I just bought these headphones but in the game they sound very bad, it decreases the sound of the shots and changes the position a little, do you know what is the appropriate configuration to use them in game? (I'm talking about the cs go configuration, I have the headphones in 7.1 with the software activated)

Hey everyone Just bought my first Razer product, the Kraken V3 Hypersense. So far it seems pretty good, the audio is clear and mic seems to be fine for gaming. But the feature that got me interested in this headset, the haptics, I find lacking. I had the Corsair HS60 Haptic version (those who don't know, it has a wheel or slider for the haptic intensity, so basically custom level at any given time) and the haptic performance on it was great. Sadly, I had to let them go because of other audio issues. Anyway, onto the point: The haptic settings are very limited on this product. On low, it's just barely there. On medium, you start to notice it but want more. On high, my ears get blown out like it was WW3. See the issue? I think it would be a vastly better product if the haptic intensity was customizable or if there was a couple of more intensity levels. I tried to fiddle around with the EQ, more bass and volume equals more haptics on medium, but the sound gets muddy and too loud for my p

Hey, Not gunna lie, I pulled the rager gamer move and ended up breaking the aux plug on these headphones :( What are my options to fixing it. I'm pretty handy and could do it myself if I had the right part. Are there options to buy the cable or aux plug and solder it myself? Thanks in advance! Gavin

So, I just bought a Blackshark v2 x recently. And as new headset owners, my sister and I downloaded the synapse and everything. We learned very quickly that our device cannot be read in synapse. The question now is: Is Blackshark V2 X incompatible with any synapse? And is there any solution for low volume when playing VALORANT? (works perfectly well for when listening to music tho!)

Would I simply use a USB splitter? or should I split my audio from the jack into two controllers? I want to be able to connect my audio to my switch, and use it on my computer for recording and chatting.

I got a new Kraken TE. It was working properly but few days later I noticed that there was not a diffence between THX on or off its not working anymore and it was showing the running apps on the synapse but it doesn't anymore even when that apps are running can you help ?

All, Does anyone know where I can get an extra set of cables for the Nommo Pro? My current set is working fine but, I do have some cats that like to play where they shouldn't. I contacted Razer support and they don't offer cables apparently. I would like to have a spare set just in case something should happen.

Preface: I know this is a frequently spoken about topic, but I am new to the community and thought id ask here. I got a razer kraken 7.1 v2 from my friend because he never uses it. The cushion and headstrap leather is flaking off and it sticks to everything and its gross, but the mic and audio both work just fine! I know i can get replacement cups but i dont know about the headrest part of it. I was wondering if razer would take it in to get it replaced or if i should just find some local electronic store to help me replace or fix it. Because at this point its extremely annoying to use but its also such a waste since the electronic part of it is perfectly usable. Any suggesstions or help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey, so I just unpacked my Blackshark v2 Pros, plugged it all in paired it via bluetooth (solid non-blinking blue light) and it is registered on my computer now as the default sound device. The problem now is I hear nothing, during tests, during gaming, or anything. I can see my system making noise via the sound bar going up and down but I cannot hear anything. I've updated drivers, restarted the computer, tried a laptop of mine (completely different computer), twisted the audio level nob on the side, tried multiple USB ports etc..with no luck. Now it is just plugged in and charging (blinking green) and still no sound. Any ideas or tips would be appreciated! edit: I unplugged the charging cable and I can't seem to get any light to show up, blue or green. Do I just need to let it charge the full three hours before the first use? I've had the Razer Thresher Ultimate headset for a long time and am looking for a cloth or fabric replacement ear pads. I'm not a fan of the leatherette and am looking for something more breathable. Due to the unique shape of the ear cups I'm having a hard time finding any non-leatherette replacements.
