I'm having a problem with my headphones with the fact that as soon as I stop listening to the audio, the headphones stop registering any audio. For example, if I pause Netflix for let's say 10 seconds when I click play again, no noise comes out of the headset on any platform (youtube, Spotify etc). Sometimes turning the headset on and off again works but it's such a pain to have to do this every single time. I am basically sitting next to the Bluetooth dongle on my PC so there is no issue with distance. I have upgraded to the THX Spatial software and updated all my Razer applications and still, this keeps happening. Any suggestions would be welcome, thanks.

Hi, I have been using the Nommo Chroma via USB with a thunderbolt dock with both work and personal laptops for a few weeks. About once a day, and every time within a minute or two when I use Webex for a phone call, the speakers shut off and disappear from my Windows list of audio devices, even though it is currently playing audio or audio has been playing only minutes before. I have to manually turn them back on by pressing the volume button, and usually have to wait a few seconds before this will work. This makes them unusable during calls on my work computer. I don't see any options in Synapse (when connected to my personal computer, I can't install Synapse on the work laptop) or Windows to prevent this auto-shut off. Any suggestions? Is it faulty hardware? Thanks for any suggestions!

hi, for a few weeks I don't know why my razer nari ultimate lose connectivity with the key every time the pc is restarted, I have windows 11 and the razer synapse 3 software that sometimes when I manage to connect the headphones does not show me on the screen the headphones of the device section even if I hear the audio. I used both the key recovery tool and the one to update the headphones and the key.Here several things happen, or the key is not in the software so I have to uninstall the driver and also change the USB port or sometimes it recognizes it but the firmware download goes to the maximum and then returns to zero and asks me to restart the firmware download (when I open the application, version 106 of the headphones appears while in the key section the current installed version does not come out, practically as if was installed). In summary it is as if the pc deleted the driver of the key at each reboot (I have already reinstalled synapse 3 several times) what can I do to so

I can't seem to get this headset charged up completely. I'm using the included cable on a 5V 2.4A USB port. Charged overnight and this morning the LED is still blinking. On a related note, the Synapse app only shows a tiny battery representing the charged state. How about a percentage (%) indicator?

Hey guys... Unfortunately, after 6 years, I have to change my headphones with regret. I was a happy owner of the razer kraken 7.1 chroma v2, in my opinion one of the best headphones I have had / tested - there were a lot of them, perfect for playing marathons for 10 hours, I did not even feel that I had these headphones on the ears, or listening to music, just fire ... Today I bought a Razer Baracuda X, after 1.5 hours I went to return them the sound was tragic, the headphones a bit small ... So my question, what do you recommend? I would like to buy the same headphones again, unfortunately they are discontinued

Hello to all "greens". For some time something has happened to me in my old age;) my head changed and after a long break I returned to the games. But I didn't have anything "good" from the accessories - I decided to find the equipment that would meet my expectations - that's how I became a fan of the brand ... but to the point. A few days ago I bought a Nommo Pro speaker set. The speakers are really amazing, the look and workmanship is just great (so it turned out that I have nowhere to put the subfoe and kick it every now and then because it is standing right under my leg). However, I would like to know your "sound preferences" and ask about it - what settings do you have? Do you use an equalizer or do you have THX or Dolby turned on? Hello everyone. I recently purchased the Razer Kaira wireless headset for Xbox and whenever I have the volume up it echos massively. I’m not sure what to do. I’ve exhausted all support options and have tried every setting in my console.

I'm running Windows 11. I have a pair of Razer Kraken TE headphones connected via their USB Audio Controller dongle (RAC). Have been using it exclusively for many months now. I generally have Windows default audio device set to RAC - Chat, and any primary source (VLC, Plex, Youtube, Games, etc.) set to RAC - Game. This has been working as expected and I get the full functionality of the Game/Chat dial on the RAC dongle. Now I'm trying to use the speakers for the 1st time in quite a while. It doesn't matter what I change the Windows output device to. Speakers - Realtek Audio, Speakers - THX Spatial, even the monitor speaker options, all result in NO sound from the speakers and the Razer headset has the audio still. If I unplug the headphones from the dongle, there is simply no change. Nothing in the Realtek driver app has been changed, and it's relatively bare-bones anyhow. I'm not using Razer Synapse software at all, since neither the dongle nor headphones would work with it installe

Razer Kraken TE w/USB THX Audio Controller -USB Drivers installed via Shadow Launcher -Selected USB Peripherals in Shadow Quick Menu -Selected Audio Device Razer Audio Controller-Game -Same with Microphone So I have seen people say that forwarding the USB Peripherals takes up bandwidth which is obvious but does it really take 5-10Mb/s!? Also, if I only use the 3.5mm input via my PC and use the Microphone Enable instead of USB then I get absolutely NO THX Spatial and control via the USB Audio Controller which pretty much means I have a glorified headset instead of a true game immersion headset that I was hoping for. When following the steps I showed above, the headset works as it should for about one minute then just goes quiet. My connection is at 30MB/s and runs smooth as butter even with the Headset but the headset I guess must draw more than 5-10Mb/s because my Shadow will work just fine on a horrible day running at 15Mb/s. Hi, I started having an problem with my Razer Kraken Tournament Edition headsets. At first everything worked fine until I left my pc on sleep. When I woke my pc from sleep headsets stopped working, I could go to any profile they would not work, no sound coming from them. Tried with my regular speakers and it seemed like the sound works, if I tried switching my playback from Razer (THX Spatia 10.0.0.0.1l - Synapse) to Game or Chat I would get my video player crash with a message " if playback doesn't begin shortly try restarting your device ". Solutions I tried where reinstalling Synapse didn't work, unplugging and plugging it back didn't work, switching to different pc would make them work but it would happen again after putting it to sleep. Only working solution was restarting my pc every time it happens.

I have a razer THX Spatial Audio problem in Doom Ethernal, the fact is that the sound with it is cut by sensations by 50-55%, but when you switch to the main playback device, everything becomes stable, can anyone else come across this? I am using nari ultimate I'm thinking of buying a console soon. Xbox or PS has spatial audio support, so I plan to use the supported spatial audio. But I know that Nintendo Switch doesn't have its own spatial audio, so I guess I'll have to use thx spatial audio. Can thx spatial audio work on nintendo switch? Hi guys, I recently got the Razor Kraken headphones that comes with the 7.1 surround sound. However, the surround sound app does not work for me at all. I am able to get to the login screen, but after I log in, it just minimizes and nothing pops up. There is still an icon in the toolbar though. When I right click the icon, there is only 'log out' and 'exit'. I am using a 64bit Asus Rog laptop. Anyone have this issue or any fix for it? I have reinstalled it multiple times already and restarted my computer as well. Thank you

Muting the microphone with the mute button on the headset turns the volume off in the sound control panel, is there a way to stop this from happening? It's super frustrating because I don't even realize my mic is muted through my system settings most of the time and its a bit of a pain to turn back on. I use a separate microphone than the headset by the way.

So i was so happy with the sound quality , but the side tone is just not good enough . To actually hear myself at all, i need the synapse at 100 percent, then i need to adjust the knob on the headset to 100 percent, which then causes me to go into every application with sound and reduce the volume , as i have the headset volume at 100 percent just to hear the side tone a little I have seen lots of things online about this from other people but nothing has been corrected in synapse to give the side tone a boost , and this issue has been reported several times before . Such a shame about this as i really liked the headphones and the sound . So having to look elsewhere now. I can hear it working its just way to low and i should not have to have the volume knob on 100 percent to hear it at all .
