For some reason ever since I got the Nari Wireless, my synapse has been crashing about every 10 minutes. In addition to that, they're giving a beeping sound every minute or so even though they're fully charged. Does anyone know a fix for this?

Hi, My new Razer Ultimate Niri headset keeps disconnecting from synapse. I’ve read forums and tried multiple things; reinstalling synapse, disconnecting and reconnecting to different USB’s. The disconnecting continues to occur. Please let me know next steps. Thanks.

I bought a laptop with a pretty powerful CPU just about a month ago. I want to upgrade it with a better desktop graphics card so I was about to buy the Razer Core X. However, I found out that my laptop doesn't have a Thunderbolt 3 port and only has a USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C Port (same design as the thunderbolt 3, so I can plug the thunderbolt 3 cable into the port). I am wondering if the Core X will still work with this laptop before I buy it.

i just got blackwidow 2019 today and i try to check synapse and it accidentally disconnected keyboard and it keep disconnecting and reconnecting when i uninstall synapse 3.0 and my keyboard is normally to use p.s. sorry i write this incorrectly

What is going on? Intel's at least 2 years away from competing with these CPU's and their next generation. Biggest issue is thermal and AMD has this under control with 7nm. Why are there no flagship laptops like Razer with this CPU? There is no point having an Intel CPU with theoretical single core advantage when in practice it will throttle and cannot sustain the performance to match the AMD. I want my cake and to eat it too, Razer needs to step up and bring us a flagship AMD gaming powerhouse. The fact that Razer will loose head to head with much cheaper gaming laptops running the AMD is crazy. They will beat them on everything else except CPU performance and battery, but I want the whole package, not some cheap screen with low refresh rates and plastics from another manufacturer, I want a Razer with 7nm CPU advantages.

Hey guys, I am looking for some help. Me and my girlfriend bought RazerBlade 15's together from Best Buy. Same store, same model. After playing games for a few days we noticed one of the laptop loses wi-fi connection about every 15 minutes. The laptop is the ONLY device in the house to lose connection. I troubleshooted our network a hundred different ways, and we even switched out different router from our ISP. After reading the experiences of a few other people online with the same problem from RazerBlade laptops, I narrowed the issue down to the internal Wi-fi card being defective. I am 100% sure the wifi adapter is the problem - and to test it we bought a $60 Netgear USB wifi adapter and plugged it in. The laptop has not disconnected a single time with the USB wifi adapter. hi razer! i was wondering if you would be able to assist me with a problem im facing. ive purchased a razer blade pro 17 with the 240hz screen and the rtx2070, i7 9750h, 16gb RAM for literally one purpose, to play call of duty modern warefare Warzone. but im finding my self really frustrated that the laptop doesn't seem to be performing as i hoped. i spent a lot of time researching what laptop to buy before making my purchase and it after watching all the reviews and reading everything i could find online i bought this. but whilst trying to play the game the max FPS im able to reach is around 120FPS. i have spikes of high 150s for milliseconds but the game generally sits on average around 100-120fps. but its certainly very unstable, it jumps all over the place. i dont know if the laptop is throttling its performance or? ive tried optimising everything in windows, including setting all nividia control panel settings to max performance, adjusting virtual memory in windows up, all perform

So, a few months earlier I downloaded Driver san fransisco. It is cracked obviously since it is not sold anymore. ,I mean have no choice if Ubisoft doesn't sell it I will crack it. So I was able to play it well for a few times and I didn't play it in months. A few weeks before I again played it. And now when I launch it Load game option is not available. I had recently downloaded uplay I thought it could be somehow related and deleted it, nothing. The save files are in file directory but the game doesn't see them. to be exact : This PC > Documents > Ubisoft > Driver San Fransisco > SKIDROW > savegames > autosave.dat If you have an idea about why it happened and how can I solve it please help me, I appreciate all the answers. hello, I recently purchased a blade stealth with the 1650 graphics chip and the 60hz refresh monitor. What I want to know is if i add an extra monitor at 120 or 144hz will the laptop push frame rates that high or am i capped at 60hz?

I just recently bought the hammerhead true wireless earbuds. I was very pleased with the performance on my mobile while using it. but.. I mostly bought for pc gaming, and to be honest its performance on pc is incredibly underwhelming. -audio cuts out -mic does not work sometimes -audio quality is lower compared to mobile -cant connect it sometimes entirely -no software?? Only on mobile? I cant seem whats the point of making earbuds with low latency if it doesnt work on pc. I have a headset (hyperx cloud flight) also with bluetooth and a usb dongle. It works fine but it gives me headaches (like every headset). Thats why i saw this product as a solution but really i just dont understand this product.

Hi, I recently found a lacie thunderbolt external storage and try to connect it with my razer blade.However, the computer cant detect the external hard drive and the led indicator on the storage is off. I think there's no power going through from the laptop to the storage itself. Is this normal? Has anybody try to open, read/write external storage through the thunderbolt 3 port? Please help!! If you worked at Razer and saw something like the Azeron keypad becoming more and more popular what would you do? It's still even in an early 3D print stage. It seems to me Razer should slap on an analog stick onto the Tartarus like many have wanted. Seems like this would be a good business move, but maybe its just me. Thoughts?

Hi, I was just wondering where I can see the temperatures of my cpu and gpu, I have tried looking in synapse but can only moderate the fan speeds I don't know where to see the actual temp (I have a Blade 15 base model 2019)

I bought a Razer wolverine ultimate today and was extremely excited after reading reviews everywhere of how great it was, but nothing mentioned the microphone buzz that I have experienced from first use. I cannot hear the buzz myself but my friends I'm speaking too can. I've seen people post online about it way back in 2018 and haven't seen any solutions, this controller was very expensive and for the price I would expect this type of thing to happen. Has anyone got any solution for this or am I stuck? Maybe a wireless headset?
