I know it was posted a few moments ago, but how do I fix the disconnecting issue on my Razer V3 Tournament Edition controller for Xbox? can't even play as normal for one minute. Got it 2 weeks ago. Can't return it.

I recently bought a Wolverine V2 pro which is outside of warranty. Where can I get the Bluetooth receiver?, I’m currently only able to use it while wired. I'm also unable to update it without the wireless receiver. The controller was bought from an individual, so I’m unable to return it or ask for a replacement. I’ve checked the online store along with Ebay but no where seems to carry them.

Hi ! I need help, I have a razer V3 tournament edition for Xbox, just got the controller and I really like it... But I have a big problem, it disconnects randomly, I want to know what to do to fix it cause it's frustrating, I read many people have this problem but I don't see any solution, I want advice before buying an expensive cable  to see if that solves the issue ... Please let me know 

I found my old Razer turret in my closet and I’d like to use it again. I can’t find my mouse or usb dongle to connect it to my console. Is there any way to get a replacement dongle and or mouse? I can’t find them anywhere. 

Good morning, I bought a Razer Wolverine V3 Tournament about a month ago. Today the D-pad stopped working, which is annoying because my Xbox password uses the D-pad! How can I solve it since I can no longer return it through Amazon?

Razer Wolverine V2. It has now started with the forward input on the left thumb stick, randomly slowly comes to a stop still pressing constantly forward, is there a fix?

I need a black battery cover for my Xbox series x controller for my razor charging stand because I only got the one for the old controller when I bought it since the new one wasn’t out yet. Anyone know where I can find this?

Can I change the tumbsticks? 

I have a Kraken X for about 1 and a half year, and it basically broke I'm half, just by regular use. The product box says it has a 2 year warranty, the website says, when I put the Serial Number, it is already out of the warranty.  I have not been able to contact Razer, as the chat option is not available to me.

How do I know the controller is fully charged? 

I was using my wonderful razer controller when the app told me the controller needed an update I did the update. now my controller will turn on when plugged in you can press all buttons except move the joysticks and the controller still works. if you move L or R joystick the controller vibrates really long shuts off comes back on after few seconds and works until joystick is moved. the app obviously says the controller is up to date. it does not change if you swap pc consol or cords.

I bought this controller 4 weeks ago and all of a sudden, my wireless dongle wont register on any xbox or any of the 5 pc’s I have tried. Please help.

If the Wolverine V3 Pro is considered an official Xbox controller, and it has four back buttons, why can’t Steam detect them like it can with the Xbox Elite controller in the controller settings options? I’m totally fine with only being able to map the additional M1 and M2 bumpers to existing buttons, but the other four M 3-6 buttons are completely non-accessible by Steam to map things to?The whole reason I got this controller was the extra buttons in a higher quality and more ergonomic package than the Xbox Elite. I knew on purchasing that it didn’t connect to Synapse and you couldn’t macro strings of button presses to keys, but I didn’t see anything about Steam ignoring the extra back buttons entirely. I love the shape and feel of the controller, and the mouse-clicky buttons and triggers. As far as the physical device goes, 9.5/10.​@Razer Admin I really hope this is something that can be fixed with a software update in the future? I don’t even need an update to the companion app, I j

I hVE 2 OLDER nOSTROM GamePad and N52 and RZ07 … I have the Razor Configurator installed but the configurator does not “FIND” a pad connected. I have plugged and unplugged, and reinstalled the driver GamePad, but no luck.  All I want to do it be able to program one of my controllers.  Please help.

I updated my dongle and controller to the latest firmware following the instructions here:https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14587/~/razer-wolverine-v3-pro After the update completed successfully, the controller will only connect to Xbox or PC via the wire. The wireless functionality no longer works. My PC detects that the dongle is plugged in but the controller is never detected. The controller’s chrome will light up with my profile color but no inputs work. It is doing the same thing on Xbox. The controller will even “connect” to the dongle when it is not plugged into anything and show the chroma profile color. I did not buy a wireless controller to use it wired and this is extremely frustrating. I have gone through all basic troubleshooting steps. I have restarted everything you can imagine. I have tried different USB ports. The controller worked this morning. It is only after the firmware update I am having this issue. Any help is greatly appreciated.

That translucent green just screams XBOX.  I know I’d buy a second V3 Pro if it came in that Phantom Green shell. Anybody else think that Phantom Green would be an awesome addition?  Just me?

I would LOVE to have these made to go alongside my XBOX controller docks! Please Razer, hear my plea! 

I have no idea who thought making people update their controller via PC was a good idea but it isn't. We used to be able to update the controller via the program on xbox but noooooo that's too easy. Now I gotta find 2 things I would never use for anything else and get your buggy app on PC to work. Why would you complicate something that was so easy. Then you have the balls to get mad at people updating it on console via a bug because they didn't jump through the hoops that you wanted them to. Get your priorities straight because this is makes my controller basically useless.

I’d appreciate links to any resources or old threads to help fix this. Sorry if this has already been covered before, but I wasn’t sure what the issue was.

How am i supposed to update my razer wolverine v3 TE controller on CONSOLE. I do NOT have any type of pc therefore 1 i can no longer use the razer controller app on my console if i wanted to change my preset binds for a different game, and 2 i have to play 1 game until they acknowledge this issue which will most likely be never.

Are we ever getting a fix for the button remapping on the wolverine controllers!? I thought a week or 2 was understandable but its starting to become a joke! At this point its just an overpriced xbox controller.
