Hi Razer community. Recently i bought Razer Blackshark v2 X , then i got a problem which is after i download the 7.1 software and register , the 7.1 features seems like not working on my headset. When i off the 7.1 features , the headset working good but when i turn on the 7.1 back , the headset start to make crackling sound. Any solution to fix this ? HELP :(

Hey I have Blackwidow v2, Deathadder v2 and Kraken 7.1 v2, but I can't use only one synapse, I have to install both, because the Kraken 7.1 v2 don't have support on synapse 3. Is there any solution ?

Hello guys. I do see that the Razer blade stealth 2020 has a better screen and a small bump in GPU/CPU performance. But my question is. is it worth waiting on the 2020 model or could i go for the 2019 1650MQ variant now? In my country they have sales on the outgoing model, and it's a little over 500 euro cheaper than the 2020 is going to be, but i do like to buy something that can push my games at 60HZ at least. i do not play much, but i do play COD, WOW, World of warships, EU4 etc

well first off i love the mouse, but if they could improve the quality of the left and right click buttons not saying anything is faulty but if they could make them more stiff an rugged feeling and not be able to wiggle them a tiny bit if you rub left and right. i feel like we should be at the point where we use a light weight metal with a pure quality feel and life expectancy. something for the gamer that wants a strong mouse. if they just rebuilt the same mouse but used a better shell and buttons it would be sold out all the time

Hello, I post because I'm having problems with my Razer Kraken 7.1 v2, headsets that I bought a few years ago and worked perfectly until now. One day, maybe after a windows update or something, I lost the 7.1 sound, I mean, I can hear the sounds but like mono, without the 7.1. Tried reinstalling and updating drivers, reinstalling Razer Synapse 2 too, but I can't even hear the Synapse calibration tests. The only way to hear again the 7.1 sounds it's using the Spatial Sound with Windows Sonic, Dolby Atmos for Headphones or DTS:X. The two last are not free software, and the first sounds horrible. I want to hear again the 7.1 like before, and I've noticed that in the Sound -> Headsets properties -> Spatial Sound there was a checkbox called "Activate 7.1 virtual surround sound" that now have disappeared. I tried to install the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound software too, but needs a code that I don't have inside the box or in razerid.razer.com (but I have never needed it before anyway, so

I want to disable Razer Synapse automatic updates. How can I do this?

I'm going to tell a little story that I find disappointing about the Razer Store and disappointing about myself. I was interested in the 4K 3080 17". All along, the store has listed it as 16GB size 3080 card. (In fact I thought the 3080 only came in the 16GB size.) I asked to be notified when it got back in stock I received a notification only to have it immediately sold out. Well, this time I got the notification that it was available early in the morning. Assuming it was the same unit with the 16GB 3080 as always listed (since it was for the exact same price--$3599)--I processed the purchase in the early morning fog. When I then got the confirmation email I noticed that the 3080 was actually 8GB. I noticed customer service and they said that it was 8GB and suggested I could send it back (that they could not stop it from being shipped even though I had just made the order and it did not ship for the next couple of days), which I likely will, although I am in need of a new gaming lapto

I have problems with the software is slow and the macros are slow not consecutive ... I use a mouse naga trinity has 2 or 3 months, format the computer to see if it could be that but still the problem persists

Razer has shown their partner yeelight and their Immersive lights but I have bulbs 1S and it does not work. I have done everything that they say on their video tutorial but I only can modify chroma effect like wave, fire etc but on Overwatch and apex legends does not work. Does someone know anything about it?

Hello, I came across the Sneki Snek campaign today and wanted to learn more about this initiative. Things like where are they made and how are proceeds actually being distributed. I consider myself a conscious buyer and love the idea behind this and am very much a fan of Razer and before I buy and contribute, knowing some more would really help salve the notion that this might be green washing - I hope not! So many graphics cards to choose from that my head is spinning. I intend on building a razer but I don't want to short-change myself and I also don't want to spend more than I have to. The reason I say that is I'm not a gamer or ever will be. My sole purpose for this laptop is content creation - photo and video editing. That means I'm going to get the 4k screen. Anyone have any suggestions on which cards I should be looking at?
