I bought the headset yesterday and when i plugged it into my computer everything was working as it should but today after using it for a bit everytime 10.0.0.0.1 i close a game the audio completely stops working and i have to mess around with my sound settings in order to get it working again does anyone know whats going on?

Maybe you guys can help me someone? I have some issues with my RAZER HAMMERHEAD TRUE WIRELESS (2nd Gen). The problem was in fact, that my earbunds won't turned off while I'm putting them in the case so the next time I'm using it, they just always discharging and charging at 20% max. So I was start to trying figured it out myself and just tryed to turn them off completely by holding the button for 5 sec. and then tapping 3 times and holding for 3 sec. After that I heard a phrase like: "factory restart, power off" or something like that and, after this, I can't turn my earbuds on no matter I would do. Can you please try to help me?

Yo! So, I finally fixed my THX Spatial Audio and I don't know (or at least did not try to find) any fixes that actually worked...except for this one! I'm 2/2 with it so here it goes. If you're having a difficult time receiving audio from THX-powered headset, this actually could be a problem with Razer applications. Step 1 - Close all Razer apps. Step 2 - Win + R > Type: "appwiz.cpl" Here you will proceed AS IF you were going to uninstall Razer Cortex, but you're just going to repair it via the Razer Installer. Step 3 - Locate and Right click on Razer Cortex, click uninstall...then click yes. Step 4 - In the Razer Installer, simply click REPAIR and allow the Installer to fix any issue. I hope this helps, this is the second time this has happened and I've fixed it twice using this method. I hope you have a similar outcome. Hi, I just bought Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X and paired them with my Iphone but when I tried to pair them with my pc —via usb dongle 5.0—, initially the connected sound appeared but immediately they are disconnected. Notes: They are fully charged My dongle works well with other devices I kept the lid of the case open while trying to connectec them I tried it after and before of updating the firmware I appreciate some help because I don't know if their some problem with earbuds.

When connected wirelessly, if you don't play audio for a short while through the headset and after that, start playing audio again, the first approximate 0.5-1.0 secs is not audible on the headset. So what I mean for example: - I play no audio for like a minute. - I start playing audio again after that minute. Now, the first 0.5-1.0 seconds of what I'm playing is not audible. It's not a delay because when I start hearing audio again after the 0.5-1.0 seconds, the timeline is as 0.5-1.0 seconds has already played. I assume this is some sort of power saving function where it idles the headset if no audio is being played for a while but I can't turn it off anywhere and it's pretty annoying. Especially when you're like editing a video or similar. It doesn't matter if I turn THX on/off or which of the two Kraken output devices I select. Also, it is NOT the Synapse > Power > Power Saving option as that

My headphones worked fine when I connected them for about a month and suddenly they will not connect to my PC. Whenever I try to connect it I see a flashing blue light and eventually, the headphones power off. What should I do?

Hellow fellow serpents As the Christmas is coming i want to buy a pair of Razer Opus ( not x) for my girlfriend . She needs the headphones for music and especially for online meeting as she works from home and she wants mobility. I need to know if this model of headphones has a stable connection while using them connected to a laptop. The laptop has Bluetooth 5.0 so latency shouldn't be a problem . Can the Microsoft Teams , Zoom and Discord use the built in mic ? Is there going to a be delay both in hearing and talking to the other person ? Is it worth it as an all rounder or should I change my mind about this model ? If the headset doesn't work as it should on what she needs , please feel free to recommend a good pair of wireless headphones for both Iphone/Android and PC . Thank you in advance ❤️

The headset came with a splitter, but I tried to connect it both with and without it, and Synapse still didn't detect it. My Cynosa Lite and Viper Mini were detected instantly and work correctly. What should I do?

