So I love Razer don't get me wrong. But this is too much first my Razer Kiyo broke even if I rarely use it. Asked for replacement, I gave them a receipt of proof of purchase from my local game store and provided them with a serial number but was rejected because it was not from an official Razer store although the razer serial upon checking was legit, then Razer Synapse keeps crashing on me and now my Razer Nari has this Averna usb issue and now my Razer Nari doesnt work. It turns out this Averna issue is not a new problem as several people also have the same problem as recently as 3 months ago and still no fix. I don't want to buy a new usb dongle for $20 and probably wont get a replacement because its from my local game store and not Razer official store. Even with legitimate serial numbers. I think I'm seriously done with Razer. Also the Razer USB and pair tool doesn't work and solve the problem. My USB port is fine as other devices like my microphone works with my port but apparen

Hello People, I have a problem i play Lineage 2 and i wanna continiously play the same command so i followed from playback option the toggle continuous playback, the problem is that after 5min or 15min depent the power save mode my Macro stop working. Hi, Reaching out to see if anyone has experienced issues using bluetooth/wireless devices connected via the dock. I recently bought a competitor Thunderbolt 3 dock which has caused mayhem with my logitech wireles dongle for mouse/keyboard, and also my Jabra Link 370 voice device. Apparently the device causes interference with these devices and the workaround is an extension cable to get some distance (kinda defeats the objective). Does the Chroma have similar issues?

Bought the Razer Huntsman V2 Analog from Razer online store (most expensive model as I believED in the brand), paid for express delivery as I needed it to replace my current Huntsman for work. Product arrived, open, plug in and realize there is no power at all, tried both USB C and USB converter, tried on different laptop, even using power plug - Same result. Seriously - in my life time so far I have no encounter a new keyboard that cannot work out of the box, its a total faulty unit that cannot be power up, what happen to the QC of Razer? It is directly from the warehouse and not even going through authorize dealer or reseller, it's really unbelievable. Mac users can still use a dongle usb type c - usb. many play with razor keyboards rather a bluetooth keyboard from apple. we are still fans razor! when using apple appstore you could ask a one time fee to use the software/app that may help your dev team out if they decide to go that route, I would pay for it. I recently got the razer ornata v2, and I'm having issues with chroma studio. Whenever my keyboard is plugged into my main laptop and i go to Chroma Studio (synapse 3) it says that no device have been found. I've tries plugging it into my work computer and it works and I am able to use Chroma Studio. Is this an issue that has to do with my main laptop? I'm not really sure what to do, I've tried updating, restarting, and troubleshooting and nothing seems to have worked.

I am not sure if I am in the right place to ask presale questions: Are the FHD and QHD screens in the new Razer 14 AMD 100% matte or engineered with low reflectivity technologies (i.e. less glossy than traditional glossy but not matte)? Also, can I add an additional M.2 storage card and what's the limit?

Hello I just bought my Razer Seiren Emote mic. I installed Razer Synapse, also verified my product. Then I tried to install the Streamer Companion App in order to add an emote to my mic, but that did not work. The installation page keeps closing and the app does not install. I tried everything but no. I does not work. Do I have to be a streamer to use emotes or something? I don't know. Can someone help me please?
