I’m using a huntsman v3 pro mini and have the rgb colour setting to white in Razer chroma. Now when I set the colour white it will stay like that for the duration of however long my computer is. However once I turn it off, when I turn it back on the rgb is reset back to the default rainbow instead of the white I had chosen. I was wondering if there was any fix to this issue to I don’t have to keep setting it manually every time I turn on my computer. 

Ello. So i have a blackshark v2x headset and for some reason the people im in call with/when im in class, they can hear themselves. This is the exact reason why i got a headset in the first place, to avoid echoing. it gets really annoying. someone please help 

I ordered the Razer Thunderbolt 5 Dock from official site and it delivered yesterday. Connected a Skydimo RGB strip to it's USB A port and I got the windows "Power surge on the USB port" message. The RGB I have is for a 27 inch monitor and it covers 4 sides of my screen, so it does require some power. When I lower the brightness then it works as usual, but once I set the brightness back up to anything more than around 70%, it just turns off completely. I tried the other USB A port and got the same results. But if I connect it to the usb c ports via adaptor (including the non thunderbolt 5 one), its able to light up as usual.I tried searching on the web but it only says the USB A ports support 10gb/s data transfer and didn't mention anything about the wattage available. Normally I would assume its just what it is but just want to know if it's possible my dock is faulty because (1) it is a somewhat premium product, and (2) my old Dell dock that doesn't even uses thunderbolt 4 could suppo

I got a pair of Razer blackshark v2s of off fb marketplace and wanted to ask what I should do software wise to make them sound better.I heard synapse is really bad and I should get another software for them but idk which.I also have this issue where if im not using the USB card and plugging in js the audio jack, sound only comes out of the left side.

Hey I am looking to upgrade my huntsman mini. I've tried some other kayboards of course but I got quite used to dampened feel of the mini.I even got a cheap hall effect keyboard (very nice one mchose jet75) but I am not sure I like the bottoming out of the keys being so sharp.Any ideas? Was the mini the only one ?

what are the games available for optimization on razer cortex

Hi, I came here because I play Star Wars: The Old Republic (SWTOR). The game has been sold to BroadSword and is getting ready for it’s 8.0 release of the game.  I think that would be a good time for Razer to rerelease the SWTOR Naga mouse with SWTOR crystal codes. It’s something that many of us players would love to have access to all these years later. Thank you for your consideration.

I think this is due to the update, I am suddenly experiencing this static/popping sound. The headset is around 1 month old, anyone know a fix for this? it is pretty annoying.

Why on earth does the very latest machine - the Next-Generation Razer Blade 16 (2026) only come with Windows Home? Its the latest of everything spec and then anyone likely to buy it will need to features of Pro. Very strange. Thanks Trevor 

My battery health is at about 50% at the moment and lasts a measly 50ish minutes off charge... Where abouts do you guys recommend getting a replacement or is it worth just doing myself?Im not too scared of replacing the battery but just wondering if there are any things I should be looking out for in terms of buying a replacement and if there are any lil upgrades I can do along with it... Or do I just get one done under warranty and let the shop take care of it? 

3-22-26 I was playing on my razer blade 18 5080 earlier today with no issues. Now all of a sudden when I open it up again it looks like its starting up. And then I get nothing. The best I've gotten is a screen flicker on my log in page and then it goes black. I can't follow the troubleshooting guide with no display at all. I dont have a second display to connect to it. Any help would be appreciated

I’ve installed the driver from nvidia on both gpu. Laptop and egpu. I installed synapse and can control my rgb. Computer switches back and forth from internal display to egpu connected monitor and occasionally it will stick on the egpu monitor. But my performance is actually worse on my gtx 1080 in the razor egpu  ftw which shouldn’t be the case. I have a fresh out of box thunderbolt 4 cable and updated drivers on my thunderbolt port. Any thoughts??

Hello, I have a Late 2020 Razer Blade Stealth (i7-1165G7, 1650ti, 1080p-120hz) (RZ09-0327). It’s starting to get to that point where I’d like to replace the battery (partially out of inflation fear). Are there good 3rd party options for a replacement battery or does Razer make any? I’ve taken it apart before to swap storage, re paste, and clean the fans, so I have the battery model# (RC330-02810200). I did a quick search the other day and only found one Amazon link with no reviews. I’m not as knowledgeable with laptop hardware, so I figured I would ask here. Would appreciate any and all help/advice!! Thanks!

So we need to be honest about Razers lack of customer service, build quality for a supposed pro controller with a price tag of GBP200.00. My advice don’t buy it!  I’ve had two new V3 pros in the past two months. Both controllers have the exact same worsening issue when wired. If you move or sometimes even slightly touch the wire when wired the controller will disconnect mid game and cause serious problems. The problem now has evolved into random mid game button switches and total loss of connection.  So let’s now talk about Razers customer service…. One word disgusting! I have an ongoing email thread of over 50 separate emails which on every reply to email is a new robotic support agent that doesn’t know what the hell is going on! they want me to send the controllers to them for warranty fine they provided pre paid FedEx tracking label (international). So off I go two weeks ago to my local FedEx drop off point parcel in hand and to my surprise not one FedEx drop off point will accept t

Hello, I created this thread because I bought three Tartarus V2 in the last three years, and all of them started to fail for the exact same reason: The analogic stick started to not respond at all while pressing it, specially to move forward. I was reading about this issue and apparently is a known one. I have exact same issue that the person that created this topic Razer Insider | Forum - Tartarus V2: D-pad switches failing (4 devices failed in < 1 year) Its really sad to me, that wanted to buy a product from a solid company to have it, hopefully, for years, but this specific product has a factory problem. Is not normal that many people have reported the exact same issue related with the analogic stick, that makes the gamepad pretty much useless. I will be adding some videos to prove this issue with the different devices I have, but like I said, that Razer is selling this product if it has this kind of failures.

Hi I’ve today bought a viper pro 3 I tried installing the razer synapse 4 but everytime the installer open I get server access unavailable I’ve tried everything restarting router pc preferring anti virus pretty much all basics but still getting the issues has anyone been able to solve this issue?

So I have a Razer Stream Controller, and at first worked like a charm, mostly use it to control my Philips Hue lights. now we are stuck at running 5.9.1 of the Loupedeck software, and many plugins no longer work with that, I basically have brick with useless buttons.What is Razer going to do about it.  I love the products have spent thousands of $$$ on devices, I own almost every razer device they have made.  and I am finding the lack of any information on some products just missing.Anyone else in the same boat? Just very frustrating. Thank you     

As the title suggests.I am part of the Razer ecosystem so by default my instinct is to go Razer, however the arena 7’s having a tweeter and a little bigger sub is kind of winning me over.Can anyone weigh in on what the better system might be? 

I purchased a Razer Viper Ultimate in June 2022 from the official Razer store in China (Taobao).Recently, after a system update and a Synapse update, the wired connection of the mouse completely stopped working. The device cannot be recognized when connected by cable, although the wireless receiver still works.I discovered that there is no official repair option available for customers in China once the product is out of warranty. I'm looking for old footage to SFs store GDC events or around that time frame pre 2020.

As the title says, I can't change the RGB lighting of my Razer Raptor in Synapse 3, does anyone know why and how I can fix it?   The light is fully functional however I just can’t change the rgb light in the settings, anyone know why?
