Hi All, My Razer Opus X just arrive today and it makes me so happy but I encountered a problem right a way. After charging it and using for about an hour, a have this recurring issue where the sounds drop for a second or longer. It is annoying so I want to fix this right away. Any suggestion how to do so?

Good evening everyone. There is such a problem. After turning on the headphones, the RAM is gradually clogged completely. Does anyone have a solution to the problem?

Hello everyone! Some problems of Kaira Pro that still have not been fixed. The latest firmware update has been installed. 1. Cracked sound. I don't know how to describe it most accurately, but sometimes the headphones start to produce a cracking sound like "pzzz". It happens in waves and becomes more and more annoying. Only restart helps. 2. If you turn off the microphone after turning on the headset, the microphone will not turn off despite the off switch position. Sometimes the microphone does not turn off during a game. Please tell me if there is a way to fix these problems? I like the Kaira Pro, but these problems are very annoying.

inb4 I wiped my entire computer 3 times, fresh everything. Let me break it down. I shut down my PC every night before bed. I wake up, power my PC and my headsets are not powered on at all. I have to unplug and plug back in for them to get power. I thought it was a computer issue until I tried my Razer Kraken V2. They work just fine and will power on with a boot up. Tried the Kraken V3. No power, had to unplug and plug back in. Tried both headsets on my laptop, family computer, brother's computer with synapse 3.0 installed and yeah, the V3 never powered once upon boot, only the V2 did. They work flawlessly. It's just annoying to constantly unplug them and plug them back in. I'm sure there's some update that can fix this issue. Any suggestions?

Hello all. Im having the following issue and im asking here if somebody could help me. Just bought the barracuda x headset, the problem is that the volume is significantly low when you connect it wireless via the usb dongle to platforms like ps4, ps5, switch, and android. This is weird because if you connect them to a pc same way via the usb wireless dongle they sound way louder, and if you connect them to the the platforms with the issue via cable audio jack they sound loud as well. The issue only is when you use the wireless dongle. I already activated the 7.1 settings on the pc, checked ell the volume configurations on the other platforms that i connect them to. Is this normal or am i looking at something faulty? Thank you.

I can't find the activation code to my new Kraken X headphones to use the 7.1 surround sound app. I also tried to register my product as it said on the help page, but the problem is I can only find the serial number and I can't find my product number anywhere. The help page was in-accurate of showing where I can find the product number. Why is this so hard to find? Do I need to take something off from the headset or where is it?

It doesn't even come up as an option. I really prefer it over chat audio as its wonky.

I have had this keyboard for less than a year and recently I began to notice a failure in the volume wheel, until now the wheel does not work, because when I raise or lower the volume, it moves from top to bottom without doing anything, Now the fault that I have added to the previous one is that the sound goes to a minimum, no matter what I am doing, it is a nuisance because I bought the keyboard with the support of the brand and it comes with this fault.

Hi guys i got myself the new razer blackshark v2 pro and i find it difficult to configure it according to my game preferences. Mostly i play PUBG and so far i am struggling in finding the right combination for playing it. I will like who ever has the same issue and find the right combination of settings to play the game like before hearing the steps , shooting from far etc. I will really appreciate it. Thanks.

Hi I'm thinking about buying them but am not sure if they're good for this price and if there are better alternatives in that price. I like FPS and Single Player games. I listen to blue songs. I plug my headphones to my MB. I'll be using them only at home, even though I'd prefer closed back. I'd like the headphones to be comfortable, because the ones I have now are not too comfortable to wear. Thanks

Just got Kraken V3 Pro Wireless today Positives 1. They're pretty. 2. Comfortable after a bit of stretching 3. Noise cancellation is great 4. Sound Quality is good when it's clear. 5. I was hesitant about the haptic feedback but I love it 6. Great range. No degradation as I walked around my house. Negatives/Problems 1. Lots of random static, random tones, choppiness randomly 2. Randomly just... Stops working. It stays showing as a device in windows. I see sound outputting to its source in windows, but it disappears from Razer Synapse. I have to re-plug in the wireless USB adapter to get it to show up in Synapse again This sucks. Another Razer product I waited a long time for and was very anxious to get only to have major problems day 1 out of the box. Again. My drivers are up to date. BIOS is up to date. Hey y'all, been sporting a Nari Ultimate for a good while now. Love it. However, my workplace is demanding that I get a wired alternative. Which model comes closest to the device in terms of microphone quality, and especially comfort? It seems that nothing has the exact same kind of cushioning, nor does any wired model seem to have the self-adjusting headband. Dual-channel audio is also a plus but not mandatory.

Hello, I have a new Leviathan I just set up with my PC, and if I try to use the AUX cable I get no sound. I only get sound via Bluetooth. Just curious if there is a fix for this? (I had the aux cable plugged into the 'line out' on the back of my pc, just like my old speakers in case someone was going to suggest that.)

ive been googling for a while and can't find this issue. my new barracuda x works perfectly...as headphones only. if i plug the mic in, total silence. the mic also doesnt work at all. it is visible to the computer, set it as my input, and it even registers a bit when i plug it in but not when i make noise into it. EDIT: so it was in the wrong hole. shrugs. i was trying both the whole time so I did my best. I'm still putting the answer here because I'm surprised it's not a more common problem, what with the instructions simply saying "plug it in." well here's more instructions for those who need it: it goes in the uppermost hole and it only goes in one way so you may need to rotate it.

