I recently bought the Kraken Green and everything works fine except that I can't mute my mic. I tried my mic on discord, muting myself with the toggle switch on my headphone, but I can still make sound in the voice chat when I turn off my mic on the headset. Is there anything I am suppose to or is there any way to fix it?

I've bought the seperate application for razer THX and been using it for months now but now I suddenly have a problem with it the THX Spatial is not showing in my windows playback device I reinstalled the program but no luck with it. I dont want to use the THX in Synapse 3 because it just lags my laptop out and ive been using the Kraken TE without the usb controller I just straight up plug it in my headphone jack in my laptop

So I recently bought the Kraken 7.1, Loving them so far. Problem is though when i try to calibrate them I hear nothing. I also hear no difference when i change the settings in synapse. And no difference when i move the sliders around in the EQ, Or enable bass boost. I switched USB ports, didn't help anything. I downloaded Razer Surround, but that just messed up everything to the point that my pc would only play the windows sounds, and nothing else. So what should I do so I can calibrate it, And change the settings in synapse? Thank you in advance.

Hey! Just got in the Kaira Pro. There is a message on the headset saying to vist http://rzr.to/kairaProFW to update the firmware. However when i try to go to the page, i get "cant reach this page" Is the link down? anyone else having this issue? I need to update this firmware so I can give these as a gift.

As simple as the title is. When the headset is connected, it prevents the computer from sleeping. What can I do to solve it ?

I just picked up a new pair of Razer Kraken TEs, and in the Razer synapse application, where it should normally display a list of open applications, it instead just says that "when launched, applications with an audio output will appear in this window." Are there any fixes, or is this normal.

hi i have recently bought the Razer Thresher 7.1 headset and it says they have sidetone/mic monitoring. I can hear my voice slightly but the microphone need to be on my lips and talking rather loud. is there a way of turning the sidetone/mic monitoring up? any info would be great, even if there are other headsets available with better levels for sidetone. thanks

Hello I hope I can find help here. My new Headset worked without any problems. Today out of nowhere It stopped lightning. I checked anything on the cable and USB -everything fine. It seems like the electricity won't go through to the headset. I already restarted the Computer. Also,it does not show up in razer synapse. Of course, there is no sound either.

I will try to make this as simple as I can sorry for my bad eng so: I have my nari ultimate for about 4 month now and from the 2nd month it start to disconnect and being deticted as averna av 6301 and didn't work with the dongle I tryed all razer app; recovery app and dongle update app and both didn't work I also contacted with razer and they say they have no prablom replace the product but unfortunately I'm out of there zone service I'm in KSA so yeah bad luck no worrnty even tho I have 2 year anyway. I watched someone on youtube claim that he fixed his dongle by just break the out cover of the dongle,yes you hear it right it's that simple So like you and anyone I was like hell no I'm not gonna do that but afterwards idid anyway and it work so iwill link the video in dec And here's my personal gide for doing it 1 try to Breck the dongle cover not the SIM by pulling it off from back corner till it one side crack 2 after one side is cracked the other will be more easy to do then you

Hello guys! I have the new Kayra Pro for Xbox (all firmwares up to date) and I have been using for few weeks already, with one or two sound issues.... ok so far.... but on the past few days, it's horrible! When I turn on the headset, sometimes it disconnect right away, if not the, in one hour of play, I have 5 to 8 times issue with the sound stuttering, distortion, etc. Need to turn off and on the headset for a few minutes more of good sound before it get bad again... Also my Xbox is up to date. I'm not using the Bluetooth connection as a troubleshooting to avoid interference... Any ideas to help?

So I just got the blackshark V2, and per the reviews its amazing.. however im having issues with setup maybe? When I play games with THX game profiles, they DO NOT automatically come on (unless they are and I havent realized it) and when I hit manual with (thx competitive) on the game of choice.. it just sounds horrific... everything sounds SUPER spatial with NO BASS at all, all treble and the sound it just really bad.... Im not sure I have it set up properly, and im not sure why I have to manually set it and if its even using the game profile when I have it manual?? any suggestions

Just some reassurance for those using this kind of set up. It does work. There's not much to be done from the Leviathan end except turn on the optical button. On the sound card end there may be a little more horsing around. I use a soundblaster Z. Make sure you install the 3 most recent updates involving windows command center, the drivers, and the other supporting software. You must select 5:1 features for speakers, make sure spdif is ON in both the card as well as windows sound selections. The windows sound blaster command center test may not work until you turn on play stereo mix to digital output, but all other functions should work fine.

Hey, I am having trouble with my sound cutting out when im in queue for a game (valorant) and I cant hear anything going on but my sound comes back in the main lobby. Is there a fix for this?

I am looking to buy the Opus but I just have a few questions regarding the wirred connection. Firstly I have head that the headphones are unusable well charging. I am curious if they are still capable of being used on an auxiliary connection even when dead. Assuming that they can i would also be wondering the power requirements on them though a wired connection. Lastly, I am wondering if you are on a wired connection, are the headphones using the DAC in the headphones or in the device that they are plugged into.

My Razer Kraken X USB has an issue: the microphone picks up 'internal' noise, such as the rubbing of the USB cable against collar/clothing etc, which then causes the mic to activate/key if on 'voice activation' in Teamspeak.. like a burst of static sound. This problem is quite difficult to avoid as the cable hangs from same earpiece as where the microphone is installed and it's almost as loud as if you were rubbing the microphone itself! If the cable and the mic were on opposite sides maybe this problem could be avoided? I'm now looking get a Boom Microphone just to avoid this issue during streaming/games sessions..

I am an active duty member of the U.S. Army, an Engineer who operates heavy construction equipment. I've been in the military for about 4 years now. I have been an avid video gamer for much longer. I use all types of hearing protection in the military field and have used many different gaming headsets in the gaming world. Peltor Comtac headsets are by far some of the best military headsets out there and Razer is by for one of the best video game headset creators out there. Both are great communication companies doing two different jobs. I come to the fourms seeking attention to making such a product that would look similar to what a military tactical headset would be
