Hello, I got my headphones from a store in my region(portugal), but I was wondering if I can send directly to razer so they fix my wires? Anyone know? They told me it would cost me 20eur just to send the headphones, and more for the repair, if they are gonna send the headphones to razer I rather send them my self The wires got cut, cuz cats... wonderfull right, I had my headphones for like 3 months

Is the razer nari usb dongle compatible with razer nari essential headset?

So I have 2 Headsets now (Razer Nari Ultimate and BlackShark V2 Pro) and I have them both plugged in with the wireless dongle but having them both plugged in at the same time will cause them to not getting recognized by Synapse anymore. I have already tried reinstalling Synapse and that didn't work.

Is it possible to replace the outer headband on the razer kaira? Mine has broken at the spot near the edge of the inner headband pad.

I just had a Kraken X Mercury. I am only using a Dell Inspiron laptop. The headset was not recognized as an audio device by my laptop. Then , I bought a soundcard so that the microphone will work on the laptop. I'm wondering if how will I earn the "You're surrounded" and "#CleanAF" on the achievements if the headset is not recognized. When using the soundcard, it is only recognized as a USB Device. Hello Razer Users, I recently bought a Kraken Kitty Edition and I love it! Except when trying to talk to people on Discord... The mic works great, everyone can hear me, but there is horrific audio crackling and general noise coming through the headset only on my end. All audio sounds good and crisp when I'm simply playing a game or listening to any other audio, but Discord Voice chat is almost painful to use because of the noise. (I even had to mute a game entirely to try and hear my friends better, and it didn't help.) I've checked as many of the audio settings as I can, turning some on, turning some off, in both Discord and Synapse. I cannot seem to find the right combination to make the Voice Chat come in clearly. Any suggestions? -Thank-you! Im noticing that the razer blackshark has a clicking issue when i VERY slightly push the Left earcup in or when music starts using a little too much base at first i thought it was just the drivers rattling but since it does it when i barely touch it I think it may have something to do with it being a damaged model during shipping. Is this intended? Has anyone else had this problem?

Hello, I used to use the old 2.x Razor Surround Sound Pro and it was perfect but it no longer works so I upgraded to the 3.X THX spatial audio. On the old software, I would turn on the surround sound and use the default EQ and everything sounded great. With the new software, when I turn on the surround sound it sounds echoey, hollow, and metallic. No matter what preset I use, the sound does not sound good at all. It sounds like I am using a cheap 5 dollar speaker. Is there anyway to get a crisp sound out of this software?

I failed to check compatibility before purchasing and now have a device that doesn't work for gaming on Xbox. Naturally, I'm attached to them now after less than a day and really don't want to return them. Has anyone figured out a work-around for using these with Xbox? I can't get it to stream for that option and was thinking of getting a 3.5mm adapter. Has anyone tried that method or recommend anything else?

Hi, Ive had these Krakens for 2 months now and randomly they stopped working during a game. No it isnt the mute button, however when i plug them in that red ring shows up very lightly but will not go away. I cant hear and noone can hear me. My PC says not recognized and ive tried 3 other PCs. Ive upodated drivers and everything. Has anyone had this issue? Are they just dead?

So the problem is that my blackwidow has the problem not assgining macros to a key only two keys work f9 and f10 and when I assign it to T it wont register that I assigned it to T please help

so, first off everything is functioning correctly EXCEPT the actual button on the USB controller doesn't turn THX on/off after rebooting. worked fine on install, first reboot next day and i can only turn THX on/off in the synapse program. i reinstalled synapse and the button worked again until rebooting the next day, then i had the same problem. Not product breaking but i'd like to use the controller...any ideas?

So I just got a Razer BlackShark v2 X. I scratched off the activation code to get the item registered on my account and downloaded the 7.1 Surround Sound program. It prompted me to log in and I did, but than nothing pops up. I go to the bottom right of the task bar to check the program, it says it is on, but when I click on it nothing happens but a small window above it to directs to me a website that is my account. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program multiple times now with nothing changing. I ended up registering the product to my account manually... but the program still does not work. I am rather at a lost. I have ran it in admin mode and it still wont let me use it, I tried to run it in compatibility mode and it still wont work. My pc is a 64-bit system, so that shouldn't be an issue. In the debug I get this error over and over again. Hello, i own a razer nari essential headset and i lost the wireless dongle. I couldn't find a replacement but found someone from my town that had a broken nari ultimate and was willing to give it to me, but I was wondering if anyone managed to pair a nari ultimate dongle with nari essential headset.

I bought a Razer Kraken Tournament Edition a while back and have been using it with Synapse 3.0. I recently found my booklet that came with it and registered the headset and downloaded 7.1. I tried to have it play through my headset, but it tells me to use Synapse to configure it. Is there any point in having 7.1 Surround downloaded if I already have Synapse?
