When I put in my product serial code to get the activation code for surround sound it just come up with a message that says "The 7.1 Surround Sound Code is not available, please click here for more information." When I try to get a new code it does the same thing again. Anyone know a fix?

I presume none of your development staff wear hoody's as the volume controls keep catching and either blasting my ears or muting the volume depending on which way i move my head. Not great design work there.

With the lack of Optical support the Thresher Ultimate now pretty much useless after the launch of PS5. Any valid solutions from Razer Support? Any releases of HDMI Audio Splitters to both support 7.1 and 4k 120hz video output?

I have a razer kraken tournament edition headset(sounds great) which is starting to fall apart so I’m replacing it… I bought the razer black shark v2 and the razer kraken v3 pro but both of them has this weird sounding effect over it. It makes the audio quality sound really bad and I’m not sure what’s causing it since my old headset doesn’t have this issue. I have them set to 48000hz and checked razer synapse and omeglz everything too.

After updating synapse today, the THX Spatial Audio output disappeared however when I test the THX in the10.0.0.0.1 calibration it still outputs through my razer headphones. Is this happening to anyone else?

Hi there! I'm looking for a set of headphones meeting a specific set of criteria, and I was wondering if Razer has any that meet this criteria? 1. The headphones support both wired and wireless (either bluetooth or 2.4ghz Wifi, probably preferably bluetooth). 2. The headphones have full support of turning the wireless option COMPLETELY OFF. I may have some EMF/Wireless/Bluetooth sensitivity if I've been listening for over a few hours, so I need to know that I can use the headphones in wired mode with the receiver(s) for WiFi/Bluetooth able to be 100% turned off. 3. I can use the headphones for my PCs, and also take phone calls on them if/when needed. The PC should 100% have a wired option, but for phone calls I'm fine if I have to do it wireless. 4. Last thing I will reiterate, Wireless receiver(s) need to be able to turned 100% off. If that can't happen then no matter how good the headphones are, I probably won't want them for health reasons.

I got my Blackshark 2 days ago and have been playing around with all sorts of settings, drivers etc I was able to make the quality OK but the last remaining problem is that the mic seems to be too sensitive? It seems to try to cut out all background noise but it does it too strongly, often cutting off the last 1-2 letters of the words I am recording. Is there a way to reduce the sensitivity? Or maybe a setting for how it handles background noise? I am so lost and but hope I can find help here and still use the Mic :) Thanks

My product is out of warranty, so there is no chance of getting proper support. However, I would like to *buy* replacement earpads. I was disappointed to find out that despite there being a guide for how to replace the earpads Razer does not seem to sell replacement earpads for the Opus. Is there anywhere I may have missed where I can buy them, or if there's a third party seller that makes them

After a windows update, for some reason the Razer nari essential's mic just doesn't work. It doesn't pick up any sound, and I tried everything(troubleshooting, checking all the settings, enabling all the mic settings), and it doesn't work on any other computer too.

For starters I've been buying RAZER headsets since the beginning, and have always enjoyed the audio quality. I've also been very happy with the true over ear design of every RAZER headset I've bought, until now. The thx is interesting, but running it regular works better depending on the input from the source. Now one thing to note about the kraken v3 pro is they are smaller than their predecessors. All of the previous headsets I've bought were true over ear headsets where this one is "one size fits most" like every other brand out there. So comfort is now an issue for me. I used to be able to wear their headsets for up to 18 hours, but not these. They press on the cartilage and cause pressure sores. Keep in mind this won't be true for everyone but is true for those of us with slightly larger ear sizes. I do like that you can run the different settings (thx or non thx) depending on what I'm listening to though the switching capability of the headset is a little clunky. The headset

hi i got my nari ultimate at the start of 2020, my battery stopped working completely after 6 months and i used aux since then because razer tech support didnt help my at all and i want to return to gaming and i want to enjoy my headset the way it was supposed to be played, wirelessly. anyway first of all my headset does turn on but only when the usb cable is connected, once i unplug it the headset is turned off like there is no battery, if there is a solution for this not charghing problem i'd really like to return playing wirelessly/ second of all my haptic feedback, it just vibrates. for no reason even when theres no audio and the mic is on mute. maby its the drivers or maby its just faulty but i couldnt turn it on the last 2 years because it doesnt work with aux only and now it just vibrates, with no correlation to audio or anything else. please if you have a fix for any of this, i really like the audio on this headset and i cant even use its most special qualities (haptics and

Basically the title. I game on both PC and Xbox and want to know, if I set up profiles using the razer software, will it be stored in the headset so I can have those settings while playing on xbox? Or will it only work on PC? TIA

Hello! I have just bought this amazing headset. However, my microphone makes really nasal sound, like I had a flu and holding my nose at the same time. I tried to make it in Razer app - there´s only small decibel change limit available, so I tried EQ APO, but its still incredibly nasal. I would love to turn off the built in audio card, maybe that would help, because other headsets without built in audio card dont sound so nasal. However, I have no idea if it is even possible to do so. Or maybe theres another solution available? Friends are laughing at me that i sound like clown, so yeah, this situation is "solve or buy different headset" one. Everything else about this headset is excellent. Thank you for help! <3
