Hi, Everyone Today I receive my razer hammerhead true wireless pro. When I receive the box is secure and no signs of damage. When I open the device its sealed and perfectly fine. First I charge the device and wait until the green light showed up and i check the earbuds. So i downloaded the RAZER APP AUDIO ,check the device is okay and i notice that the right earbuds is not charging at all but the left earbud is fully charge. I put back the right earbud back and recharge it again after 1hr i saw on the razer app that the right earbud is fully charge and then I try to use both earbuds but suddenly while im checking the razer app the right earbud is fully charge and just less than 1min the battery is 80% after a min ahain the battery is going down to 76%….. but the big question is why is the left earbud is still 100%. ?????? So i just use it and suddenly the right earbud prompt that battery is low in just less that 7mins but the left earbud is still 100%. I dont know of this is a hardw

Hello guys. I have a problem with sound on my Baracuda X headset. Everything plays well - music, movies, games ... till I join TeamSpeak servers. After joining on TS server sounds play like if I was underwater or what. Could you please help with this issue? I tried uninstall TS app but its doesnt matter. Thank you!

Hi, I just bought a headset as above and when i plug it in, it wont show up on the synapse as a device. I've tried registering the product, restarting my computer multiple time, followed the razer troubleshooting guides and it still wont work. My keyboard deathadder mouse and blackwidow keyboard are detected no problem. The reason i'm trying to add the device is because i want to see if i'm able to adjust the EQ settings for the headset. Any advice? Thank you

So, rn I'm using a Blackshark v2 and it's giving some problems so I wanna change it. I had Kraken and Nari ultimate before. the Kraken was fine I liked it a lot while the Nari (I love the style) I'm not really a wireless type of person so it was all new to me cause it took me 12h to fully charge probably and worked for only 4-5h(idk if it's normal tbh). Also, I couldn't mute myself when I was using it wired https://100001.onl/ but only wireless(or is it just me?). Anyway I was going for Kraken v3 but I was also tempted to go Nari again xD (I just love the model too much I know it's stupid) I don't really need anything fancy tbh just a good headset to play lol and use discord. Sorry if what I typed makes you triggered but I'm a noob when it's about these things xD

Product works just fine but doesn't show up in synapse

my nari ultimate dongle broke because i used it so much. lol i really love my naris, and i basically take them everywhere. and because of that i constantly needed to unplug the dongle. i am really sad that the dongle broke. i was going to order a replacement on the official razer website, but they are out of stock :slightly_sad:. i love my naris so much and i don't want to throw them out 😭

As the subject states, starting with Tiamat 7.1v2, at some point the sound stopped coming out. When I select each channel with the selector, the indicator light comes on full blast after about 5 seconds, but no sound comes out no matter how much I turn the volume controller. The mic mute and 7.1ch buttons do not respond when pressed, only the audio mute button does. Is there anything I should check or has anyone solved the problem? Synapse is up to date with v2.21.

Hello everyone. Just bought Krakens tournament edition like a hour ago. I live in Amman, Jordan and bought the headsets from PC Circle, when i opened the box, it had some weird particles and i think its an open box even though i bought it brand new. the box just had tape on the bottom. anyways, i registered the headsets to my account and it worked but the THX app isnt confirming my code that i got with the headsets, im now living off the trial.

Hello everyone I feel a little frustrated, I have purchased the Razer Gear Mobile, but the headphones are giving me a problem. The first time I used it without a problem, after the first charge was exhausted I put them in their compartment for one night, the next day I wanted to use them but the left side did not work, I have carried out all the synchronization recommendations without success. I tried to restart the charger allowing the charge to run out completely, but then I started another problem since the one on the right side did not work either, and I have noticed that the synchronization mode now works the other way around, I have to open and close the box and only like this the application recognizes them, although it tells me that the connection was not successful I apologize for my poor writing but I have relied on a translator

I purchased the Nommo Chroma speakers yesterday, and recieved them today. Got them set up, and all working perfectly in windows. I also dual boot Ubuntu, and for some reason they don't appear to work on there. When booted into Ubuntu, when I turn them on, they come on for a few seconds, then they turn off. Does anyone happen to know how to get these to work on Ubuntu?

Greetings Fellow Humans I had Issue with my Razer Nari Ultimate for Months. I never Could get the THX-Spatial Audio device to work. I tried every fix I could find. Even after I reset my PC the Issue was still there. So what I did I went into the "Device Manager" -> "Audio, Video and Gamecontroller" Category - And Uninstalled all Audio - Devices, !! Including Drivers !! , that where from my Headset and the THX ones - Restarted my PC - Went to "Uninstall Programms" -> "Razer Synapse" -> Uninstall -> Repair After The Repair Process Finished, I went into" Device Manager" Again and Instead of Multiple THX Devices there was only one Left called: "THX Spatial - Synapse" (prev. there where 3) The Headset now Works like advertised. I would also Suggest that you Disable automatic Updates in Synapse. -> So that the Drivers can't be Bricked by the Updates. That's what worked for me. Feel free to add Information Below. Hey guys Im in need of a new pair of headphones and I just came across the new headset lineup and Im really interesed in them, but Im really not sure what I should get. I have a couple of questions about them but not many answers available yet since the product just came out. I searched for reviews, but I couldnt really find anything about the non-pro version of this. I don't know if some of you already got them, but if so, I would like to ask you some questions. - Is there a big difference in sound and build quality between the Barracuda and the Barracuda Pro ? - If possible, I would like to have the choice between using it wired (Im connecting my headphones to my mic for audio feedback) and wireless. I know that the Pro version doesnt have a 3.5mm port, but would it be possible to use a USB-C to 3.5mm with it ? - Do you have any other suggestion ? If the non-pro version isn't great, maybe should I just forget about the wireless aspect and get something completely different li

Hello, I have a problem with the new Razer Barracuda X headset, which make a buzzing sound when the wheel is set to the maximum at the back of the headset. Can you advise me on how to solve this problem or will complaints help? there is no buzz when lowering the volume with the dial or by connecting a 3.5 mm jack.

Hey all, I just bought the Kraken Kitty Headset, but the mic is very quiet. So much that on Discord with input pushed up to 100%, and my friends had me set to 200%, they could hardly hear me. I deleted Synapse and the head set worked great. Reinstalled Synapse and the mic dropped out again. Does anyone have any ideas for a fix? I have adjusted all properties I could think of and reinstalled all drivers multiple times. Thanks in advance!

So, today I bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X. When I got home, I set 7.1 SURROUND SOUND to set up my headphones. I logged into my Rather account, but then nothing happened... I tried to launch the program, but nothing happened next. When I tried to open it using the tray, I got a page with my Razer ID. I just can't open the 7.1 sound setting. Hey, unfortunately, I haven't found a way to connect my PS5 to the Leviathan V2. Before, I just used the 3.5mm output cable from my monitor, but the V2 doesn't have a 3.5mm port and doesn't seem to play back any sound when using a 3.5 to USB C connector. Also there is no sound when connecting it directly with USB A -> C or USB C -> C to my PS5... Can't use bluetooth either, because the PS5 doesn't connect to unknown audio devices. Has anyone found a solution? :( That really sucks because I don't wan't to use my PS5 headset all the time.. man who had the idea to put just a single fucking usb c input in there.. -.-

Hello all, Just bought the New Kraken V3 Pro, I charged fully the battery keeping them switched off & not in use as recommended. Now the question is: can I charge them (using the USB cable) while listening via 3.5 cable? (i.e. they are OFF , no wireless mode)? I guess yes. Thanks in advance
