Hey guys, so I just got this HS and I’m using it on ps4. When I hop into a Party or Game-Chat, they all say that they can hear themselves twice. Like double voice? I installed synapse on my laptop and tried to figure it out my self, Update the firmware etc. But that didn‘t work. They still stay they can hear themselves „twice“. However, if I turn the volume down just a little on the headset itself, the problem doesn’t seem to appear. Is it not possible to chat in a party with my volume all the way up and people not hearing my gamesounds/themselves.?? Appreciate the help Greetings from Germany.

Hello Folks. I'm having some issues with my razer blade stealth late 2019 (the one with the internal MX150 graphic card). the problem that I'm facing is that when the laptop falls in slumber.. you see the green led light blinking telling you that is sleeping when I attempt to wake it up, nothing happens. The same issue seems to happen when the laptop goes into sleep mode automatically. Pressing random keys does not do the job, nor tapping a couple of times the power button. I am forced to hold the power button, wrongfully shutting every down to then power back up.

Hello, I have now had a couple of razer products, some I was less amazed about such as the Razer mice and Razer headphones but then also some of your amazing stuff such as the Razer Huntsman and the Razer phone 1 + 2. That being said, you guys stopped producing the phones, which I get it's a hard market, it's also hard to compete as the competition is quite hard to go against, however I would really like to know why it is, that you guys have quite the "apple" behaviour when it comes to sourcing parts, due to your policies you made it almost impossible for people to repair their beloved razer phones, I just don't understand why you would do it, you obviously care about customers enough that you would release kernel source codes and builds to make the modding community make incredible stuff with your phones, however these devices won't last for us, we can't even find a replacement USB charging port, replacement screen or even a replacement battery which is absurd as batteries are simpl

As technology improves, we see newer, better ways to interact with software and the world around us. We started with mechanical switches and buttons, to command lines and graphical input devices. We graduated to touch screens on mobile phones and gestures, to voice command and now we're entering a stage of virtual and augmented reality. Controllers on consoles with every generation finds a new way to interact and play games, but the pc still remains staunchly mouse and keyboard. What's next? Will we be using keyboards and mice 20 years from now to play games? It's hard to say. Something as simple as touch screen completely changed the way mobile phones are used, but touch screen wasn't a new thing. It was simply utilized better and backed up by better tech. Soo with my elite 2 you can make any button not mapped lol... And i play with both sticks unmapped... But having a hard time with this controller... I just dont see any options for this?

Hi everyone, In the next few days, I would like to order a Blade 15 from the store and the thing is, I'm French but I live in Austria. At the moment, I can't change the shipping country from the French store, and if I change for the Austrian store, I'm afraid that the keyboard will be the one from a German speaking country instead of the french keyboard ? Would you know whether I could order such laptop ? Thanks

I just got the new Blade 15 (2020) Base Model with the i7-10750 and RTX 2060. I'm loving it. Best PC I've ever owned by a long shot. The notebook version of the RTX 2060 is supposedly rated at 1200Mhz, maybe even lower for the Max Q, which now the Blade 15's have the Max Q version, which I have. But while gaming and using GPUZ I frequently hit 1750-1800Mhz when in Gaming Mode. In Balanced Mode I get 100Mhz less. I've never seen my clock speeds drop below 1400Mhz when gaming or testing. In a 2 hour long Gears of War gaming session I averaged 1600Mhz. My question, why are the rated clock speeds so very much lower than what I actually get?

