset appears only as "USBAudio1.0", which seems generic and not Razer-specific.So far, I have tried the following troubleshooting steps: Reinstalled Razer Synapse. Hello,I purchased a Razer Barracuda X headset that included THX Spatial Audio. I successfully activated and used THX on my previous PC using the provided activation code.Recently, I replaced my PC and reinstalled THX Spatial Audio. Hello ppl!I got my Razer headset, because i like the sound. I tested bunch of headsets and i like this one. I am active gamer, i like a good sound and i pick this Razer headset. It sounds rly good.But after year of usage, plastic get broken. So bad, i do not want to buy a new headset, just because this one still sounds good, and mic is good.I fixed this issue by some clue: It was not effective. After a week, i got another plastic brake just near this.I made two metal rods installs inside. it’s fixed this problem. Plastic doesn't brake anymore.This white splashes are previous crack fixes. I strongly recommend to use additional enforcement for construction for the future headsets designs.  

Hey, I generally hear really good audio in Warzone — I can hear gunshots, planes, everything perfectly. But I hear absolutely no footsteps. Literally none. Enemies can be standing right next to me and I don’t hear them at all. Does anyone have any idea what I could change in the settings? The eSports audio presets didn’t help at all. Please help.Hey ich höre an sich echt gute Sounds in Warzone, höre Schüsse, Flugzeuge alles top - aber Schritte höre ich 0,0. Also wirklich 0 - die stehen neben mir und ich höre die nicht. Hat da jemand eine Ahnung was ich einstellen kann? Die ESport Voreinstellungen haben mir 0 geholfen. Bitte um Hilfe. 

Does anyone else have a problem with the Razer BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed being a bit loose fitting? I see in the instructions that you can adjust it to be a larger fit, but I need to tighten it up a bit. I actually have a large head; whenever I buy a hat or helmet, I need to purchase a large size. At the default smallest size adjustments for this headset, it slides around on my head a lot. It isn’t that big of a deal really, but I would like more adjustment. Otherwise, I really do like this headset for the price.
