I have a macro bound to C that holds down the ALT button. After pressing C I want the macro to then switch to another profile where C is ALT button up. So far I have found no way to change profile from within a macro. One thing I tried was using F5 to switch profiles (which works when I actually hit F5 manually) but when I tell the C macro to press F5 after holding down ALT it does not work. Is there any way to do what I am trying to do? Thanks

I can't log in razer central. WHY? I know my password, I don't need a template speech. Razer will have a problem not mine.

I got the Essential to use with PS4. I also have an external drive connected. The headset does not stay connected. Right now I am sitting about five feet away from my system, and it has completely disconnected several times in the past few minutes. It is completely charged. It works great when connected. I have tested it with a different PS4 with not much improvement. I used it with a Windows tablet once, and it worked while I was sitting right at the tablet. I haven't had a chance to test it with anything else to see if maybe using it with a PC it would stay connected more than just right at the desk. Any ideas? It's marketed as PS4-compatible. That's the only reason I bought it. Like I said, it seems to work great while connected. It just disconnects often. One more thing is that if my PS4 goes into rest mode the only way I can get the headset to connect again is to restart my PS4 or manually remove then reconnect the transceiver.

Working at Razer has its perks, one of which is getting eyes on some of the new products coming out. I don't get to see everything that comes out, but I get to see some of the bigger, more exciting things. Take the Huntsman Mini for example, which we launched today. I've been anticipating its launch because it was something that I know fans have been asking for. I, myself am a fan. I, too have the requests that many of you have. "I wish we had this feature," or "why don't we implement this or that." It can be frustrating, but then there are times where the things you want, start to happen and it's not just exciting for myself because, selfishly, I get what I want, but unselfishly, I know that people will be getting what they've been asking for. Guys, Since last week my DeathAdder Chroma started to double clicking. I tried to update the firmware but nothing happened. Is my mouse broken at this is solvable? And synapse 3 never can detect my mouse so I’m still using synapse 2. Is it because of that? I’ve been using this mouse since 2016 and never have any problem until last week. Please help.

Where is the Razer Contact Support, you click on Software support to contact Razer and it just sends you in circles, kind of like Microsoft does, well I don't need any support for your software, because I won't install any of your software until you stop trying to load services in windows I don''t need running in the back round, stop trying to take over my operating system with your evasive software and I might install it, until then, I will refuse to install any razer software, don't need it to use my mouse, keyboard or headphones.

Hello, i have the Blackwidow Chroma (Green switches) 2019. I've bought it on Christmas. When i turn on the RGB lights there is a sqeaky noise coming from numpad. It's like high frequency sound. It's become really annoying. What should i do. I tried switching USB ports (2.0 and 3.0) and found that it does it only when it's in my PC. Reinstalled Razer Synapse nothing helped. Hey all, I've recently installed Cortex on my 2019 RB 15 Advanced, BIOS v1.05. When I launched DIRT Rally 2.0 for the first time, using the Cortex menu, the game doesn't play smoothly. Its plugged into a 2K 75hz monitor and still records 75 FPS which mid-game but the image stutters and flickers. I had FPS tracking switched on recording average and highest FPS and also the option checked to post FPS results to desktop when closing the game. I had to right-click and close Cortex and Synapse mid-game which resolved the flickering. Any advise or help with this please?

Hi Folks, I am in the market for a new headset and I have been told having a desk mic is the absolute best way to be able to chat with people. Would I be able to use the Kraken Ultimate with the Seiren to chat while gaming in Discord? I don't stream so that would not be the purpose of it. Would I be able to keep my headset muted and the desk mic on while using it? Will there be an issue using both with discord at the same time? Thank you for the help! -Chris