Good evening everyone, I bought this mask as I'm not too excited about the pandemic. As both a University student (out on summer) and a tourism worker, I'm happy to have a stealth version of the mask I can wear in public. it's much easier to breathe in this thing that the reusable masks that my company makes me wear and the black definable fits my outfit. I like that its a conversation piece as well. it makes talking to guests easier who play games and it helps with my career by allowing me to build relationships with guests who might be returning. so it's a huge plus from me. I have noticed that it is razer's recommendation to use it up to 30 washes, sadly as a wage worker and a uni student hoping not to take out student loans, my budget doesn't have much extra room ( i bought this as a treat for myself). while I have read plenty of articles stating that as long as you wash it even after it will still protect you plenty. I understand they put that on there because up to that point

The Razer Nari Ultimate is an amazing headphone for gaming. Razer did a really good job on sound quality and the cooling gel, however there are a few things I would like to see maybe in a Razer Nari Ultimate V2. First of all it would be great if to get rid of micro usb and use usb type c. Also it would be nice if the volume wheel controlled the actual volume in windows. For the Razer Basilisk Ultimate it would also be nice to have a usb type c cable.

Morning All! I'm new to the Insider so apologies if this is not the right place to as this question but... I've searched high and low and the new Razer Blade (10th-gen 8-cored i7, 2080 super maxQ) is nowhere to be got in Poland. I checked on razer.com and it seems they should be delivering to Poland. Does anyone have any knowledge of how this works? Are there extra costs to shipping to Poland? Are there any shipping costs around EU? Will appreciate any insights.

All, I have a Blade 15 2020 and a ballistic ultimate. Set up a profile for work and gaming. Right now, if I want to game, I have to manually change the profile from work to gaming individually on the laptop/system and then mouse and vice versa when I'm done gaming. Can I link profiles so when I change one, it will change the other? So I don't have to make these tedious changes?

Hello Razer and Razer community, When will the Razer synapse 3 for Mac come out, or is it even going to be released to Mac. I own over 7 Razer Products but also have a MacBook. I would love to use my gear to its highest potential. So if Razer could make drivers for Mac or announce that there will be no support for the Razer MacBook community, that would be great. As a owner of Razer products, I would just like to know. Thank you!

Whenever I try to download the Razer Synapse 3, I get to the step of "get started" when I'm prompted with the pop up of "To use synapse 3, restart your computer" or something along the lines of that, Whenever I restart my computer nothing happens and I have to repeat the whole process again, Any way to fix this issue?

Does Razer make a cable extension for between the two speakers I have three monitors and the just don’t make the stretch trying to figure out if there is a extension wire so I can get them further apart

so i set up my ambient awareness on my razer products and it works and is great but whenever i go into fullscreen mode on my computer and go into full screen mode to watch movies it stops working it would be nice to use it and watch the movie in full screen . anyone know whats up with it or how to get it to work if its possible ?

Razer wilfully mis-advertises eGPU support for Mac. Don't buy the Chroma for OS X. I recently bought a Razer Core X Chroma eGPU enclosure to use with a new Macbook Pro, based on Razer's advertising of compatibility with OS X. In short, this claim was a lie. And Razer knows that. After using it for a few weeks, it is clear the gigabit ethernet adapter is and has always been faulty for Mac users. Searching around online found dozens of threads on reddit and elsewhere of Mac users reporting there is no way to use the GPU's gigabit ethernet connection at full speed, and may have never been since release. Razer has acknowledged this to multiple users via support, and offered no schedule or intent to resolve the issue. This is frustrating for a few reasons, and reflects poorly, if not fraudulently, on Razer. - The product appears to have been released in a broken state for OS X users - Razer has acknowledged the flaw and is aware of it - The users who complained have been abandone

A month ago I sent my Razer Kraken TE headset in for replacement via warranty. After I sent the headset Razer has ignored all me emails and support requests. I don't know if I will ever get the headset back which sucks considering it was almost $200.

Hello everyone. This is my first forum post ever. I've been a Razer consumer for about 8 years and I couldn't be a happier gamer! Over the years something has plagued my curiosity about a particular Razer product. When I was in college around 6 years ago, my roommate had a Razer Edge Tablet. I envied him so and pledged that one day I would get one for myself. To this day I have not been able to find a single one on any internet retail site or in any store that sells Razer merch. Ebay has maybe two for sale and they are either taken apart or completely thrashed. Would anyone be able to point me to the direction of a distributor of this product? Any answers as to why Razer discontinued the production and distribution of this product? Any help would be grand. Thanks!