Hello. I tried to make google search about it, but didn't find any. I used Razer FW updater for the first time, it updated my gear to the Firmware v1.00.13_r3. I haven't changed any settings (checked every setting twice), but my friends started to laugh at my voice and asked if I bought a new headset. They weren't really good at describing it, but said that it's like talking from the can and definitely worse than before. Any other victims? And most importantly, is there a way to downgrade the firmware?

Today this buzzing sound appeared in the headset that lasted around 3-4 seconds and happened every 30 seconds or so. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it? (I am using a 3-year-old Razer Kraken tournament edition bought from Razer.com). Super

Hi! I have this device about a year and I do not use it so often as I have not much time to play games. Recently I noticed that the volume knob will not evenly regulate volume for left and right. sometimes left is more quiet. If I move the knob a little up or down it gets usually even. Is this a bad quality potentiometer issue?

Hi everyone, hope the day finds you all well. So I have been using this Leviathan V2 X for a month or so, and I notice that the speaker keeps disconnecting from my laptop while being used. I am using it with my laptop with bluetooth connection and when it disconnects, I can't seem to reconnect to my laptop or even trying with my phone. I tried switching it off and back on, but it didn't work. I had to remove the USB-C cable connecting it to the power supply, replug and switch it back on so it reconnects to my laptop. Does it happen to anyone else? Thanks!

Hi. Recently, I wrote about my bad experiences with the Razer Kraken V3 Pro headphones. It is a pity that it happened because I find them very comfortable and with not the worst sound quality (for games, music is a different story) but I'm afraid that if the complaint is accepted - I will be refunded and I will have to look for a new pair. Can you recommend something good apart from Kraken? I want them to be large (I am a great man and I have ears like Dumbo's elephant) and comfortable (sitting for many hours in front of the computer). I will be grateful for your help.

Every time I run GTAV for PC the game lags every 3 to 5 seconds. here's an example of what I mean: [not my video] If I disable the default sound device (razer kraken v3 x) than the game goes back to normal. If I enable it back then the lag comes back. I was really looking forward to this, and to test it out. I am afraid it was a major let down: It uses HRTF to down mix the 5.1 / 7,1 audio from games / or any audio source, Thus emulated surround sound, which is what I thought. HRTF is very good, I use HeSuVi, which has umpteen different HRTF pre-sets to choose from. and it is very good. 10.0.0.0.1 But I just tested this THX Spatial audio from razer: Its a stand alone app, runs out side of Synapse (major Let down) The demo with in the app, to test the surround sound, after adjusting it, doesn't seem to work. As it goes round your head, the positioning of sound in the headset does not relate at all.. Very poor, compared to HeSuVi, Dolby Atmos App, and DTX Sound Unbound, or even windows spatial audio. There seems to be no positioning at all.. And the demo THX film on the last page, its a mess, nothing sounds where it should be. But i watch the same vid, using HeSuVi, then it is correct... THX should have just brought out a w

My thx spatial feature has stopped working, why? Why am I being asked to purchase a feature that came with my headset and has already been registered. If I don't log in or even if I do log in it is saying I don't have this and not activating or turning on, when pressing the thx button on the USB DAC. The Razer program has been completely uninstalled then reinstalled, the PC has been rebooted. Nothing helps, my windows is currently update and my other normal headset works with no issues. razer recently released a new product, the audio mixer. i was very excited because i’ve been thinking of getting a goxlr, and as a razer fan, i would love to buy a razer goxlr. however, the audio mixer was a little underwhelming, and i think it could be improved in many ways. in terms of software, i really do think synapse should be less buggy according to others’ experiences, but personally i haven’t had much issues. however, i think the software has a lot of potential. the voice changer most notably router login, it only gives you a few options,basically low pitch and high pitch. i think that if adding a full on voice customizer is too much, having note diverse voice effects could make it more appealing. examples are the goxlr effects, hard-tune, megaphone, schatt’s funny mic, etc. to my knowledge most of these should be possible by changing just software, so i don’t see why it can’t be done. this would make it more likely for me to get the razer, instead of shamefully using the goxl