I just can't set volume to 0%, from 50 to 100% it's ok but below that I start to hear the sound from the pc speaker, so there is no way to mute the audio throught the headset volume knob, so always when i'm lowering the volume at a certain point the audio transfers from the headset to the speakers. Also when I'm changing the volume I hear a lot of noise.

Hi Razer,I purchased these headphones hoping I will get better sond then from virtual 7.1 headphones but: The sound is so poor,misses like depth,and that woow effect. The sound experience is like I purchased 10$ headphones. Now before all this I read mostly positive comments on amazon,mostly! So am I missing some settings for them? Simply if you know what I am saying they won't give me that wooow effect when I wear them...every sound is like flat line..no ups and downs. I tested them with 4 different PCs with different sound card,and I got a sound like through tin cans. I tested all speakers via Windows 7.1 surround test and Realtek test and all work fine. I own Realtek sound card on all 4 PCs (Asus Rampage V,Asus Formula VIII and Crosshair Hero VIII). How can I get the sound appropriate to these headphones,or I am one of the unlucky ones who got screwed with bad sound card which came with these headphones. I got these Kraken V3's a couple of hours ago, they are really great, I had a few issues with THX Spatial Audio, but customer support helped me and It's fixed now. The mic mute/unmute button works great, but the up/down volume wheel does NOT work at all. Only thing that happens is that the a small windows slider pops up on the top left, but it doesn't actually change volume. It just stays there, unchanged, until I stop scrolling on the wheel and it goes away. It also depends on what I last used. If the last thing I did was edit the volume on the headset, that's what it tries to change, if the last thing I did was edit the microphone volume through the Synapse app, that's what it tries to change. It worked okay for the first few 10 minutes (I think), but then this happened. Not a huge issue but I liked the function, anyone can help? TL;DR : Kraken V3 volume up/down wheel broken

Hello everyone! I currently own a pair of Razer Kraken TE, but I was thinking about changing them for some Opus or Opus X, I'll tell you why: I have a veeeeery noisy family, constantly singing/shouting/whistling and stuff like that since I share my room with my 3 siblings. I would use the headset mostly for gaming, but surely to isolate myself when studying too (I currently study with all of these noises), I thought about those headphones because of the ANC (Active Noise Canceling) technology. Can someone tell me how good of an idea this is and how effective the ANC is please? Also, would it be better to get the Opus or the Opus X? Or should I just keep my Kraken TE? Hello dear Razer Team, I have never made a post in a forum in my life, but what I had to experience now after I bought the Razer Kraken V2 X is so incomprehensible that I want to understand why you guys are doing this. When you buy a Razer headset you also get an activation code for the 7.1 surround sound software. All good up to here. But when you start a game, the headphones are so incredibly poorly pre-set that without an equalizer, the games are unplayable. The low tones are strongly adjusted, so that the other frequency ranges are swallowed. Unfortunately, the EQ can only be accessed via the THX Spatial Sound software and you now have to decide. 1. option I only use the EQ, so that I at least have good sound and can play the game, but then I have to do without the 7.1 surround sound function. 2. option I have to spend 20€ again just to get access to a feature in the THX Spatial software that I already have anyway. Because only then I can use the EQ and the 7.1 surround sound

I have purchased RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 PRO - WIRELESS GAMING HEADSET - FRML PACKAGING last may, I am really struggling lately its has been almost two months the headphone keeps beeping all the time, disconnecting while gaming even while chat sessions over discord. I have done all the necessary troubleshooting, from updates, to changing the USB to all the advises on the website and online. It wasn't doing such things until lately. Its very annoying and I am really thinking of switching the whole product to Hyperx could II wireless if this issue is going to persist. I have the Regular BlacksharkV2 as well but I wanna enjoy the freedom of playing wireless.

Hi guys, I just got my first Kraken V3 Pro and started having weird problems. The problems occur if I use them with the USB doggle and they are the following: - I watch a You tube video to the end - I wait about 5 sec before clicking on a new video - the video starts, I see the volume in the system tray and the green output (meaning sound is coming out) but I hear nothing in the headphones - I stop the headphones and reconnect them and they work again (if I close Synapse they are working) I tried reinstalling Synapse but it did not solve my problem. Can someone help me here? Very weird thing for this to happen with a 200 Euro headset. Adrian

as the title said, I would like to know if the Razer Kraken v3 Pro (the wireless version) say it has a 3.5 mm port, would it be able to connect with a DAC to improve audio output quality?

Hi guys Received my V3 pro's yesterday and am mostly very pleased with them. I was wondering if anyone has set up the EQ settings to get the most out of them? I've tried the presets with varied results. I play Hunt Showdown so foot steps etc are important. Also has anyone had any issues with the volume control? When adjusting it on the headset at times it seems to lower the left side more than the right and it throws you right off. I ended up maxing the volume on the headset and adjusting the volume on the console instead. I'm using them on ps5 if that makes any odds. Thanks
